We are very satisfied with staying Kate’s place ( 3 adults and a cat). Beautiful location, clean, comfortable, easy to walk beach and coffees and centre. Enough space for all our luggages and my cat’s stuffs. Lots of kitchen utensils. Feel like a home. She’s easy to communicate, flexible and very responsive. Highly recommended

We had a fantastic week at Graeme's place. The proximity to the beach was perfect and the house was wonderfully equipped and lots of space for 6 adults and 1 toddler. Graeme left toys for our grandson to play with and had a small mattress all arranged for him. It was perfect. Would highly recommend.

Stayed here with for a girls trip. It had everything and more. Didn’t need to leave the house, the pool, spa and fire created a lovely atmosphere. ☺️

Perfect little accommodation for 2. Very comfortable and clean. Great location with water views and very central to everywhere with the main expressways only a minute drive away. My only feedback would be to provide an extra cleaning cloth in the kitchen lol Thanks Amanda 😁

Brilliant location with a quick walk to the beach.Wonderful big house that catered well for our family over from the UK & Oz. The best airbnb we’ve stayed at so far in NZ 😀

We loved our stay here, especially being so close to the beach & having a hot outdoor shower. The garage was spacious & we had wonderful access to the Mount shops. Very comfortable bed, very sunny open plan living space & we loved the washing machine. It’s very quiet and peaceful, despite being so close to downtown. We’d love to stay here again!

Straight forward check-in and the property was exactly what we needed. Nice touch having the portacot set up and a few baby books and toys. The dryer was very helpful as the weather was terrible. A very pleasant place to stay. We would highly recommend it.
