My family adored and loved him, and thought that he was a super host!! His hosting skills were second to none and he’s a real asset to your houses on Airbnb. The children enjoyed the hot spring pool. The house was very spacious and was kept in a very good standard. Overall, we were very happy with both the house and Abby. I will definitely be keeping in mind your properties in the future. The place had a homey vibe and amenities are ok. It is near the clubhouse and having a dip pool is a plus.

Very affordable, quiet surroundings and peaceful

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The space was immaculately clean, which immediately made me feel comfortable and at home. Clarisse and Rhain (caretaker) was incredibly responsive and helpful, answering any questions I had promptly and ensuring everything went smoothly during my stay. The property is also very spacious, giving me plenty of room to relax and unwind. One of the best parts was that the listing is exactly as described and shown in the photos — no surprises, just as beautiful and well-maintained in person. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a hassle-free, comfortable, and stylish stay. I’d definitely book again!

Beautiful lake view, nice pool and garden, relaxing jacuzzi, comfortable rooms, and exciting boat ride! Only down side is the microwave that was not working and which the caretaker did not know how to fix.

It was easy to check in. We got there late but the getting in was easy. Just took a few minutes to get through gate security but not too cumbersome. Riz had fancy Smeg coffee maker etc but it was “bring your own coffee” i guess. Good a/c in the bedrooms. Good water pressure. Wish there was a/c downstairs too. Overall a good stay. I’ll miss watching the Filipino soap on Netflix lol. Thanks Riz!

My family and furbabies had fun in the place. We felt right at home. Water temperature is just right, not too hot, not too cold. My mother, who is a PWD, enjoyed the pool. My pets also had fun playing in the area. In addition, caretaker Lito is very helpful. He assisted us in grilling our food. He kept the place, especially the pool area, clean. Will definitely book this place again in the future.

The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal—close to Sampaloc Lake, Bato Bato Spring, and many restaurants nearby. Transportation have many options. Abner was an amazing host, always quick to respond and eager to ensure I had everything I needed. The little touches, like [mention any special gestures: snacks, welcome notes, extra toiletries], made my experience even more special. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting San Pablo City, Laguna. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

It's a studio in an ADU next to the bigger house, with plenty of kitchen wares and a mini-split aircon. It does have a parking area for your car with a secured gate, although it may struggle to fit larger cars. The street to get there is quite narrow, too, and larger cars may struggle. Overall, a nice place . The owners are very nice and helpful also. If the water pressure seems low, they have an accessory pump they can switch on that will increase the pressure, just ask.

Balai Pahuwai is really a nice place to stay. Perfect place to relax and a place that is so peaceful and a time to really bond with family. Me and my family really like the place and the staff is really accommodating and Bang is always responsive and very helpful to our request. It’s too bad we didn’t managed to experience the bamboo bridge because it is under maintenance but overall we like our stay in this place and it is very clean. I might book it again in the future. The place was very cozy and peaceful at night. I wish that the bedroom in the middle has an aircon, but overall it was a very pleasant stay. The host was very understanding and very responsive. Will definitely go back next time.

I recently stayed at Hills Studio and had a fantastic experience! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. Directions to the place can be clearer. Suggest it can be part of the confirmation upon booking. But over-all great place, host is very responsive. Place is good for the price.

The host was very responsive even before I booked the place. The place was easy to find, it's accessibke to public transportation as well. They have welcome snacks. The beds are comfy. We felt safe around the area. It's definitely worth its price. Thank you for hosting us.

There's just something about Dolores that makes us want to keep coming back to it, last time we've been to Dolores (Bangkong Kahoy Valley) was around 2018. From BKV you could see Julia's Place and we've always wondered what it is like to stay at Julia's Place since the location and the view is so majestic. Fast forward to a week ago we were looking for a place to celebrate our sons birthday, upon randomly checking Dolores on Airbnb we noticed Julia's Place and remembered it from our last visit to BK so we just had to come back to Dolores and book it. Loved everything about the place, very spacious, high ceiling, nice interior, clean house, helpful staff, scenic view (although the trees and vines need trimming to get a better view of the mountain range and a cleaner entrance to the house) Only downside to our visit was that it was raining the whole time so we didn't get to hike and there was no wood for the fireplace. 10/10 will definitely come back

Their accommodation is very spacious and clean. You can have everything you need while staying there. Feels like home. Highly recommended for travellers or those who need to stay for a night or two in San Pablo.

Maria’s place was amazing. My in-laws felt home and safe during their stay. Had a little hiccup during check in but they were very responsive and resolved it straightaway. Will definitely have their place as an option the next time I have someone staying in San Pablo.

Will higly recommend staying here. Place was way better than I expected. Climb from the town proper (including the stairs to reach the unit) was challenging especially for us cyclists but totally worth it for the privacy, security & view. Ma'am Elaine & her company are very accommodating.
