We had a great week in this apartment which was right in the middle of Moraira. no more than a 5 minute walk to anywhere we wanted to go. Apartment was pristine, newly renovated and comfortable.

Fantástica casa, actual, con todas las comodidades (con todo lo necesario y más), muy luminosa y super limpia. Estupendas vistas desde la maravillosa terraza donde puedes comer, disfrutar y relajarte mirando al mar. Segunda linea de playa pero zona súper tranquila y con todos los servicios al lado (supermercado, restaurantes, etc.). Aparcamiento en la puerta. Y no menos importante, trato super especial por parte de Merche, la propietaria, pendiente y en contacto en todo momento con los huéspedes, que agradecemos sus buenas recomendaciones y preocupación por hacernos la estancia más agradable. Sin duda, la mejor elección para tus vacaciones en Cullera.

We had a great stay at Nuria and Salvador's apartment. It meets all of our criteria as travelers, above all the tranquility of the area and the apartment itself. Nuria and Salvador are simply the best hosts we have met. They are very hospitable and have thought of everything in the apartment to make us feel at home. In fact it felt like our second home and we would gladly return if there is an opportunity. The area itself is extremely quiet in winter time and the beach is just a stone's throw away. We would highly recommend the apartment to anyone looking for a long or short stay.

Genial y de lo mejor que he podido encontrar en relación calidad/precio. La única pega es que el garaje no estaba en el mismo edificio pero al menos tenía, así que genial.

Nos encantó el lugar. El departamento es muy completo y la vista del lugar es hermosa. Pasamos tres días perfectos. A pesar de no haber alquilado un vehículo, pudimos pasear por todos lados y disfrutar de las playas. La atención de Roy es un 10.

Pascal was a great host and his apartment was beautiful, very clean and well located. We could walk everywhere from there and the ocean was just steps away. I have never seen an apartment so well equipped, lots of towels, everything I needed to cook, it was just perfect. Pascal even called to check up on us to make sure everything was good. I definitely recommend this apartment and I won’t hesitate to go back again. Thanks for everything Pascal

Volledig verrast door het mooie en ruime huis. Leuk zwembad en tuin. Volledig prive accomodatie. Garage om auto te parkeren, fijn want je kan feitelijk alles lopend doen, alles is op korte afstand, strand/zee boulevard met de diverse winkels en restaurants. Voor ons was het helemaal goed. Contact met Wendy ook, goed ontvangen en de rest evt via de app. Dus nogmaals helemaal goed.

Increíble piso, el alojamiento es lo que se ve en las fotos y sin duda va a ser un lugar que visitaremos muchas veces. Excelentes anfitriones, si pudiera agregar más estrellas las agregaría !

Wie haben zwei schöne Wochen erlebt. Alles war sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Es hätte hatte einen Wohlfuhlcharakter. Das frühstücken auf der Terrasse und einige Male das Abendessen waren einfach super schön mit diesem herrlichen Ausblick. Die Gegend ist ruhig und es gibt viele Möglichkeiten zum wandern. Magali war immer zur Stelle. Vielen Dank Erlinde für das Willkommensgeschenk und das wir deine Gäste sein durften.

Second time staying at this lovely finca. Quiet and chill environment. Hosts are very accommodating. Great locating for visiting the touristic seaside and quick access to the highway direction Benidorm/Alicante and Valencia/Denia/Xavea.

Keli’s apartment is absolutely lovely, just as it looks in the photos. It was very peaceful with stunning views and it was so relaxing to hear the waves as you go to sleep. We stayed in April and the weather started mixed so it was great to have access to the heated indoor pool. The outdoor pools were very well kept although cool at this time of year. The gym and the grounds were excellently cared for. The balcony was perfect for sun downers. The flat is a short walk to Greenwich Marina where there are lots of restaurants and places you can buy fresh bread, have coffee or pick up a roast chicken and chips. Closer to the apartment there were 2 great little beach restaurants. One only opened for the season 2 days before we left. We made trips to Dénia, Calpe and Altea and our girls had a couple of tennis lessons at Altea tennis club which is only 10 minutes drive. I would definitely recommend a car. The beach is pebbly but the water is very clear and lovely to swim in.

Without question, the best accommodation we have ever stayed in which made for a perfect family holiday. Walkable to Denia but we got taxis for convenience and speed after fun packed days. Lift access from the secure basement parking was great. Our daughter braved the pool which I suspect will be more appealing in the warmer months. Absolutely spotless and incredibly well presented, our expectations were exceeded and with the extra we paid for the hot tub, it was worth every penny. The views were incredible in all directions. Everything screams high end and you can see no expense has been spared in delivering such lovely accommodation. For a couple of cosy family nights in front of the telly, we lapped up the cinema style experience with the huge TV and sound system. A couple of minor niggles cropped up which were dealt with extremely quickly and professionally by Jordi personally, a lovely guy, and his amazing team. Would we book again? 100%. Thanks again Jordi and team.

Mar's apartment was exactly as advertised and we were delighted with it. It was spotlessly clean, very comfortable with lovely views over the pool area from a delightful terrace. Instructions on how to get there, plus masses of information on amenities within the apartment and complex, plus information on the local area, places to visit and restaurants to eat were just perfect. Mar was extremely responsive in all the communication we had and we really can't thank her enough for allowing us to enjoy a perfect visit to Denia and the Denia area as a whole. We would thoroughly recommend Mar's apartment and finally, it's proximity to the Marina, Port and Sea Front made it the ideal place to stay. Huge thanks! Don & Roberto

El apartamento es precioso no le hace falta ni un detalle , las zonas comunes como la piscina y jardines muy bien cuidados Lugar tranquilo para poder desconectar y pasar unas buenas vacaciones , de echo se nos ha echo hasta corta la semana que hemos estado Marina un encanto , super atenta en todo momento !! Excelente apartmento en Las Rotas equipado con todas las comodidades. El apartamento es moderno y comodo y todo estaba muy limpio. Muy buenas vistas y en general un sitio muy agradable, en una urbanizacion con piscina, pista de tenis y ping pong. Estuvimos muy a gusto todo el tiempo. Paula fue muy amable y nos espero para la recogida de las llaves. Repetiremos!

This is a beautiful apartment very close to the beach. There are amazing views of the sea from the living area, terrace and main bedroom. Angelo was punctual and helpful at check-in and everywhere was super clean. Excellent communication with the hosts and some minor issues were dealt with promptly. We had a car and drove into central Altea every day, but I'm guessing it's about a 25 minute walk. There is a very good supermarket close by and a few restaurants. We will be back!

Un alojamiento excepcional. Las fotografías no le hacen justicia. Tenía todo lo necesario. La ubicación es ideal, cerca de restaurantes y a los pies del paseo marítimo. Las vistas eran privilegiadas. Recomendado 100%
