Andrea is an excellent host and the accommodation was top-notch. Dogs were allowed and well-catered for, which was a deal-breaker for my father and his constant companion! Everything we needed was there, and it was lovely to relax in the sunny living room with a view of the river.

The perfect place for 5 friends to spend a weekend together relaxing, laughing, talking and debriefing about life. The Princes CBD Spa Retreat suited our needs perfectly and the only downside was that we weren't staying longer. With lots of positives - plenty of space and beds, a well-equipped kitchen including a fridge with cool filtered water and ice plus a pod coffee machine, plenty of towels and pillows, clean bathrooms with some beautiful toiletry items provided, spacious parking space including a spacious internal garage with a washing machine and dryer and a small clothesline, a lovely communal living space, and OMG the hot tub...amazing! This retreat was absolutely the best fit for our night away. So close to the CBD where there are lots of restaurants to choose from and the theatre... yet still so peaceful and private. It really was a home away from home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again.

This was a great stay for my family and I. Walkable to Richmond’s cafes and shops, whilst feeling like a private holiday space. The house and rooms were well appointed, with a wonderfully equipped kitchen. We loved the hot spa!

Looks good but had a small fridge, apart from that everything is neat and tiedy. Beautiful house we had a wonderful stay.

We loved the personality of this lovely cottage. The decor was so thoughtful and unique, we loved it all. The gardens were so pretty and the butterflies and other friendly insects thought so too. The highlights for us were the water views, the amazing hot tub, the beautiful bed, the artworks & vintage pieces and the coffee machine! Great communication to boot. We'd love to come and stay again.

The perfect location for a laid back beach weekend. Comfortable, lovely views, reasonable walking distance to beach and amenities.

A wonderfull place to stay and unwind - it is a truly beautifull home with generous living space, luxurious bathroom, the bathtub has view of the Tamar River. It is a perfect base to explore the Tasting Trail and after that relax with a glass of wine on the balcony. The balcony is sheltered from the wind and I spend hours reading and watching the river. The kitchen is generous with perfect layout and modern cooktop, there is much attention to detail, which makes the stay very luxurious. Thank you so much!

My friend and I had the most beautiful stay — the space was peaceful, thoughtfully styled, and incredibly relaxing. The highlight was definitely the bathtub on the balcony — such a treat to soak while listening to the sounds of nature. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and waking up to watch the sunrise from the balcony was pure magic. We would absolutely stay again — such a calming and memorable experience.

Sheree Anne was a pleasure to liaise with: warm and friendly, and a clear and prompt communicator. The property is outstanding! Better than we expected. Our family of 4 had a very restful stay and will certainly be back the next time we're in Tassie!

Absolutely amazing place. All the details were so well thought. We loved the veggie garden packed with berries; the hot tub was amazing with a great view; the house was very cosy. We just loved it. What an amazing way of starting our long over due holidays.

It was an amazing and unique stay! We really enjoyed our time here. Use the opportunity to bathe under the milky way! The stay is a little bit remote, so the best way is to bring food with you. The house was clean and equipped with important stuff. All what we would ask for, was there.

An absolutely perfect base in Deloraine that is remarkably private & secluded whilst being right in the heart of the town. Completely walkable if you want to explore Deloraine, enjoy the river or look for platypus. Also a great spot to stay if you wish to visit Cradle Mountain like us, or follow along for the Tasting Trail. Em was an exceptional host who went above and beyond to welcome us & make us feel right at home. We loved the book of recommendations! The home was thoughtfully designed, furnished & it was super clean. The view was amazing too. A delightful accomodation to stay for a portion of our honeymoon & would highly recommend. What a beautiful place to stay. Love the stone cottage, so peaceful with everything you could need. So much wildlife right at the back door but best part was sitting on the back deck quietly watching the white wallabies each night. The double spa was relaxing and the cottage was a great location - close to the beach and attractions. Liz was a fantastic host and very responsive to any questions we had. She provided lots of prior advice about what to do and see which was very helpful in planning our first trip to Bruny. We will definitely be back!

Our stay at Diego’s property was great!!! Everything was clean and tidy, and view was spectacular, and Diego was super friendly and helpful. Everything that we needed was there, and the location was perfect for restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay there again!

What an incredible place! It feels like home whilst also being the perfect getaway. We were so grateful for the produce and amenities, it’s very obvious that a lot of thought and care is put into this place. I couldn’t recommend it more!
