We needed a place to stay last minute as having renovations in our home. The flexibility and response to this was great. The house was comfortable, warm and clean. Amos and Don were responsive in their communication. We felt at home and enjoyed our stay. 👍🏻

We have just returned from Caroline’s beautiful cottage. It was everything we wished for and more. The cottage had everything we needed, the beds were extremely comfortable and the cottage was exceptionally clean. The surrounding area was very quaint and pretty and there was lots to explore in the area and a bit beyond. We spent NYE at Durdle Door, an hours drive away but well worth it. Would highly recommend Caroline’s cottage and our dog loved it too.

This was the second I visited Tracy's place but this time I went with my friends and their children. It was the perfect place for us to get together, with 8 adults, 5 children all under the age of 3! The children loved the indoor and outdoor toys as well as the space for them to burn off the energy. Tracy was an exemplary host who was very responsive, even before arrival she as very attentive. The children loved the trampoline and treehouse and when it came to home time we had tears because they didn't want to leave such a great place. Thank you again, we cannot wait to visit again in the future!

Our party of 4 loved this bungalow; it is superbly equipped, spotlessly clean and excellent value for money. The property is also a great base from which to explore the city of Bath and beautiful surrounding countryside. There is a Co-op store, chip shop and Balti takeaway just across the road, a bus stop just a few metres from the property and a Sainsbury's supermarket roughly a mile away. Our hosts Tamsin and David provided us with ample information prior to our arrival and were always available, either by text or phone. If we travel to the area in the future, we would definitely want them to host us at their bungalow again. Any negatives? Access to the rising, narrow drive just off a busy junction can be a little tricky at the first attempt, but we were advised about this by Tamsin before travelling. We would recommend unloading the car and everyone but the driver (obviously) getting out first. That done it did not present a problem and certainly did not detract from our enjoyment.

We stayed in apartment 38 for a week in July 2021. It exceeded my expectations and the pictures do not do it justice (the pictures make it look a bit dated but it really isn’t). It is a lovely 3 bed apartment - very clean throughout. The bedrooms and bathroom are on the first floor and the stairs lead up to the living area and kitchen! The kitchen comes with a fridge, dishwasher, cooker and oven. You also get all your basic cooking utensils and dishes alongside cleaning products including dishwasher tablets. One thing I would suggest is taking some tupperware to store your food in or if you want to make a picnic. The description also stated they provided cooking oil - but there wasn’t any - so it’s worth taking some if you want to make a full english in the morning. We ordered a Tesco online shop which was delivered straight to the apartment without any problems. Note, the pools (indoor and outdoor) are not heated so can be quite cold. The indoor pool area is a bit tired looking with the paint peeling off the floor - but the kids still had a fab time. The gym is also well equipped with weight and cardio machines…but again some of the padding on the machines are a bit worn. Overall we had a fab time, the views are amazing. Meadfoot beach is literally on the doorstep and the town is only a 15min walk away. Paignton beach (10min drive) is great for the kids if you want a bit more hustle and bustle i.e. Pier with arcades and fairground. Also recommend The Inn on the Green for lovely pub grub - they are directly opposite the Paignton pier and the staff were fab too.

Carol & Derek very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and the eggs were a nice touch. ‘Rosie’, our little dog, also enjoyed her stay and we were grateful for the outside ‘shower’ and towels.

Great place, secluded and quiet despite being close to ring road. Easy walk into town and the Tor. Clean, modern, well appointed kitchen, plenty of glasses, plates, pans etc. Comfortable lounge, warm and cosy. Nice bathroom with shower. We felt at home while in Glastonbury. Thank you.

This is a great place to explore Bath. We came by train and it is a 5 minute walk from the station and very close to all the sights. The flat was lovely and the beds comfy. We would stay here again.

The apartment was spotless and has everything you need during your stay. It's a 10-15 minute walk into the centre of Bath so an ideal location.

What lovely accommodation, with everything you could ever need, very secure location with car parking and an easy stroll into the city centre. We loved staying here, Dylan was extremely helpful and easy to get hold of. Highly recommended

Schönes Appartement. Hell und zeitlos eingerichtet, absolut geschmackvoll. Wir haben uns alle sofort Zuhause gefühlt. Wir haben die Küche kaum genutzt, sie war aber perfekt ausgestattet, auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt (Waschmaschine vorhanden). Es gibt in der Wohnung Schlafmöglichkeiten für 4 Personen in zwei Schlafzimmern. 2 einzelne Betten, ein Doppelbett und obwohl wir nur zu Dritt dort gewohnt haben, wäre durchaus für eine weitere Person ausreichend Platz vorhanden gewesen. Trotz der zentralen Lage, sehr ruhig. Patrycja hat im Vorfeld den CheckInn gut erklärt und war immer erreichbar.

Great place. Second time staying here with my elderly father for Christmas. Was spotlessly clean with all the kitchen etc utensils needed. The scones, jam and clotted cream was a nice touch as we're the Christmas decorations. Arranged to check-in early at 4pm on Christmas eve. Is about a 15 minute walk from Exmouth station plus is on street parking (parking permit provided by host if needed). Very easy access to seafront/estuary mouth and small marina. Is also a pub opposite (not noisy) that does good food. Are a couple of mini-mart style shops about 400yards away. Exmouth centre a 15 minute walk. Would recommend

The apartment was very good, with excellent views of the bay. The stairs were measured and not overly steep like some of places we have been. Once at the apartment it was very well laid out and on one level, with great views across the bay. Everything in side was spotless and the kitchen was well equipped, there was a large settee in the lounge with Smart TV, and beds were comfortable and rooms peaceful. It is very close to the shops and restaraunts, of which we enjoyed Turkish, Italian and a mix of choices at The Garden Terrace. We unfortunately went on a very cold and windy three days but managed some walks. Also visited Sealife. Debbie checked in with me at regular intervals to check all ok. A lot of info was included in her welcome folder as well. We would willingly rebook at a later date if we planned a stay over in Weymouth in the future and will recommend to others. Elaine.

We were looking for a few days in a peaceful location with wonderful views and this apartment delivers - it’s cosy and warm with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Check in (and check out) was extremely easy with Sue and we enjoyed chatting with her (and neighbour, Val) and it was great to have someone locally available just in case we needed anything (we didn’t fortunately). Location was perfect for us with lots of places to visit nearby. Would recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to book again

Had a great stay at this apartment! The place was so clean and welcoming and the host was very proactive so it made checking in and out very easy. The location was great and very walkable distance to the beach, shops, station in Exmouth. Would definitely stay here again!

An amazing place to stay with the bonus of private parking, near beach, town, train station. The apartment was very clean with all you needed for a relaxing break away. If you want a place to stay by sea then would definitely recommend this!

We had a 3 night stay here as a family of 3 and would highly recommend it. Great location with beautiful views of the sea - can watch the sunrise in the morning! Carley was great at communication. Everything was super simple and the flat had everything we needed for our stay!
