Sehr schöne, moderne und vor allem saubere Wohnung. Alles wie angegeben und auf den Bildern. Die Internet Verbindung ist super- habe von dort aus gearbeitet. Steven ist jederzeit erreichbar. Kann diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Εξαιρετικός, πεντακάθαρος και πολύ άνετος χώρος. Υπάρχουν όλες οι παροχές και ευκολίες για να νιώσει κάποιος σαν στο σπίτι του. Η επικοινωνία ήταν άριστη και άμεση, όσες φορές χρειάστηκε. Επίσης ενημερωθήκαμε μετά το check-out, για έναν φορτιστή που ξεχάσαμε. Σίγουρα θα ξαναπάμε και όχι λόγω του φορτιστή! :-)

Location is perfect and outside courtyard was a wonderful plus to this unit. Renovations were well done and the unit was lovely.

Τετραμερης οικογενεια. Το διαμεσισμα ειναι καινουργιο με ολες τις ανεσεις- κουζινα, μπανιο , θερμανση με φυσικο αεριο ( τα εχει ολα )!. Ο οικοδεσποτης αψογος ,προθυμος να βοηθησει ανα πασα στιγμη. Το σπιτι βρισκεται δεκα λεπτα απο το μετρο της Δαφνης. Ειναι σε ιδανικη τοποθεσια ειτε επισκευτης την Αθηνα για επαγγελματικους ειτε για διακοπες. σε ευχαριστουμε Cong Yi!!!.

Thanks a lot for Polina for the accomodation. Very very nice place to stay in Athens. The location is very good - close to metro tram station Neos Cosmos - about 7-10 min slow walk. Right opposite the house there is a small local store with food and everyday stuff. In the flat itself there were all basic necessary things for simple cooking like oil, salt, seasoning, tea, coffee machine for nespresso capsules. There are well working AC in each room. The house is not large, suitable for small family or couple. There is a nice small balcony with table and chairs. All furniture is very fresh and clean, the flat itself after repairs. I would recommend this great place for enjoying Athens.

Beautiful terrace and large apartment in a residential yet super central location! Areas of improvement: the WiFi doesn’t work well so working from home can be tricky. A neighbor complained in a quite rude way for having on music on Saturday at 11pm… However, the place is beautiful and totally worthy!

Incredible view, great terrace, and perfect location. Would definitely rent again on my next trip to Athens!

So close to the port, so if you plan to stay in athens but also want to go the islands it will be a good option. Clean and comfy house, near to the LIDL market, great bakery, average coffee shops.

Ερχόμαστε στην Αθήνα κάθε χρόνο τα τελευταία αρκετά χρόνια, έχουμε αλλάξει πολλά airbnb αλλά είμαστε απόλυτα διατεθειμένοι να μην αλλάξουμε ποτέ ξανά!! Η Άντζι μας έκανε να θυμηθούμε τον λόγο που δημιουργήθηκαν τα airbnb, μία διαμονή σαν το σπίτι σου και επικοινωνία με τον οικοδεσπότη σε σχεση με ένα απρόσιτο ξενοδοχείο. Ήταν απλά υπέροχα, σε μια ήσυχη γειτονιά που τα έχει ολα, με εύκολο πάρκινγκ, μία γλυκύτατη αυλή και ένα σπίτι πολύ άνετο, εξοπλισμένο με όλα τα καλουδια, με μόνιμα ζεστό νερό και θέρμανση! Το γούστο της καλλιτέχνιδας παντού, καθώς σε όποια γωνιά και αν κοιτούσες υπήρχε χρώμα και φροντίδα! Σε ότι χρειαστηκαμε η Άντζι ήταν εκεί, απόλυτα φιλοζωη και φιλική προς τον σκυλάκο μας. Σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση υπάρχουν τα πάντα φαρμακεία, φούρνοι, σούπερ μάρκετ κτλ ενώ το μέτρο είναι σε 14 λεπτά με τα πόδια!! Άντζι και Σταύρο ευχαριστούμε πολύ!! Κάνατε τις διακοπές μας αξέχαστες!!

We had a lovely stay in Athens here! The space is walking distance from some great restaurants, parks and cafes as well as the acropolis. Thank you Katerina for hosting us!

This ground floor apartment is a very convenient place to have as a base to explore Athens. The walking distance to the Metro station is max 10 minutes, and it is a pleasant walk through the main street, that has many small scale shops, no major chains. From the metro station it is super easy to get to the center. Also Piraeus is very nearby. By car just a few minutes, by bus or tram maybe 10-15 Minutes. You can easily get to Glyfada, to the beaches and the whole South coast, as there are many busses and tram connections. The apartment is cosy, a lot of effort has been put into making it homely. A small downside is that it is a bit dark, not much daylight, but since we were out a lot it didn't bother us. There is a super market around the corner and many restaurants and coffee places nearby. We loved our stay here

We loved our stay here. In a really lovely, peaceful neighbourhood with great restaurants, coffee shops, a bakery, a supermarket and only a short walk into the city centre so we barely used any taxis/public transport. Plenty of amenities in the house and we made good use of the rooftop which has amazing views. Communication with Natasa and Manos was great, they sent detailed instructions and were helpful throughout our stay. The cats were an added bonus for us! Would recommend anyone to stay here whilst visiting Athens.

Spędziliśmy w tym miejscu kilka dni i jesteśmy zachwyceni! Domek był czysty, przytulny i w pełni wyposażony. Dobry kontakt z gospodarzem. Godne polecenia

Πολύ καλό σπίτι για τα λεφτά του . Η γειτονιά έχει μίνι μάρκετ σούπερ μάρκετ φούρνο και κάποια φαγάδικα στην γειτονιά . Είναι κοντά απ οκ τον σταθμό του μετρό της Ανθουπολης . Πάρκινγκ για αυτοκίνητο σχετικά εύκολο στην γειτονιά . Δε γενικές γραμμές μείναμε πολύ ικανοποιημένοι με τις παροχές του σπιτιού και με την επικοινωνία με τον οικοδεσπότη

Πάρα πολύ καθαρό κατάλυμα! Όλα καινούργια! Ανακαινισμένα, άνετος χώρος και ωραία αυλίτσα!

Politimi’s place was like a dream! It was just so beautiful inside - more like a New York style apartment. It was absolutely spotless & exactly as shown in the photos. And it was so well stocked! Fruit & vegetables, chocolate, milk - it’s these little things that make such a huge difference. Politimi was also a dream host. She checked in to make sure everything was ok & I knew she was just a message away if I needed anything at all. The area is lovely & quiet, with supermarkets, bakeries & restaurants close by. It was also a 15 min walk to the main shopping/restaurant strip in Chalandri. This place was just what I needed & I couldn’t be more thankful 🙏🏻

El departamento es muy cómodo! Panagiotis estuvo siempre atento y predispuesto. Tuvimos un inconveniente con la calefacción y el lavarropas y lo solucionó al instante. La ubicación es ideal si buscás tranquilidad y cercanía con zonas turísticas, se puede descansar excelente ya que es muy silencioso el hospedaje. Sin lugar a dudas lo recomiendo!

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The view of the Acropolis was absolutely stunning, making every moment on the balcony special. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and the apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was perfect—close to public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. We highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again in the future!

היה מושלם! מיקום נהדר על הרחוב הראשי ושפע מסעדות בסביבה. הדירה הייתה בדיוק מה שהזמנו. הג׳קוזי היה מעולה, נקי ובטמפרטורה מושלמת! הגענו עם התינוק שלנו (9 חודשים), ודאגו לנו לכל מה שצריך בדירה (מיטה, אמבט מקלחת, כיסא אוכל). אמליץ לכל מי שמחפש דירה באזור להגיע לדירה הזאת. במיוחד להורים! תודה רבה למארחים :)

I would like to say that the Views from this Airbnb was amazing. Very private and easy to navigate. The hammock on three terrace was magical.. fell asleep twice on it looking at the stars. The jacuzzi felt amazing during the cold: highly highly recommend this location. It’s a hidden gem.

Einraumwohnung im siebten Geschoss. Von unten glaubt man gar nicht, dass man Meerblick hat, aber das ist tatsächlich der Fall. Das liegt daran, dass das Appartment als Rooftop-Wohnung ausgeprägt ist. Große, sonnenüberflutete Terrasse mit vier Sitzmöglichkeiten und Couch-Tisch. Nur das gegenüberliegende Hochhaus versperrt teilweise den Blick auf das Meer, das sich ungefähr in 300 m Entfernung befindet. Von der dortigen Hauptstraße gehen regelmäßig Busse vom Flughafen (X-96) und in die Innenstadt (B-2), Haltestellte Phloisbos. Eigenes Mietauto also wohl nicht erforderlich. Die gut aufgeteilte und ganz gefliesste Wohnung besteht ansonsten aus einem Raum, der sowohl Sitzbereich, Küchenzeile und Bett enthält. Das Bad ist natürlich abgetrennt. Einrichtung modern und IKEA-gleich. Gutes WLAN. Den Vermieter hatten wir - wie das heute so üblich zu sein scheint - gar nicht gesehen. Der Kontakt lief über Nachricht (sehr unkompliziert, schnell und sehr freundlich).

Nous avons loué l'appartement pour un petit séjour de 3 nuits et tout était parfait. Nous avons eu un petit soucis de chauffage le premier soir mais le propriétaire a été réactif et très à l'écoute. Dès le lendemain, il faisait tout bon. À la fin de notre séjour, nous lui avons demandé s'il pouvait nous trouver un taxi pour être très tôt à l'aéroport. Il nous a répondu favorablement très vite et notre chauffeur de taxi nous attendait à l'heure prévue au pied de l'immeuble. Nous avons déjà hâte de revenir 🙏🏼🥰
