Great house for a large group visiting the wineries for the weekend. The valley is beautiful and the house is in a secluded part of the valley, very quiet. The garden attracts lots of birds. The kitchen is very well equipped with a large selection of pots and pans and everything you need really. Large stove and oven as well as a BBQ. Worked really well for our group of 8.

Stayed the weekend for a snow trip, was a great location to the mountains and very quiet. thank you for having us. we will be back

What a lovely property! It rained on the second day, and the valley was covered in clouds, adding to the beauty. The house was well-maintained, clean, and felt homely. Everything was perfect. The drive to the property was also smooth, with a well-paved highway-quality road. And finally, such great value for money! Highly recommend this accommodation.

The house is spacious, comfortable and well equipped. We had a great and relaxing time and loved that despite the heat outside, the house was always cool and nice. Our dog also enjoyed having the garden to explore.

We had a wonderful stay at Renee’s house. The house was well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay, including some treats for our dogs. Renee was very helpful prior to check in across our communications. Lovely house, spacious garden. We made some home made lemonade from the tree in the backyard and loved the view - with mountains all around and ample star gazing at night.

The home was well furnished and spacious for our party of 7 adults and 2 dogs. The view of the valley from the front of the property is great. Having 2 seating areas in the house is helpful, as both areas have televisions and it was possible to watch different programs simultaneously. The beds were very comfortable with quality linen. The attention to detail is evident in every room. There is a fully equipped kitchen with ample crockery, cutlery, pans and tools. This made us feel “at home”. A good sized, well maintained, landscaped, fully fenced garden suited our 2 dogs. David, the host, promptly responded to any of our queries before we arrived at the property and while we were there, ensuring us of a comfortable and happy stay at the house. However, we have a suggestion regarding the steps inside the house. The steps need clearer demarcation to make them more visible, particularly as the steps are of varying depth. Quiet stay in lovely surroundings. House was exactly as described and beautifully presented. Easy check in and check out. Well set up for both summer and winter escapes. Myrtleford was lovely, great coffee at Coffee Chakra and Cafe Fez and the bazaar behind it were awesome.

We spent a lovely weekend celebrating our daughter’s birthday. Ideal location with stunning views of Mt Buffalo. Easy drive into Porepunkah and Bright. Lovely menagerie of animals too, alpacas, horses, chicken, a pig and four cats ! Dog friendly as well. Thoroughly recommend.

Perfect base for a snow trip. The house is great for a group and within walking distance to the pub and restaurants. Vicky was proactive in contacting me and making sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again

Spacious family home with everything we needed for our weekend away. It was the perfect base for our visit to Mt Buffalo. Warm and cosy, with lots of games for the kids to play as well as a huge backyard so they could play outside too. We’d love to stay again. It was the first time we’d been to the Alpine region and it was so beautiful.

Jenni and Peter were great hosts, very friendly and welcoming with good insights about the local area. Accommodation more than exceeded our expectations, extremely comfortable with loads of space. We didn't have time to enjoy the pool but it looked fantastic. Would love to stay again.

I randomly found this villa on Airbnb, and I was immediately drawn to its exterior and beautiful pool. After checking in, I was pleased to find that the actual place matched the photos perfectly. The modern design is comfortable and tidy, with convenient facilities, and the environment is peaceful. Most importantly, it is pet-friendly, and they even thoughtfully provided pet shampoo. My family and dogs had a very enjoyable and memorable weekend. Additionally, Sophie was very professional and responsible, with a friendly attitude. She responded quickly to any questions we had. Our stay at Stirling Lodge was exceptional. It’s a really well equipped airbnb with everything you need and more. Beds were comfortable and location is wonderful. We loved the personal touches of coffee machine, soda stream and gifts of local wine, chocolate and coffee beans! There was plenty of wood and we enjoyed having the fireplace. We would like to come in warmer months to enjoy the pool and nearby river and would suggest the addition of a drying room/cupboard for ski gear during the winter months! We hope to stay again ☺️

Bald Hills House is the ideal place for a peaceful weekend away from it all. And yet it is close enough to a great pub at Stanley, fine dining in Beechworth, and a handful of choice wineries to the west of Beechworth. We started with lunch at the Stanley pub, visited Serengale Winery on Saturday morning, and dined in Beechworth on Saturday night. Mainly though we relaxed in Ian's house, read, swam in the pristine pool, walked, enjoyed the bush setting from the deck, had the odd beverage or two and reminded ourselves of the old days. Internet connection was great, and living off the grid was a new experience for all of us, and trouble-free.

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at Grey Wolf. We got off to a rocky start as we were not able to fit snow chains to our car but with the help of Melinda and Steve from 3741 Adventures we were able to get up the mountain safely. We didn’t end up seeing any snow but we had the most amazing and relaxing few days in Dinner Plain exploring and snuggling up in front of the fire. Melinda was an absolute delight to deal with and we can’t thank her enough for her outstanding hospitality and generosity. Our border collie was especially pleased with the dog treats Melinda left for him. We would 100% recommend coming and staying here and we’ll definitely be back. Thanks again Melinda, you were a star! ⭐️

Christian's BNB was a perfect stay for my family. My two sons and their cousins thoroughly enjoyed the space. The location is brilliant, being only a short walk to cafes and shops. Christain's communication was always warm and friendly, while also being very responsive. Highly recommend.

This place is perfect for being close to nature. It’s located in an ideal spot for hiking, with beautiful views of mountains, lakes, and the Gorge River. You can also enjoy cycling around the area. The house is cozy, clean, and beautiful, with a lovely backyard garden where we had a great time grilling. Highly recommend it!!
