Wszystko było naprawdę wspaniałe! Linh poszedł nam na rękę, bo chcieliśmy się szybciej zameldować i zaoferował nam większy apartament, który miał dostępny wcześniej. Jedyne co się nie zgadzało to cena basenu, powiedziano nam, że jeden bilet na basen dla rezydenta jest za darmo, a reszta gości po 150 000 vnd za bilet. W rzeczywistości musieliśmy wszyscy zaplacić po 177 500 za bilet, dla rezydenta była jedynie 15% zniżka. Możliwe że basen nas oszukał

Vivan's place was a lovely arty Hanoi style duplex villa conversion with a genuine Hanoi style to it. She was very friendly and quick to respond to everything. A great location too! Many cafes and bars very close and the lake is 10 meters away down the alley. Amazing ....

Chỗ ở nằm ở khu vực cực đẹp, chỉ khoảng 5m là ra đến khu công viên trung tâm đẹp nhất của khu vực hồ. Xung quang nhiều hàng ăn và dịnh vụ nổi tiếng. Trong nhà khá đẹp, bày biện gọn gàng, ngăn nắp. Chúng mình đến nơi sau một ngày đi chơi quanh Hồ Tây mệt mỏi nên đêm ngủ khiến mình rất thoải mái. Chủ nhà trả lời mọi thắc mắc cũng rất nhanh đó là một điểm cộng. Thực sự rất đáng để trải nghiệm và sẽ giới thiệu cho các bạn của tôi.

She was a very friendly and responsive host, the house was worth the price since there were plenty of rooms for only the 6 of us, few of the bathroom doors can't be closed but they were clean and spacious, a big plus was how she helped us to check out late since we had a baby and elderly with us and we also had quite a late flight that day

Stayed at this amazing apartment and our hosts Lily and Gumi were just amazing and super responsive. We ended up landing super late and our hosts made sure we checked in just fine at a very late hour and i am super thankful to them for that. About the apartment itself it’s at an amazing location (very near to Savage club) if you like all night parties. The building itself is amazing and the apartment overlooks a football field on one side with a huge window in the room. Very victorian era vibes from the interiors with a beautiful piano one must try playing even if you don’t know. It’s a quick study believe me and sounds very soothing 😇 Place was super clean and quiet with no disturbance or interruptions from anyone. Washing machine and dryer definitely come to use if you like to travel light. Definitely recommend this place 😊

The apartment is beautiful, very clean and just like the picture. The building is near Lotte West Lake. The host is friendly and attentive. She guided me to the supermarket and gym nearby. I will come back again.

We stayed at this AirBnb for 2 weeks. It was overall a good experience. The hosts were always available for contact, so that's very convenient. The apartment is in a good location near the lake and high up enough so that it's fairly quiet and has a nice view.

Man ist direkt mittendrin in einem tollen Viertel, es gibt die Möglichkeit kostenlos zu Waschen und auch nach Check-out das Gepäck in einem Spind zu verwahren, das war wirklich super! Das Bett ist allerdings etwas hart gewesen und quietscht ziemlich, sonst super Lage, Cafés direkt vor der Haustür!

This charming 1-bedroom apartment was a perfect home away from home! It was cozy, fully furnished, and had a relaxing bathtub. The neighborhood was quiet, and the entrance was easy to find. The shared laundry area was convenient. Highly recommend!

Thank you to Phuong and everyone else who helped us. We really loved the gym and the cafe downstairs. The staff there was always so helpful and kind and the cafe dog Bông brightened my day. The apartment was as described and we loved the loft. It was quirky but we expected that from a loft. The furniture made locally was really beautiful and the shower was great (I am picky about showers haha!) We unfortunately had to move to a different room after a wind storm cause a piece of siding the get loose, but the other room was really lovely too. Phuong was patient and kind with me in a moment when I was very stressed. I am very grateful to her. I would suggest a stay here.

Spotlessly clean and wonderfully spacious! It's truly new. Loved staying here and really appreciated how responsive Long was to any inquiries. The private washer would be a convenient luxury for long term travelers. Please note it is about a 18 min bike ride (more during rush hours) on Grab app from Old Quarter so it is a bit farther out but then you do get to see local neighborhoods and enjoy a walk around the biggest lake in the area. I did a stay in Old Quarter and a stay here and it was a nice compliment to each other.

Fabulous views. Hosts were very helpful and friendly. We arrived late in the evening, which made it difficult for the taxi driver to find the location. The host was quick to help out and guide the driver by phone.

Really enjoyed staying in this important, it was a lovely escape from the hustle and bustle of the city! Such a beautiful apartment and felt right at home instantly. Great location as well and an added bonus of a lovely coffee shop downstairs. Would highly recommend!

Very good place walking distance from train street and old quarter but away from the hustle and bustle of Hanoi. Would definitely recommend
