We really enjoyed the location which was close to everything we needed but out of the hustle and bustle of the tourist part of Hobart. It was a great spot to use for visiting the Huon Valley, Bruny Island and Hobart itself. Although a bit further to go when going to the Coal River Valley, the traffic was light and easy to navigate.

Karin and Frank's studio apartment is in a beautiful location with amazing views over a rural bush valley and the Tamar River. It is easy to find, following their clear instructions; and peaceful and quiet. It is not far to walk down to the river and there is a good restaurant less than 2 km away. It is an easy drive to Launceston city or to the small town of Exeter. The studio was very clean, with a comfortable king sized bed and an bathroom with a walk in shower. The kitchen facilities are basic, but perfectly adequate, with a large fridge, hot plates and a microwave. I would highly recommend staying in this beautiful natural location. Don't miss trying the delicious fresh hazelnuts from their orchard.

Perfect choice to catch an early morning flight. The unit was clean, spacious, well provisioned and Anne and Philip were extremely helpful and pleasant to converse with.

Lovely garden studio apartment. It is within walking distance of good restaurants and grocery store. We loved the Hill Street grocery just up the road. Angela is a splendid host. She was very welcoming and provided excellent recommendations for restaurants in the area. I would definitely recommend this lovely studio.

We spent a restful Christmas at Kylie’s cosy home💕The unit has everything we needed for a comfortable stay😍 Kylie is responsive in her communication. We found the unit easily. We loved the location - in a private enclave yet close to town. The dining table looks out to the garden with its luscious hydrangeas and stunning seaview❤️ Guinea fowls and rabbits roam the grounds👍 a beautiful view to wake up to ( the sunrise is lovely!) An unexpected surprise is that this is only 5 min drive from the Little Penguin Observatory Centre! We had a wonderful experience watching these cuties during the 2 nights we stayed at Kylie’s place💝

Denise’s place is just perfect. Close to town, there is a tavern just at the corner, foreshore walk and beach close by and beautiful. Denise is friendly and responds quick to emails. Getting in was easy. 35 minutes to Coles Bay and Freycinet National Park. So much to do, so close by. When I come back to Bicheno I will definitely stay at Denise’s again.

Annie’s place was lovely. A great base for exploring Hobart. Walked everywhere with the occasional uber up the hills when we were feeling lazy. And a v comfy bed. Would stay again.

Tidy little unit as described by Judy’s description. Quiet, lovely garden at back. In our case, just around the corner from our friends whom we were visiting. Judy was friendly and helpful.

Christpher met us on arrival and helped us settle in. l like the personal touch. Makes you feel like a house guest. Don't bring any books. The library is fantastic. It was clean and quiet and my friend and l had a good time.

We stayed at Pam’s place for three nights. Pam was very friendly, caring and her hospitality went above and beyond. It was a pleasure to meet Coco, she’s a sweetie. The apartment was fabulous, very spacious and very clean. Pam had everything there that you would need to make your stay a memorable one. A home away from home. She provided milk, cereals and even chocolates. Lots of room and lovely views of the Derwent River and Mt Wellington. Loved our one on one conversations with Pam. When we come back again, will definitely be staying at Pam’s again. Highly recommended for your next visit to Tasmania. Thanks again Pam, hope to see you soon !!

Such a beautiful property. We could only have loved it more if it was ours! Just gorgeous, extremely clean, smelled beautiful, good provisions with everything you could need. Sophie was excellent to deal with. Highly recommend Sophie and her cute little property.

It's a quiet location, only a short drive from Hobart CBD. Corinna was very friendly and offered assistance if needed. The accommodation is spacious with seperate living and sleeping areas. Highly recommend for a single person or a couple. I would not hesitate to stay at Corinna's in the future.

We loved our stay here for our first time to Hobart, Lauren was very accommodating and helpful especially as we got a little lost on our way! The place itself was perfect for our needs, location and amenities were great. Lauren had some lovely little touches with the space, we especially appreciated the fresh bread and butter with condiments, haven’t had such a thoughtful arrangement like that before! We both slept cosy and warm as Tassie experienced a cold snap, heated blanket truly helped that. Thanks Lauren, for also helping us with our final day exploring by assisting with the luggage.

A most accommodating host who went out of her way to look after us. Beautiful accommodation, great outlook, quiet and very well appointed. Highly recommended.

Truly Wonderful Stay in Hobart! We recently stayed at this beautiful Airbnb in Hobart for 6 nights, and it was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how spotless and welcoming the space was. Every detail had been carefully considered, and the accommodation truly had everything we needed to feel right at home. What made our stay even more special was the incredible hospitality of Filippo and Anet. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy throughout our visit. Their warmth, kindness, and genuine care really shone through—they are the epitome of friendly Tasmanian hosts! Whether it was offering local tips, checking in to ensure we had everything we needed, or simply sharing stories about the area, they made us feel like family. It’s clear that they take great pride in what they do, and their efforts have created an unforgettable experience for us. Great place and beautiful people.

The stay at Patricia's home was ideal, and would be ideal for anyone wanting to explore the region from a really comfortable, clean and convenient apartment. The kitchen supplies were a real bonus and the sofas were great to collapse on (in front of Netflix) after busy days. The front deck was ideal to enjoy a couple of sundowners! We'll be back again! What a lovely stay in a beautiful, historic village. The accommodation is top notch - simply can’t be faulted and I’ve stayed in numerous AirBNBs . And the host is wonderful - a simply lovely lady. Top tip? Book for more than one night as there is so much to do. You won’t be disappointed.

We were warmly welcomed by Joe. The accommodation is very good and we were very comfortable. Joe is a great host, very friendly and very helpful. He was there when we arrived and also when we left. He is an excellent host.

Ken and Sunny had an incredible place. It's close to Launceston where all the food and grocery are. It's also near Tasmania Zoo and a good base if you are looking to go to cradle Mountain. Overall Ken and sunny's place is exactly what they described but also super clean. They also provide food in the pantry. A nice touch. Great stay and highly recommended

We had a lovely two night stay and wish we could have stayed longer. The place was beautiful with a lovely deck to sit on and listen to the ocean below. The place was very spacious and clean. They have a folder with all the local maps and food places. It was a great location to get to Wineglass bay but still return to a peaceful setting. Their courtyard and garden is so wonderful. The best part of this rental is John and Pamela! We wish we could have had time to sit with them and visit longer. They are lovely and happy to answer all questions. We also loved meeting Alfie who was visiting. Thanks so much John and Pamela.

Harry and Rebecca’s place was fantastic when I stayed with my wife and two young boys. Plenty of space inside and all the necessary amenities to be self-contained. The rural location was beautiful, and I was shocked at how close it still was to Hobart - just a 5 min drive. Super convenient without any trade off of peace and quiet. We loved having access to the tennis court as well - good outdoor activity with the kids without having to leave the property. Communication was excellent which made everything all the more smooth! Despite the Airbnb being part of a larger home, it is seperate enough that you hardly notice. No different to sharing walls in a unit really, as you have your own driveway, carport and entrance. Something worth mentioning - if you have a hire car there is a short stretch of dirt road leading up to the property. Some rental companies will have restrictions on sealed roads etc.
