This is the second house of Rebecca’s that we stayed in around this area and once again it didn’t disappoint. This place has an amazing view of the mountains and in a very quiet and peaceful area. It’s nice to have a decent yard where the kids can stretch their legs and run around after a long drive. Would recommend for anyone interested in this location or any of Rebecca’s rental properties.

Charming farm house nicely updated with all of the comforts, plus nice extras like kids’ dishes and extra coffee pods and creamer to get you started. Kids loved the house, too, especially the bunk beds in the “kids’ room.” Great location with the Virginia Creeper Trail and lovely stream just across the street. Nice walk up the trail to the town park with a playground and picnic area. Leilah was very responsive to any needs and questions while we were there and went above and beyond to locate a kid’s very special stuffed animal that was left and mail it back to us. (Thank you, again!) We had a great weekend and would love to visit again!

The home and property completely met my expectations. We wanted to immerse ourselves in the lifestyle and history of old place and it did that in spades. We felt at home and slept great!

We held a family reunion there with 6 members from NC and northern VA. Damascus was a perfect gathering place and their Bungalow was spacious, clean and inviting. 4 decks and fenced in at both front and back was great for our pups. You can see the AT from the back deck and the VA Creeper Trail is a short walk away. We did all in-house cooking and the kitchen was well-appointed. TV had access to the Final Four games and tons of other streaming services. Since I was coordinating, some of my family had to make changes to the number of nights we stayed and Logan was super patient and responsive to deal with all that! We all hope to return again!

What a lovely home. I would recommend this to anyone. It’s in close proximity to VT. A really great time.

Great clean little house in a nice quiet neighborhood. Walkable to State Street & close drive to all that Bristol has to offer. Our dogs loved the yard, which made it easier for us to get out & explore. We were able to go to the Bristol Caverns, Bristol Speedway, the Pinnacle, roller skate at the Bristol Skateway and horseback riding tour in the mountains in Rogersville. Would definitely stay again in this cottage. Thank you Brandon!!!

We enjoyed the time at this location. Was very clean and nice. The hosts were friendly and helpful. We were able to really rest and relax on porch in the evenings after a day of adventure. Overall great place and great time

We loved our stay at Molly's peaceful, lovely property. We especially enjoyed the outdoor spaces/amenities - the backyard by the stream, the hot tub, and the amazing covered patio with couches and fire pits. It felt like everything in the house was brand new - it was very comfortably appointed. The beds were very comfortable! Highly recommend.

Very nice place to stay. Beautiful view. Deer right out the back door. Quick responses. The house was big enough for 9 of us to stay comfortably.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here at Vincent's cabin. It was quiet, peaceful and private. There is a nice bit of grass for the dogs and enough space for your vehicle. The cabin has a great A/C unit, nice bathroom, comfy bed and above all, for me atleast, it has Directv! Thank you for that. Many Airbnb's have no cable whatsoever. I would absolutely stay here again and I highly recommend for anyone who is passing through. Also, there is a truck stop/gas station and a dollar general nearby. And the price is comparable to any half way decent hotel but way more private and secluded and peaceful. No housekeeping waking you up at 7 am!Thank you Vincent!

Great, clean place with lots of space and comfortable beds. I had a lot of fun making cappuccinos for my family in the mornings with the espresso machine. Definitely the best price in the area for my needs! My family had a lovely time exploring the nearby area and Johana’s instructions for getting in the home and using the espresso machine were really clear and helpful.

The home was much more than I expected. My host was super.

Brooke was quick to respond, easy check in . We booked last minute with no issues. Sam the property manager was great with suggestions for places to visit. This cabin is warm and cozy, perfect for a weekend getaway. Highly recommend staying here.

Excelente lugar, acogedora, llena de lindos detalles. Sumamente hermoso. Tiene de todo lo necesario para pasar una estadia relajante y alejada del bullicio de la ciudad. Super equipada. Claudia fue super amable y nos dio buenas recomendaciones. Inclusive estuvo dispuesta ha resolvernos una situación el mismo 31 de diciembre. Se mantuvo atenta de nosotros y contestontodas nuestras dudas auper rapido. Hasta nos dejo detalles de bienvenida (botella de vino local, muy bueno). El pueblo en los alrededores Sparta, a 18 minutos de la cabaña, no tiene mucho para hacer. Pero cumplimos nuestro propósito de ver nieve en el lugar que Claudia nos recomendo, aunque era como a hora y media de la cabaña.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Tammy and Tim were such wonderful hosts and so kind! The space was beautiful and peaceful, they left lights on so our late night check in would be easier in the dark. The house was perfection and the welcoming committee by Chief and Ferdinand every morning was so enjoyable. We loved everything and can’t wait to come stay again!

The house was lovely and exactly as described, we had a great stay. Aundrea was very kind and responsive in messages.

Cottage at Bear Den is our “home” of choice when visiting Hillsville. It’s so cozy and welcoming with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed the deer grazing in the back yard and were visited by some turkeys. And did I mention the comfortable beds and linens!

Wesley’s place was very clean. The surrounding were beautiful.

My husband and I originally booked a unique Sphere cabin (Grassy Creek) for our anniversary, but after severe wind storms caused structural damage, Carolina Mountain Vacation Rental went above and beyond to help us find a new place immediately. They were incredibly responsive and accommodating, ensuring we still had a fantastic getaway. We ended up staying at Grande Vue, and it was absolutely perfect! The property was beautiful, well-maintained, and had stunning views. It truly exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t have been happier with the experience. Thanks to their exceptional service, we’ll definitely be coming back—this time with our whole family! Highly recommend both the rental and the team behind it.

We had a relaxing stay at Four Fillies' Creekside Home. The property itself is beautiful, very peaceful and perfect for exploring on mini hikes or just unwinding. Our labradoodle especially loved the open grassy area by the creek. The firepit was a hit, we were there every night. The cabin was comfortable, and had all the basic amenities we needed. We liked the quiet spot by the creek and the chance to disconnect for a bit. Overall, it was a cozy, dog-friendly getaway spot, close enough to a couple hikes we did. Thank you for hosting us!

Such a quaint and cozy little cabin in peaceful surroundings. We stayed a few days in Marilyn's cabin and were very comfortable. It was super nice and relaxing to just sit outside in the mornings with coffee and a book while enjoying the plethora of surrounding bird songs. Marilyn was super friendly and responsive and we felt very much at home in the cabin.

Jodi's place was great for our stay. Beautiful kitchen and everything was stocked. Hot tub is the best part!

Lordy, we loved this place. AMAZING windows and kitchen, incredible hosts who were kind and super-responsive, wood burning stove was a delight. We didn't turn the TV on for 3 days and didn't care a bit! Can't wait to be back in the summer!
