Wie bereits beim letzten Mal wurden wir herzlich empfangen und unser verspäteter check-in war unproblematisch. Die ruhige Lage und gute Erreichbarkeit der Wohnung ist perfekt für den Messebesuch. Wir haben uns während des Aufenthalts sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Lauia has a great place. Book with confidence. Wonderful host & tram stop to get everywhere quickly is right outside the door. Would definitely stay here again.

Matthias is a great host. The apartment was clean and tidy and it has everything you need or require. Nearby there is a bus station that takes you everywhere ;) I liked the apartment and would definitely come back again.

Wir waren mit unserer Unterkunft rundum zufrieden. Die Lage am Rande des Dorfes war super, direkt gegenüber ein gutes Restaurant und Wanderwege hinauf zum Berg. Dazu war das Zimmer schön und modern eingerichtet und der hauseigene Wellnessbereich einladend und gemütlich.

Waren von der Wohnung begeistert. Man sah aus allen Fenster die Berge gut. Guter Ausgangspunkt für tolle Wanderung. Alles sehr sauber. Sehr nette Vermieter.

Eine sehr liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Silvia ist eine charmante Gastgeberin. Wir wurden mit selbstgemachtenm Apfelgelee, Äpfeln und Birnen aus dem wunderschönen Garten verwöhnt. Der Blick vom Frühstücksbalkon ist sehr entspannend und man wird mit Sonne verwöhnt.

This was our second stay at Jen's place and everything was once again outstanding. Jens is a really responsive host, answering to messages very quickly. The apartment is as expected and more. Super clean with everything you need for an easy self catering stay. The apartment is in a fantastic location in Garmisch-Partenkirchen being so close to the train station and within easy walking distance from all local amenities. We'd definitely go back another time and would highly recommend.

Hans’ place is simply great and exceeded our expectations. It’s spacious, clean, functional, well equipped, and has a nice kitchen. The location is perfect as well, situated in a very walkable neighborhood with plenty of great restaurants, close to the U line, and just two stops from the Center. Highly recommended!

Gabi ci ha fatto sentire come a casa nostra. Lei è sempre stata molto disponibile. Appartamento come da foto, pulito e in ordine. Relativamente vicino a Monaco e alle terme di Erding. Tutto perfetto. Grazie di tutto!

We had an incredible stay at this charming apartment near the hills. The location is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. Waking up to the fresh, crisp air and scenic landscape was truly a highlight of our trip. The apartment itself was cozy, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped and had all things one need for preparing a full course meal. Whether you’re looking to relax or enjoy outdoor adventures (Skiing, etc..), this place offers the perfect balance. We especially loved the peaceful atmosphere and proximity to nature, making it a great choice for anyone wanting to escape the city for a few days. Highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting the Unterammergau or Garmisch-Partenkirchen area. We’ll definitely be back!

A wonderful stay in Garmisch! We’ve had an amazing time in the apartment. The communication was very friendly from the beginning till the end. Gabriele gave us clear instructions how to find the place and how to check-in. The apartment is spacious, clean and well-equipped. The bed was very comfortable with enough blankets. The bathroom was clean with a nice shower. The kitchen is well-equipped as well; everything you need is in there. The apartment is located good in Garmisch. It’s about 25 minutes walking, but the skibus brings you in just a few minutes to the centre. The busstop is right in front of the apartment, so you do not have to walk. The bus, which is free with the GaPa tourism card, drives daily from 08 until 21. For skiing, the apartment is located perfect. By car or bus, it’s just a few minutes to the Kreuzeckbahn. We prefer this, because the Hausbergbahn is quite busy. Overall, we’ve had an amazing stay which is priced very friendly! Big recommendation to anyone!

Wirklich super schöne Wohnung. Durch Krankheit konnte ich erst verspätet anreisen, das war kein Problem. Supermärkte in 2 Minuten zu erreichen, auch die Innenstadt ist fußläufig schnell erreichbar. Peter ist ein wirklich netter Gastgeber, der jederzeit ansprechbar war. :)

The flat was spacious and well decorated. The bed was comfortable as well as the pillows. The stove and oven were easy to work and plenty of dishes and utensils supplied. She has a binder with helpful instructions for how to get around Munich and things to do. Bathroom was clean and plenty of storage space if you are planning a longer stay. She was extremely kind and understanding towards any requests my husband and I had. Would absolutely stay here again.

Es war ein Traum. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schick. Wir waren mit unseren drei Teenagern dort, zum Skifahren. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. :) ggf ist die Couch zum lümmeln mit 5 Personen zu klein. Aber hey, wenn man sonst nichts hat. Der Ort hat alles was man braucht. Danke Danke für alles!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung. Es war alles sauber und schön hergerichtet. Der Check in war flexibel und alles gut beschrieben :) wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten alles, was wir gebraucht haben. Zum See gelangt man in nur 3-4 Minuten zu Fuß. Wir haben meinen Vater bei der Reha im Medical Park besucht und auch dorthin konnte man einen schönen Fußweg am See nutzen (ca. 25 Minuten). Das einzige, was einem bewusst sein muss ist, dass das Schlafsofa vom Wohnraum nur durch eine kleine Trennwand abgetrennt ist, jedoch keine Türen vorhanden sind. Das sieht man bereits auf dem Grundriss und war für uns kein Problem :) wir kommen gerne wieder!

Stefan and Jackaline are amazing hosts. The communication was excellent before during and after our visit. The apartment is spotlessly clean and the bed is very comfortable and it has a powerful warm shower. They have provided everything that you could possibly need and the extra touches like beer and water in the fridge and fruit and chocolates on arrival made us feel very welcome. The location was a bit out of the centre but it was very easy to get around using the transportation which was close by. It was nice to leave the busy tourist areas and come back to the apartment at the end of the day. I would not hesitate to book this apartment again and would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting a stay in Munich.

Gleich Vorweg, das Apartment ist eine 10/10. Alles ist neu und modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. An Austattung ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Ruhig gelegen, trotzdem sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten schnell erreichbar. Das i-Tüpfelchen war der Whirlpool auf der Terasse. Leopold ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Wir haben hier mit unserem Freundeskreis Silvester verbracht. Die Wohnung war markellos und es fühlte sich an, als wären wir die ersten Gäste, die diese Wohnung bezogen haben. Küche, Bad, Schlafzimmer sowie die generelle Ausstattung waren sehr sauber und sehr modern. Freddy, der Co-Gastgeber, war super freundlich und immer gut zu erreichen. Der Check-in und alles drum herum verlief reibungslos. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Wir haben die Woche zu acht in der Unterkunft von Moritz sehr genossen - direkt am See, mit reichlich Platz ausgestattet und alles super sauber! Moritz war stets gut zu erreichen und hat uns mit prima Tipps für die Umgebung versorgt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

As you can see by our all 5 star rating - it was everything we hoped for - the only negative to our stay was that the elevator was not working - we haven’t included this in the rating as we felt it unfair as was beyond your control x Thank you

Ein wahrer Traum! Diese Unterkunft hat all unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Lage ist ideal – ruhig und erholsam, zugleich aber wunderbar zentral. Die stilvolle und hochwertige Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, und es wurde an viele Details gedacht. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die moderne Küche mit erstklassigen Geräten sowie der luxuriöse Wellnessbereich mit Sauna und Whirlpool – ein Ort der puren Entspannung. Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Ob für eine Auszeit im Sommer oder Winter – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Absolute Empfehlung!

Schöne Wohnung im obersten Geschoss eines älteren Mehrfamilienhauses. Zum Aufzug sind es ein paar Stufen vom Eingang aus. Dieser fährt bis in das 4. OG und dann geht es nochmal ein paar Stufen hoch bis zur Wohnung. Man hat einen schönen Ausblick von der Wohnung und sie ist - wie ich finde - schön eingerichtet. Parkplatz ist auch in Ordnung, vielleicht muss man etwas rangieren. Die Whirlwanne macht bestimmt auch Freude, ich hatte leider nur Zeit zum Duschen da ich geschäftlich unterwegs war. Katharina war über die App immer gut erreichbar.
