Darryl's two "cottage" units at this location (I've now stayed in both) are very nice, clean, comfortable spaces, and I definitely enjoyed my time there. Their proximity to Cleveland Park and the Greenville Zoo was also a plus. If I ever have the opportunity again, I would not hesitate to stay at Darryl's place for a third go-round!

This is an apt. in an older apt. complex that the hosts have made very comfortable & inviting. The apt. was exceptionally clean, parking was free & easy & the location is great. It is an easy 15 minute walk to downtown thru nice safe feeling neighborhoods where there are tons of restaurants & things to do.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! Our host went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She and her husband were incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with, always available if we had questions or needed anything. The apartment itself was immaculate, very well equipped, and truly a comfortable, nice space to relax in. You can tell they put a lot of thought and care into making their guests feel welcome.

Adam was a very good communicator and the information he provided leading up to the trip was both thorough and easy to follow. Location is great for anyone looking for a place to stay downtown if they also plan on going to an event at the Bon Secours Wellness Arena, only a 3-5 minute walk. The place was clean, comfortable, and cozy. Would definitely stay again!

I loved this place. Sandy was very helpful and even provided a charger for my EV. There were plenty of snacks so I helped myself too! 🤣

We had a great stay with our 2 young children. The master bedroom had a nice big area where we could easily setup our pack n’ play. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Neels and Estee were great hosts!

Paige & Rachel were AMAZING! Even though our last couple days we got hit with Hurricane Helene & had no power, they went out of their way to help & I am so grateful!

Fantastic weekend at this place! Our first trip traveling with our infant and it was a breeze thanks to Seth. Pack n play and high chair were set up prior to our arrival and it was so family friendly. Love this place and would definetly book again on our next visit!

We had our grandchildren stay with us. Plenty of room with privacy for us and the teens when we needed it. Large property with that wonderful willow oak in the spacious backyard. Definitely will book with Willow Oak Retreat again when we return to see our family.

The place was so well stocked. So many times we go to places and pans and dishes seem like they came from a thrift store. Everything at Tyler’s was in such great shape - stylish and useful. Very well appointed and comfortable. Beds and bedding were great and the dogs were happy to have a fenced back yard to run around in. Close to everything.

Your place was perfect for our family... all 9 of us. The rooms felt cozy and spacious. The back deck was a great place to relax and hangout after a busy day of wedding prep. Sierra was quick to respond to any of our questions or concerns. I would highly recommend this airbnb.

Andrew place was very lovely. It was very spacious and very clean! Loved the corner little bench right by the window, it was very cozy. The hottub was amazing and relaxing! The house felt really cozy and comfortable. The stores around the area aren't even that far from the place. I'll definitely come back again!

This is a great place to stay in town! Park your car in the adjacent parking garage and walk to probably hundreds of restaurants, bars, and shopping. Property was exactly as described. Very clean with nice amenities. Navina is very responsive when communication is needed and helpful with suggestions on what to do and where to go in town. The building is very safe as you must use a key fob to access the building door and elevator.

This was my second time booking with David and, once again, the place did not disappoint. My guest and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We only heard a train once in the early hours of the morning but we happened to be awake, so it wasn't a bother.

Definitely was a nice place, had everything u need. Host is extremely helpful and responsive. Couldn’t recommend enough. 10/10 stay

My stay in Jade's condo was delightful. Nicely appointed and very comfortable. The location was perfect, as it's walkable to all of downtown Greenville. I would definitely stay there on a future trip to Greenville.

We had a great time here! We came for a concert and only had a 14 minute walk to the venue. Close walk to everything you may need. Felt very homey and the place was super clean. Will definitely rent again when we come back next time!

This is our 2nd time staying at this Airbnb, and we'll be staying at it next year! The location cannot be beat and it is spotless and homey! Thank you for another great Greenville visit!

The condo was wonderful. Only 7 condos in the building. Very quiet. Sheets very soft and beds very comfortable. The best and most important part is the parking. You have an assigned parking place inside a gated parking "lot". You enter a code to enter and exit. The condo is walkable to all restaurants and activities! Would love to stay here again the next time I visit Greenville.

The unit was quiet and clean. The host was impeccable with any questions. The place was exactly as described and a wonderful stay.
