We enjoyed our stay so much. What a comfortable home for our family vacation in the area. Karen was welcoming and we were so appreciative of the fresh baked goods. Everything was set for our stay with enough linens for everyone. We ran into Karen a couple of times during our stay and always was delightful and open to help with any suggestions. We found the town quaint and what we needed from a bookstore to places to eat. Nice quick walk to the water for sunsets. Easy drive into Boston as well as up to Rockport and Gloucester. We even found it smooth to attend the 250 of Lexington and Concord. We loved our days starting with coffee and quiet comfort and relaxing in the evening around the table with our family for some games. Highly recommend this home! Thankful for our hosts!

Lindsey’s place was great, perfect size for two to four people. Was a perfect walking distance to food and shops but also quiet peaceful yard/deck to enjoy each others company.

Sean’s home was in a great location in Federal Hill, walkable to lots of restaurants and shops and east access to downtown and other neighborhoods. Everything with the home was clear and as described. We’d stay again next time we’re in Providence!

We had a lovely stay, the upstairs was so bright and fresh. The furniture was comfy and the television simple to use. Our only st back was that when we searched Thursday to Sat the price was $262. Unfortunately we had to wait till Friday which resulted in $100 more. But the friendliness and user friendly kitchen was great.

Erin's place is perfectly situated in downtown Plymouth. Restaurants and historical sites are within easy walking distance. Beds are super comfortable. The kitchen had everything you could need. Nice deck and a backyard with a fire pit and unique birdhouses.. It was cold and rainy during our stay (which is as to be expected in April), but Plymouth had loads to do. We particularly liked the Cordage Museum (where we spent a few hours talking with locals) and Plymouth's (free entry) Art Museum. We were impressed by how many beach parks Plymouth has. We came to participate in a 5K race on the Grace rail trail and hopefully will be back again next year! Thanks, Erin and family!

Wonderful stay at Jaynes beautiful home. Description and photos were accurate and the home provided all the essentials we needed. House was clean and beds we’re comfortable. Upstairs tenants were so friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay there again.

This apartment is a great find! The location is perfect, not far from Boston, near every colleges for those who come visiting! This apartment building is indeed very new, built in 2021; but also blended in with history, the leasing office/lobby was converted from an old day chapel, pristine, elegant. Very unique Airbnb experience indeed. The small town is full of vibe with various kinds of cuisines, very good for families, young or old. Melissa, the host is super, giving us very detailed information and instructions from parking to checking in, every tiny details she thoughtfully considered. We couldn’t be happier to stay in this apartment. Highly recommended!

Very comfortable as well as well-equipped, this house met the needs of everyone in our group. The house is very close to Naval Station Newport as well as downtown Newport, which was very important to us. A great place to stay!

Enorme casa en excelentes condiciones, muy funcional y con un enorme patio que no pudimos disfrutar por falta de tiempo y porque el clima aún no lo permitió, pero la propiedad es fantástica, muy bien equipada, impecablemente limpia, situada convenientemente en un suburbio residencial a aproximadamente 30 minutos de Boston. Simplemente de lujo!

We had an amazing stay, first off, walking in the place smelled amazing and the clean relaxing decor and night lights made it so cozy. The beds were inviting and having two bathroom was the icing on the cake! It snowed while we visited but the yard is amazing!! It has outdoor seating, a grill, and fire pit. The landscaping is definitely professional and tasteful like everything else he provided. We can’t wait for warm weather so we can enjoy the outdoors more! What a great winter getaway spot! My wife and I love the cape (even in the winter when it’s much quieter) and Vasilios’s house was perfect for us and our two little kids. House was spacious, extremely clean, and close proximity to all the things we love. The communication was great all along the way, even during a moment of panic when we realized we forgot our Pack n Play, Vasilios quickly let us know the house had a spare. We had two great meals at The Den and Brax Landing just a few minutes from the house. We also hit the Red Cottage for breakfast right down the road and that was the perfect way to cap off a great long weekend post check out. We’re already talking about renting from Vasilios again for a week in the summer. Highly recommend.

This place was a hidden gem. This was a great place for my family to gather for the holiday. Donnell was the perfect host and very quick to respond to messages. We will be back when we are in town again. Thank you again.

We had a wonderful time staying at the condo. Walkable distance to the beach and nearby shops. Great hosts and very helpful with the recommendations. We are considering to come back and recomend it to our friends.

the space was well cared for with many personal touches. it was a great location to anything we wanted to do. it was raining the weekend we went but we could still walk almost anywhere. comfortable space and well maintained.

We were in and out a lot, but thoroughly enjoyed our short stay. Met the host and her pups who were so cute. Felt right at home.

We were able to use the parking spot early as well as get in early which was great for the last leg of our trip. Everything was exactly as she described! We loved the place! Absolutely worth the money.

Great neighborhood, plenty of restaurants, walking distance to everything needed. Walked to Fenway for the Red Sox game. The apartment was nice and clean, easy to get in. Instructions were clear and concise. The rooftop is an added bonus!! Would stay again if I go to Boston.

Great location! A 5-minute walk to the T-station and only one-stop away from either downtown Boson in one direction or the airport station in the other. The East-Boston neighborhood felt safe, with lots of local restaurants and markets. The basement apartment is exactly as described and easily accommodates four people b/n the king-sized bed and the pull-out couch. Clean with lots of little amenities provided like soap, shampoo/conditioner, and phone chargers. If you are sensitive to noise, be aware that you can hear your neighbors walking above you - but Ali and Yuliya provide plenty of earplugs to help with this :-) Also, this being a basement apartment, anyone over 5'8" will have a hard time taking a shower due to the height of the ceiling. Ali and Yuliya were very responsive and great hosts. They even have a place to lock up your luggage if you need to leave bags past checkout. 10 out of 10 recommend this clean, primely located apartment to anyone going to the Boston area!
