Wszystko było naprawdę wspaniałe! Linh poszedł nam na rękę, bo chcieliśmy się szybciej zameldować i zaoferował nam większy apartament, który miał dostępny wcześniej. Jedyne co się nie zgadzało to cena basenu, powiedziano nam, że jeden bilet na basen dla rezydenta jest za darmo, a reszta gości po 150 000 vnd za bilet. W rzeczywistości musieliśmy wszyscy zaplacić po 177 500 za bilet, dla rezydenta była jedynie 15% zniżka. Możliwe że basen nas oszukał

Habitación super limpia, comoda y acogedora al lado del rio. El barrio es maravilloso, a unos pasos del rio. Muy tranquilo. Phung nos dio muchas recomendaciones muy util. Me volvería a quedar. Gracias!

Nam’s place is beautiful.. it feels like you’re staying in a farmhouse It’s just they don’t provide cleaning everyday rest every thing is amazingly good

Fantastic staff and beautiful apartment. Everything was spotless and exactly as listed. We booked at the very last minute and were able to check in immediately. Area was quiet from street noise but a little far from Old Quarter central so not as much available near by, however taxis were very cheap so was not an issue. Staff were also very helpful in organising local tours.

She was a very friendly and responsive host, the house was worth the price since there were plenty of rooms for only the 6 of us, few of the bathroom doors can't be closed but they were clean and spacious, a big plus was how she helped us to check out late since we had a baby and elderly with us and we also had quite a late flight that day

We had an amazing stay at Thuy’s property! Thuy went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, providing Netflix access in each room and even helping us dry our clothes for free when we had to leave before they were ready. The house is incredibly spacious, offering plenty of room and privacy for everyone in our group. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend staying here for an exceptional and thoughtful hosting experience!

We were very confortable here for a week, as a family of five. Many restaurants walking distance, the old quarter, park, 36 street, etc.

I have sensitive skin so the host helped out to change the bed sheets and bath towels during our stay. The location was too good to be true (pho bay and fuhoo cafe every morning seem like the best morning routine for us during our stay, literally a few steps away) so I would ignore some hiccups with cleanliness. Overalls the stay was lovely and the host was super responsive and they would fix things right away. The security guard is also nice too. Highly recommend! Thy & Trang

Excellent emplacement. Cafés et restaurants tout autour de l'appartement. Quartier beaucoup plus paisible que dans le Old Quarter mais avec autant de charme sinon plus. Déplacement facile en GRAB ou même en transport en commun. J'y retournerais sans aucune hésitation.

Lovely apartment building in a neighborhood with many restaurants. It’s walking distance to the West Lake. The building is in a small alley, so it is quiet at night. I will be back!

I had an amazing experience staying at this apartment! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome, and the host made sure everything was perfect. The apartment is exactly as described—spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The location is ideal, with easy access to public transport, restaurants, and shops. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I slept so well every night. The host was also very responsive and provided great recommendations for things to do in the area. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay!

Très beau logement dans le quartier de Tay Ho, vous êtes directement sur une des grandes routes pour aller au centre ville, donc il peut y avoir énormément de bruit. Cependant, le logement était très propre, bien agencé, j’y suis restée pour 2 semaines et j’ai eu un service de ménage après une semaine. Je n’ai rien à redire sur l’hôte, tout était très bien

Located in a Nice area of "West Lake", where there were many restaurants, and had good vibe of neighborhood that felt home. With Grab/transportation it is easy to reach touristic destinations. Thus to those who wish to stay in a area that "feels home" Miss Nguyens place is highly recommended. Also plus is that general manager Mr. Cuong is very helpful and kind manager who will assist you if any issues arise. Thus hence I understand why Miss Nguyens place is known as "Guest Favorite" and lives up to its name.

The place was great, and the attention to cleanliness really stood out. The kitchen had the basic tools with everything we needed. The location was ideal, just a short walk to cafes and restaurants. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again.

Huong was very responsive and everything was easy and accessible. The place was in a quieter neighbourhood - lovely after a day in the noisy old quarter. The place was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. So much value for the money! Thank you for a lovely stay!

I can't commend enough of Huy's place. It's got everything I need, and more. It is even better than the pictures. One minute there is the lake; around it and through the alleys one is able to walk in peace, and get to a shop or a place without having to worry too much about motorbikes. Try decoding the alleys; it is fun. For those who complained about being "so close" to other houses, you might as well not come to Vietnam. And quite honestly, from a local perspective, Huy's place is not too close to the neighbors at all. Should one like to be outside without going outside, the balcony already offers a pleasurable vantage point, a nicely tucked smoke spot, from which one is able to see staples of Hanoi living, if not occasionally be awarded some peculiar details, but there's more: a roof terrace awaits you where you can sit and look at a good part of the town all day long without being seen. If I ever visit Hanoi again I will not hesitate to choose Huy's place again.

The apartment is modern, clean, and well-equipped. The view is beautiful, and the rooms are bright and welcoming. Check-in and check-out were reliable and went smoothly without any issues. The host was friendly and provided good support. Would happily stay here again – 5 stars.

The host is super responsive. My flight kept getting delayed and he was available to receive us even though we got there very late. The place is very nice and spacious and close to downtown Hanoi. Within a 20 minute taxi ride. The apartment is really large and has all thelisted amenities. If I go back to Hanoi, I would definitely stay there again.

Andy was a wonderful host He speaks English well. He responded almost immediately to every inquiry and appeared personally when needed. Over the month we were there, he took care of us, telling us what to expect during the Tet holiday when many businesses were closed and, at the end, assisting us to find transportation to the airport. I can't say enough good things about him.

Overall a great place to stay in Hanoi - though it’s a 20 min drive from Old Quarter (where all the tours pick you up from), it’s very easy to get to by Taxi (Grab) and it’s very cheap. It is only a 10 min walk from a huge shopping centre called Lotte West Lake. This has everything you could ask for - from food (highly recommend Pizza 4Ps) to shopping (Muji & Uniclo). The BnB had absolutely everything you could want and it is VERY spacious and well worth the money. Just one thing to note which although wasn’t a deal breaker, was a bit annoying - we saw a few roaches around the Airbnb (tiny ones) which we ended up ignoring / leaving alone and going by our day. Note: this was only downstairs - upstairs (where the bedroom is) was completely fine. We would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Hanoi!
