Very happy with our stay in Pedras del Rei. We loved the apartment which was in a wonderful location overlooking a large green area and a short walk to the pool, wine bar, restaurant and shops. The beach is only a couple of mins further walk away and after the short trip on the train the destination is one of our favourite beach spots in the world. Very convenient for Tavira, the airport and the Spanish border and plenty of parking. The apartment is spacious, very bright and perfect for 2-4 people with a patio ideal for meals in the sun. Lots of amenities within the apartment with nothing missing so all round highly recommended and we will be back.

We had a fantastic few days based in Tavira, Andreia greeted us to exchange keys for the apartment. Location was perfect, everything was within 5 minutes and parking, while street based was easy and quick. Also, a quick mention to the excellent recommendations for restaurants and beaches from Andreia. The apartment was clean and all utilities worked as expected, would happily return again in the future :)

Great stay in Santa Luzia. The place is clean and quiet, and there’s wonderful view from the roof top. There is a supermarket on the same block, which is convenient for the essentials. The restaurants are great, and Santa Luzia overall is a wonderful town. We stayed in October, so perhaps it was extra quiet and peaceful. Meeting the hosts on check in was helpful! Recommended!

abbiamo soggiornato a Tavira nell' appartamento di Ana per 4 giorni. Ottima posizione di partenza per escursioni giornaliere in Algarve. Situato poco fuori dal centro della bellissima cittadina, l'appartamento è ordinato, pulito, completo di ottimi elettrodomestici, compresa l'asciugatrice, corredato anche da un bel terrazzo. Ana con noi è stata disponibile e molto gentile, così come suo figlio che ci ha accolto personalmente al check in. Consigliato sia per la posizione comoda e tranquilla che per la cordialità dell' host.

In our travels through Portugal, this was absolutely the best place we stayed. Marcio’s place is very spacious, very clean, and has the feeling of being in a real home. There is a large outdoor patio where we enjoyed hanging out. And even though we were in a central location, the apartment was peaceful and quiet. Marcio was very easy to communicate with, and even when we locked ourselves out of the apartment, he was extremely kind and helpful. I can’t recommend this place enough. It was fabulous!!

Marta's place was just like the pictures. We really appreciated the washer. 10 days on the road we needed to do some laundry. It was close to town without being in it. Less than 10 minutes to a large mall with a large grocery store (Continente) and many others with free underground parking. We would happily stay there again.

Sandra is an amazing host and her place in Fuseta is really good. for what you get in Fuseta, is definitely worth the investment for a family/friends vacation. would definitely recommend.

Nuestra estancia en el Convento das Bernardas en Tavira fue increíble. El lugar combina a la perfección la historia del convento con comodidades modernas. Las habitaciones estaban limpias y eran espaciosas, ofreciendo un ambiente tranquilo y relajante. El personal fue amable y atento, siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Además, la ubicación es excelente, cerca del centro de Tavira, lo que facilita explorar la ciudad. Definitivamente una experiencia recomendable para quienes buscan una estancia diferente en un entorno histórico.

Hartverwarmend. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en alles werkt goed. De nachten waren nog vrij koud buiten, maar de verwarming dmv de open haard met luchtkanalen naar de slaapkamers werkte erg goed. En heel sfeervol. Het huis is heel ruim en heeft groot stuk land. In en om het huis is het enorm goed toeven. We hadden onze hond mee en die heeft genoten! Prachtig achterland waar je eindeloos kunt wandelen. En vanuit deze locatie kun je alle kanten op leuke, mooie ervaringen opdoen: de bergen in of juist alle stadjes, of stranden. We hebben in 3 weken heel veel goede restaurants bezocht, allemaal min of meer in de buurt, max 30 min rijden. Maar restaurant Luis do Prego is verderop aan de weg en al erg fijn. Tip: ga op donderdagavond naar de jamsessie in Clube de Tavira! Heel goed bezochte lokale club. Orlando en Armandra zijn superlief, vinden alles goed (ook qua kleine kinderen en de hond) en ze faciliteren alles wat je maar kunt bedenken. Kortom: aanrader!

El Convento das Bernardas es un acierto seguro. Para los amantes de la arquitectura y el minimalismo, hospedarse en una vivienda concebida por Soto de Moura es un regalo. Dicho esto, como clientes asiduos de este lugar (aunque en este apartamento concreto es la 1ª vez) empieza a sentirse el peso y el paso del tiempo y sus propietarios deberían de redoblar sus esfuerzos para mantenerlos en el estado en el que fueron creados. Es un lugar increíble, tranquilo, elegante y emblemático. Y que así sea muchos años.

Villa Mariana is a gem of a place, with the most fabulous and genuine owners that made our stay so welcome and enjoyable. We chatted to them, and enjoyed the stories of years gone by in the real Portugal. We also found out that Jose, Pedro's father, was a very talented artist with drawings and painting going back decades. The big highlight of our stay was the wonderful swimming pool, which we had exclusive use of. Sun loungers and a Gazebo to sit around the pool and have a cold beer or wine were very welcome too. We found that getting from Faro airport to Villa Mariana, was a small challenge, as Uber didn't recognise the address that we got from Pedro. So we took a Taxi to the Lidl supermarket at Sao Bras, where Pedro then picked us up in his car. This worked very well, but if Pedro is not there you will need to have a clear address, and take a taxi. Also, trying to get an Uber from Villa Mariana is impossible, so stick to genuine Taxis that are very good value. We had a great time !!

Der Ort ist absolut fantastisch! Im Haus viel Platz, nichts fehlt, Swimming Pool sehr kuul, ruhiges Plätzchen am Rand von Moncarapacho. Dorf in ca. 15 Min. erreichbar - schöner Weg! Kontakt mit Annelies äusserst nett und unkompliziert. Sie ist immer verfügbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir können diese Adresse wärmstens empfehlen!☺️

We had a wonderful and peaceful month at Casa no Vento. Surrounded by a beautiful garden with citrus trees, succulents, palm trees, and blooming scrubs was very special. The fresh eggs from Uta’s chickens, and lemons at any time were such a treat. The hilly area around the quaint casa is perfect for hiking, taking in the beautiful vista, and watching the sunset. A comfortable walking distance to a local bakery and a coffee shop, offering traditional bread and pastries was a treat. Thank you to our host Uta for making our stay comfortable and memorable. The house was superb for a group of friends to spend the week. Excellent rooms. Bathrooms are large. Kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed. It was super comfortable to hang around in and just be with friends. The area was quiet but close enough to Tavira and other towns. while we were there the hot water quit, I notified the owner and within 2 hours it was fixed. This is first class.

The villa had everything we wanted - with separate decking areas for different parts of the day depending on if you want sun or shade. All the hosts, Alex, Mildred and Emay were lovely and so helpful. We arrived very late after a long time at Faro airport (now that is a nightmare) and our sat nav initially taking us in the wrong direction, but we rang Alex who guided us in and didn’t fuss that we were late. The pool was great - we had an early August holiday so the dip was what we all needed every day (and night, it was beautiful for a midnight swim looking at the stars). We met both dogs who were very nice, and Lou, the big one, was super cute - my girls loved him! We often ate at home and the gas job and electric cooker was perfect for this. The air con was just what we needed too - so happy to have that to cool down. Didn’t use the TV as it was so lovely sitting outside enjoying the peaceful surroundings and sounds of the cicadas. Couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to stay.

We had a perfect family Christmas at Jonathan's place! The kitchen was the perfect size to cook a full meal in - there was plenty of crockery and utensils and all the bits you might need. The outside spaces were gorgeous - even though it was a little chilly at night, we loved having our morning coffee in the winter sunshine! The fireplace was a real bonus during the chilly evenings, too. All in all, everything was great. Thank you, Jonathan!

we enjoyed our 9 night staying in this place. it is a clean, comfortable and peacefull appartement. we had everything we needed during our staying. I definitely recommend this place to any couples who are looking for clean and peaceful place.

A lovely place to stay. Plenty of room. Gail was very helpful. The pool was lovely. Being five minutes walk from the promenade was great. The water taxi to the beach area is very frequent - never waiting more than a minute. Would have no hesitation recommending Gail’s place to others.

Malgré une réservation de dernière minute, Alexandre a été très réactif pour l’envoi de toutes les instructions avant notre arrivée, excellente communication pendant et après le séjour. Nous nous sommes vraiment sentis à la maison, ma fille avait sa chambre avec quelques jouets, la cuisine est très bien équipée, le salon est chaleureux, on ne se sent pas dans un meublé froid et impersonnel. La place de parking à côté de la porte, un vrai luxe, le matin vous ouvrez la porte, vous êtes de plein pied face aux salines et disposez d’une table et fauteuils de jardin pour profiter du soleil, de la quiétude et de cet environnement exceptionnel au cœur de Tavira. Le marché D’ailleurs est à 2 pas et vous n’avez pas besoin de la voiture pour aller dans le centre. Nous avons adoré notre séjour et espérons déjà retourner chez Alexandre.

We had a fantastic stay at Ana's condo in Cabanas de Tavira. It was the perfect location for us. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants and local amenities. The condo is beautifully decorated with a fabulous kitchen! I have a lot of food sensitivities and need to cook a lot of our meals. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped! Even though we visited in a cooler time of year (February) it was still lovely to sit outside on the patio. The afternoon sun warmed up the space nicely. There are 2 sliding doors and 1 door into the condo. So much beautiful light on the sunny days! Thank you Ana for your hospitality - you are so responsive and kind. We loved staying in our condo and hope to be back next year!

Excelente apartamento num bairro muito calmo . O apartamento estava extremamente limpo , bem cuidado , com tudo o que é necessário para uma boa estadia .

We had a fantastic stay at Susana and Ricardo’s place! The house was modern and exactly as shown in the pictures. It was spotless and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, just a short walk from boat to go to the beach. Communication with the host was easy and efficient. Highly recommend!
