The place itself is really nice, better than what it shows in the pictures. Views of the ocean and balcony, clean with music playing when we entered was a nice touch. It's on the expensive side, but that's the area and maybe because it was a public holiday.

Staying at Donna’s place was an absolute delight. She is a warm, kind, and caring host who truly makes you feel at home. Her house is beautifully designed, with two lovely gardens and a cozy rocking chair by the floor-to-ceiling windows. Every detail in her home reflects her love for life—the curtains adorned with beautiful brooches, the kettle decorated with beaded strings, and the large bouquet of handmade dried flowers filling the air with a delightful fragrance. During my stay, I was feeling unwell due to lack of sleep, and Donna took such great care of me. She made delicious homemade cookies, brewed me a cup of warm tea, and was incredibly patient and understanding when we made mistakes. She not only forgave us but also helped us solve the problem together. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and I had a truly restful sleep. Donna, thank you again for your kindness, generosity, and warmth. I will be recommending your home to all my friends—this is truly a hidden gem in Hobar

Fantastic location. Walked directly down a path to the beach, only five minutes drive to Coles Bay. A lovely house with everything we needed. The view was better than the photos. The inclusions were special.

Gorgeous home, just like the pics. it is very clean and comfy, and has stunning views of the bay and mountains beyond. Easy walk to coffee, cafe and groceries (2 minutes), as well as Coles Bay Jetty. Great basics plus extras of fabulous teas, milk, sparkling and still water. We had the most wonderful stay!

Very comfy & well appointed neat home. Had everything we needed. super comfy beds, spacious, easy walking distance to city, very clean & tidy. There was a bit of road noise from the main road but we got used to it after day 1.

We had a very relaxing stay. Easy access to the Hobart sights with a car. Lovely walking trail along the river front with access from the property. Beautiful view of the bay and lovely garden made for a very peaceful stay.

Emily’s accommodation makes traveling with someone who needs assistance perfect. A car under the accommodation with a lift to the apartment. The apartment is very spacious and well located. I would stay here again as it made traveling with someone who needs assistance very convenient.

Lynette’s place was easy to find, clean and comfortable with wide open spaces, a lovely beach and a great pool close by. We were there for a wedding in Falmouth and the cafe/restaurant was a great place to catch up with friends and family. It is also an easy drive to Bicheno, Frecinet, Scamander and St Helens. If we’re ever in this part of Tassie again we’d be more than happy to stay at Lynette’s place.

Beautiful location across from the beach. Sonia was a very responsive host. Loved visiting Hawley Beach, beautiful for morning walks.

Pam’s place is lovely and sparkling clean. The utensils, pots and pans they’re super clean. Pam’s also gave us some recommendations for local attractions, thanks Pam. We will definitely be back again when we visit Strahan.

A fantastic place, they even provided some pots and pans for cooking on request. Highly recommended for any time of year.
