If you're looking for a beautiful place to just decompress and relax, this place is for you. The residence is located in a rural community with beautiful surroundings. Nice restaurants just a short drive away. We found several in the town of Danville. This was my first trip to Eastern Kentucky and absolutely fell in love with it. The owners are wonderful people and were able to answer any questions that we may have had. I will definitely be going back.

We had a wonderful three night stay over Easter weekend. The house was beautiful, everything is brand new and spotlessly clean. The location is peaceful and beautiful. We drove less than 20 minutes to Danville where there were several very nice shops and restaurants as well as a great bakery. Hosts were extremely responsive and everything was as described.

In over a decade of using Airbnb properties this was the finest, best appointed and most pleasant home, grounds and setting ever! The listing was spot-on accurate. Terri and Charlotte were excellent hosts. The rural setting was exactly what I was looking for.

I would stay here again. The location is peaceful and private.

Diana and Larry are very charming, welcoming people. They gave us recommendations when needed. They respected our privacy completely but was quick to respond when needed. Their home was absolutely incredible. Price was fabulous. Will definitely go back again!

Anna was a kind and responsive host. She was very friendly and took the time to notify us of some local opportunities before we even got there. The place itself was great! Clean and very homey with nice views of the river. I recommend it to anyone looking for some peace and quiet on their journeys.

What an amazing place to stay! The scenery was breathtaking, the owners kind, and it was so peaceful. My 16 yr old got to pet horses and talk to cows, and my 5 yr old flew a kite and had plenty of space to run around. I definitely recommend staying here for any getaway and some fresh air!

Our stay at this lake house was absolutely amazing! The home was clean, very spacious, and well maintained. Amy was fantastic—super responsive and always helpful whenever we had questions. She replied quickly and made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay. The location was beautiful, and we had a great time enjoying the amazing dock. We really had a blast using the kayaks provided. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful retreat or a fun weekend with friends and family, this place is a perfect choice. Highly recommend!

Incredible space! Beautiful home. Huge bedrooms and kitchen. Lovely bathrooms. The grounds were fabulous. So many horses to watch and enjoy. What a hidden gem! We can’t wait to visit again!

Great place

We had a wonderful stay. The house was very clean and smelled good upon arrival. Beds were VERY comfortable and bedding super soft. The giant walk-in shower in the big bedroom was the bomb with the oversized shower head. We really liked the screened-in porch (with a tv!) The property was private and quiet. We are older folks who didn’t attempt the very steep stairs to the water, but the view was great from the deck. We enjoyed antique shopping in Danville and Harrodsburg. Cattleman’s, Drakes and the Red Rooster were all good restaurants. An over all great stay!

Freddie is AMAZING!! He was very responsive and extremely flexible with my scheduled arrival. The house is so nice!! Outside space is very peaceful and beautiful. I will rent Freddie’s place again!!

My friends and I stayed at Kristina's place for the Louder Than Life festival in Louisville, and it was an excellent experience. The house was incredibly clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, just minutes from downtown, which made getting around really easy. Even though the weather interrupted our festival plans, Christina went out of her way to ensure we were entertained, providing great suggestions for local activities. The house felt like a home away from home, and we truly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend!

Loved this place! Perfect for Bourbon visits and Keeneland. Very peaceful . We had an issue with the TV and hot water and Ryan came right up and fixed it! We will return!

This was my second time at progress park and we stated in the 502 house for my Daughters Birthday! Even though it rained all weekend, it didn’t stop us from enjoying the outdoors! The game room in the basement was a lifesaver!!! It was beautifully decorated, comfortable, and very clean! The owners were very responsive and easy to get in touch with. I was looking for the password for the TV in the living room and had an immediate response after reaching out. No issues at all!!

Nice, peaceful home out in the country. Tastefully furnished, and had everything that our group needed for a wonderful night stay.

The home was spacious, clean and well kept. We especially enjoyed the deck and picture window overlooking the lake. A great spot for 2 couples to relax and enjoy what Kentucky has to offer. Very close proximity to the Bulleit Distillery, which held its Autumn Fest during our stay. Highly recommend
