I had a fantastic stay at this apartment! It’s located on the top floor with breathtaking views of the lake. The space is well appointed, spacious, and thoughtfully designed that made it feel like a home away from home. Every detail has been considered for comfort, from climate control in every room to a well-equipped kitchen with a large fridge and filtered water (hot and cold). The bed was very comfortable and having a bath in one of the bathrooms was a nice touch The smart TV made relaxing in the evenings easy. The building also features a fantastic gym, fully equipped with plenty of machines and weights, perfect for keeping fit during the stay. The location is also a huge plus - close to great cafes, restaurants, bakeries, and convenience stores, with beautiful walks around the lake right on the doorstep. The building itself felt very safe, with friendly and welcoming doormen, and the host was incredibly helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend this stay!

욕실이 3개가아닌 2개라서 숙소 변경을 하였지만 헨리가 친절하고 적극적으로 대응 해줘서 좋았습니다. 방3개, 욕실 2개를 원하는 분들에게는 좋은 숙소 입니다.

Perfect Location in Tay Ho. Numerous Taxis and Grabs available to travel to various locations in Ha Noi and close to restaurants in the area. The sauna and pool were a welcome respite from the Ha Noi traffic. The guys at the front desk were very helpful. All we had to do was politely ask for assistance. Good apartment for a family of 4,5, or 6. Full kitchen and laundry were helpful in a pinch.

Really enjoyed my stay here and great in the Tay Ho area. Nice apartment and owner also has 2 bedroom one. Washing machine and Japanese toilet a bonus. Good heater. Some building work next door but just during the day. Have to go down to basement to find the caretaker if reception not in. We’ll sutured if you have California gym membership.

The apartment is modern, clean, and well-equipped. The view is beautiful, and the rooms are bright and welcoming. Check-in and check-out were reliable and went smoothly without any issues. The host was friendly and provided good support. Would happily stay here again – 5 stars.

The host is super responsive. My flight kept getting delayed and he was available to receive us even though we got there very late. The place is very nice and spacious and close to downtown Hanoi. Within a 20 minute taxi ride. The apartment is really large and has all thelisted amenities. If I go back to Hanoi, I would definitely stay there again.

The place is great location to stay, stunning view, beautiful weather lake view, recommend for long stay. Walking distance reachable to LOTTE mall west lake. Definitely will come back to stay there again.

Very nice apartment, great for long stays. Very clean apartment. friendly English speaking front desk staff. Nice location away from the tourist areas but easy location to get to all the good stuff Hanoi has to offer. Fuji mart on the first level (replaced golfzone) is soooo convenient for getting water, snacks/food, I went there a lot. Great place to stay in Hanoi. Near coffee shops, food, the lake

Our second stay at absolutely the best Air B&B in Hanoi, especially if you're planning a long stay. VERY comfortable apartment, excellent location and amenties, and an extremely helpful host. Can't say enough good things about this place, especially if you're a Western traveller who needs a little comfort.

Wszystko było naprawdę wspaniałe! Linh poszedł nam na rękę, bo chcieliśmy się szybciej zameldować i zaoferował nam większy apartament, który miał dostępny wcześniej. Jedyne co się nie zgadzało to cena basenu, powiedziano nam, że jeden bilet na basen dla rezydenta jest za darmo, a reszta gości po 150 000 vnd za bilet. W rzeczywistości musieliśmy wszyscy zaplacić po 177 500 za bilet, dla rezydenta była jedynie 15% zniżka. Możliwe że basen nas oszukał

Im really happy with the host and quality of the house. I did book my room quite late but she supported me very much in checking in. Everything is new, clean and tidy. It's easy to walk to West lake to enjoy fresh and chilling air. Definitely come back one day when I have more free time.

Such a gem of a place! Nestled right in Tây Hồ, where everything you need is just a stroll away. The house was spotless, cozy, and had all the right vibes. Absolutely loved my stay – would book it again in a heartbeat!

lt was great living here,very nice family with many warm heart local people,the room was comfortable and cozy.word can not describe how hospitable they are.a excellent young couple and their considerate parents gave me a happy time in Hanoi.not only drived me to exam hall but also took me to sightsee.by the way,uncle is a good chef ! I have become bigger after few days :)

Fantastic staff and beautiful apartment. Everything was spotless and exactly as listed. We booked at the very last minute and were able to check in immediately. Area was quiet from street noise but a little far from Old Quarter central so not as much available near by, however taxis were very cheap so was not an issue. Staff were also very helpful in organising local tours.
