Stefan ist ein super Gastgeber. Er war stets proaktiv (ohne zu übertreiben) und wir hatten immer das Gefühl, dass er wollte, dass wir uns bei Ihm zu Hause wirklich wohl fühlen - und das haben wir auch. Einen besseren Gastgeber können wir uns nicht vorstellen. Alles hat super geklappt und Stefan hat immer sehr schnell reagiert. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig geschnitten und bietet viel Platz. Highlight für uns war definitiv der sehr große Pool. Darin kann man richtig schwimmen und nicht nur planschen. Es gibt zwei Ebenen: das „Erdgeschoss“ und das Souterrain, wo vier weitere Schlafzimmer sind. Die Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss sind aber am schönsten. Das Haus ist sehr modern und klar eingerichtet - wir mögen das sehr. Das Grundstück bietet viel Privatsphäre und hat einen tollen Blick zum Meer. Das ist ein richtig schönes Fleckchen Erde. Man benötigt aber zwingend ein Auto - fußläufig ist nicht viel zu entdecken. Aber die Stadt Arucas können wir sehr empfehlen. @Stefan: danke für alles :-)

Thank you Lara and family for a wonderful, memorable holiday! This villa is better than the pictures, so clean and spacious. Lara gave us a full tour of the house and explained how everything worked when we arrived. She was also very quick to deal with any queries we had. There are a number of places to relax in the villa and we found it to be child friendly. Mercadona deliver groceries or there are supermarkets nearby. The dunes are within walking distance and so are some lovely shops and restaurants. We would highly recommend Lara as a host and this villa as a great holiday destination. Thanks again!

Definitiv 10/10! Ich war mit einer Gruppe von Freunden und Familie dort, um meinen Geburtstag zu feiern. Ich kenne die Insel bereits sehr gut, aber die Unterkunft hat den Aufenthalt wirklich zu etwas besonderem gemacht. Wunderschönes Haus, tolle Zimmeraufteilung, sehr gepflegt und wird den Bilder nicht gerecht. Noch viel viel schöner! 100% Weiterempfehlung und tolle, herzliche Betreuung von Ilse.

The stay was great! Right from the start, everything was communicated to us and we were informed about all the necessary details. The accommodation had all the equipment and appliances one needs and much more to feel optimally comfortable. Cleanliness was top-notch! It was modern and cozy, making it easy to feel at home quickly. We really enjoyed our time here and appreciated it a lot! Daniel responded very quickly to our queries and was always there when we had questions. Thanks for everything! We would love to come back.

Highly recommended villa in a quiet location - exactly as described and very well equipped. We enjoyed the pool (great temperature), the garden and the outside dining space and also braved the much colder main pool serving the complex - invariably, we were the only ones there. Small supermarkets and some restaurants are within easy walking distance, but we also enjoyed evening walks to the lighthouse and seafront, where there are shops and restaurants galore. This only takes about 20-25 minutes one way if you stick to the (dry) canal path. We hired a car, which was useful for big supermarket shops and exploring the island. Excellent communication from Colin and Beverley, who looks after the villa, was incredibly helpful.

Die Villa hat uns sehr gefallen. Es gibt viel Platz, stilvolle Einrichtung, alles sauber und sehr ruhig gelegen. Definitiv eine Empfehlung wert, ich würde wieder buchen.

Very nice house in nice in a nice place. We do not play golf, but only rented the house because it looked nice. Salobre Golf Resort is a nice quite place. Great host, and easy to communicate with and very responsive. I recommend a stay!

Wat een vriendelijke vrouw is Patricia, ze was er gelijk bij aankomst en gaf een duidelijke instructie. Tevens was ze het hele verblijf altijd goed bereikbaar. Het huis is heerlijk ruim en voorzien van alles wat vermeldt staat. Het ziet er allemaal mooi, schoon en netjes uit. Het zwembad is heerlijk. Zou het huis zeker aanraden aan groepen!

Beautiful house on the hill overlooking the busier part of Maspalomas. Really near the grocery store and easy to get to the highway for exploring the island. Would absolutely return.

Hemos estado muy agusto en el apartamento. Tiene una vistas increibles y está decorado muy moderno :) La piscina climatizada hace que la estancia sea una experiencia super top. Además, la atención tanto de Antonio como de Jose ha sido de 10. Recomendable al 100% Muchas gracias!!! :)

Fernando was an excellent host- really responsive when we needed anything and very happy to sort all things quickly. We also managed to meet him briefly and he was incredibly friendly and lovely to speak to. The villa is FANTASTIC for families or large groups- eveyone felt like they had they're own privacy but the communal rooms were nice and big when we all wanted to be together for meals etc. Pool was cold this time of year but there was an option to heat for a fee- we didn't heat it and the kids had a great time anyway. Genuinely a brilliant stay- close (driving) to grocery shops. You would definitely need a car to stay here. thank you so much Fernando!

Our family of six had a lovely stay at this wonderful property! We really liked the peaceful vibe of Pasito Blanco and its proximity to Meloneras and Maspolamas. Elena was a great host and very attentive to our needs. I highly recommend the property and Elena as a host!

Had a wonderful week connecting with family at this property. We had 6 teenage boys with us and they had plenty of space to play and play their music and be kids. They loved the football court and the pool. The kitchen is well stocked and has several bbq options so we made some delicious meals for a big group. Wonderful place!

When we arrived at our first vacation destination it wasn’t what we had expected - so we left. We searched for a new place and stumbled on Arno’s beautiful villa - so lucky we did!! Arno was very nice and accommodating - especially in the position we were in. It was rather late in the evening when we first made contact. But it was no problem for him - he made his villa ready for us and we could move in the next morning. A beautiful place to unwind and relax with all the emenities one could need. Arno was in the house next door and was readily available if needed but he left us completely to do our thing - we had complete privacy. I would highly recommend this property - we are already looking forward to our next vacation. A real pleasure!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem tollen Ferienhaus auf Gran Canaria! Das Haus bietet absolute Privatsphäre und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Es gab reichlich Handtücher und zur Begrüßung erwartete uns sogar eine Flasche Sekt im Weinkühlschrank. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und können dieses Haus wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Hele fijne tijd gehad in deze mooie accomodatie. We zijn heerlijk tot rust gekomen. Een aanrader is het restaurant dat bij het hotel zit op het park, eten was daar voortreffelijk

Es ist wunderschön gelegen direkt am Strand. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Da wir einen Mietwagen hatten war alles super zu erreichen. Adrian hat auf jede Frage schnell und zuvorkommend reagiert. Im Grunde war alles top jederzeit wieder. Und der ideale ort um einfach mal abzuschalten.

A truly 5-star experience! Our stay at Yolanda’s place was absolutely amazing. She is the sweetest and most welcoming host we have ever met. From the moment we arrived—very late in the evening—she greeted us warmly and even had food prepared for us, which was such a thoughtful gesture, especially with small children. The house itself is beautiful, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. It truly felt like a luxury stay, with every detail carefully taken care of. The pool area is spacious, cozy, and very well-maintained, making it the perfect place to relax. Yolanda’s hospitality made our stay feel like a 5-star hotel experience. She took great care of us, always making sure we had everything we needed. If you’re looking for a place that offers both comfort and outstanding hospitality, this is the one! We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We had a wonderful stay at the Villa, we went for a week (2 adults 2 kids) and we loved it. It has a small pool in the villa itself but 50 yds away from the house there's a communal pool that's heated. The temperature was perfect for the kids. The pool also catches the last of the sun up just before sun set. We loved: - The resort in general, it was lovely for a run in the mornings - There's a bar at the 5* hotel across the resort that we used a couple of times which is really nice - The house was lovely with 3 bathrooms with 3 showers - It has laundry facilities and an okay kitchen for cooking Things to note: - You need to have a car to drive everywhere ideally, it's a large resort and it's a mile or so of driving to get to the villa itself - There's currently still a lot of construction going on (didn't bother us though) - It's a golf resort, so green keepers do start early (again, didn't bother us) - The wifi is pretty flaky, couldn't handle work video calls

La casa es muy acogedora, todo lo necesario para pasar unos dias de compartir en familia ya que es bastante grande. La limpieza super! Gracias por el vino de cortesia! Por poner una mejora, la nevera deberia estar en la cocina de arriba. No es practico que en la cocina de arriba no haya nevera. Por lo demás todo fantastico. Gracias
