Pipit cottage’s location, privacy, the surroundings and views had our immediate attention on the Airbnb site. We loved the farmland around it, and still close enough to Abel Tasman national park and the touristic area. But coming back to a quiet house at night was what we were looking for. Wendy is a great host, friendly and responds quickly to any questions.

Ivor and Robyn are so lovely. We loved the views and the animals and had a much needed peaceful nights sleep

This property is stunning. The location is wonderful. Views from the barn were so impressive. The garden is beautiful and the animals a great addition. It was peaceful and Jenny and Tony were welcoming and helpful with lots of suggestions for things to do . Our only regret was that we weren’t able to stay longer.

Kate gave very clear instructions so we were able to arrive safely and were able to find the place easily as we had a long drive and arrived quite late. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming despite our late arrival the night before. Additional plus were the awesome welcome given to us by their pet dogs, Chloe and Amber!

This was a great peaceful place to stay. It allowed us to spread out and enjoy the rural surrounds. The property exceeded our expectations and Alistair was very responsive. To our questions. The new outdoor baths were a favourite, as were the multiple parts of the deck to enjoy at different times of the day.

A very peaceful place, feels like home. So many cute things and beautiful colors in the house that makes you smile. It's was nice to find a welcoming sign by the staircase on the way to the house with my name on it.

Over our 3 week stay in NZ this was one of our favorite stays. The yurt itself is really cozy but spacious and has a comfortable bed. The outdoor kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need to cook. On one of the afternoons of our stay we ended up not leaving the property because it was so nice to just relax there. Highly recommend this location!

The perfect spot to relax and recharge. Spacious, comfortable and peaceful we enjoyed every moment of our stay. Roger was fantastic, communication was excellent and he was very helpful with suggestions of places to visit and things to do. The house is well stocked and had everything we needed. Our kids loved the friendly sheep and chickens and us adults enjoyed the beautiful outlook and peaceful surroundings with a quiet drink on the deck at sunset! Highly recommend Roger’s beautiful home and cannot wait to visit again.

Mary’s place was stunning! We had a wonderful stay. She was an extremely kind and helpful host. You can catch a beautiful sunrise from the house, and it’s so close to some of the most beautiful walks you’ll ever take. The walk to Pillar Point and the walk on Wharariki Beach at low tide are not to be missed. We would love to return and stay at Mary’s place again.

River Road Retreat was a delight to stay at, and Peter and Rebecca lovely hosts. The cottage is beautiful, clean and in a gorgeous setting surrounded by fields, and with stunning views to the hills in the distance. We loved the welcome bottle of wine and yummy nibbles, as well as the delicious breakfast served every morning. The air is fresh and clean, the water absolutely pure, and after three days we’ve returned home refreshed and reenergised. Wonderful!! Big thanks from us!!!

We loved our 1 week stay for our summer holiday in Moteuka. We loved staying somewhere rural with beautiful views, but a quick 5 min drive to town. Yvette and Ross are such friendly hosts. Thank you for sharing your property with us. We all loved the pond area, warm enough to swim, paddleboard, or sit in our rings and relax in! The house was very clean and well presented. Comfortable beds. Plenty of room for our family of 4. Appreciated all the included things we could use in the kitchen/bathroom/laundry, makes a big difference not having to buy all of these extras. Wonderful big deck. The bedrooms did get hot at night for sleeping, fans were provided though and there is aircon in the living area. Smaller studio unit underneath the main house can be rented too if traveling with more people. Would highly recommend and would love to return one day. Thank you

We loved our stay in the Creek Studio at The Barn! Check in was easy, the studio was clean & had anything you would need, and it was nestled in the perfect spot. There were some cows & a little duck that greeted us as well. 100% recommend :)

This place has a lovely character and charm. A real kiwi bach style accommodation. Steve is a very accommodating host.

I’ve stayed in a lot of places all around the world, but this place outshines all of them. The views are absolutely beautiful. The host has thought of every single possible thing you could ever need. I wish there was a stronger word to use than well equipped. Maybe perfectly equipped? I wish we could’ve stayed longer and if I was ever in the area again, I would definitely stay there. I would say don’t bother looking for any place else. Just book this beautiful home. You can occasionally hear people walking on the floor above you, but it was barely noticeable and rarely happened. It is extremely spacious. I mean extremely spacious. It’s huge. The host left snacks, fresh fruit, champagne was chilling on arrival. Outside space was absolutely beautiful. Comfortable furnishings on the deck. I could go on and on.

This is such a great find and well worth the money. A little slice of heaven that is still close to lots of other areas, wish we could have stayed longer. Jude was very welcoming and we appreciated them letting us stay at the creekside cabin when it is normally only for one person.
