We really enjoyed our stay here! Plenty of room for our 4 adults & 2 children. It was very clean & had most everything we needed. The host was very responsive whenever we had questions. The only thing we were disappointed in was there is no oven & we had planned to bake Christmas cookies with the kids.

Don't waste time looking elsewhere, because is the place you want to stay. Not only because the home is beautiful (clearly a great deal of thought went into the architecture and furniture) and the location in Old Tbilisi is perfect, but also the host, Oto, will make your stay seamless and worry-free. He is the most responsive, attentive and thoughtful host we have ever had at an AirBnB. He arranged airport transportation, helped us print documents, replaced an appliance, and much more, all with zero stress. Excellent English and Russian. Our family of six from NYC (me, my wife, my mother-in-law, our 4 year old daughter, and our newborn twin girls) stayed here for five weeks. The bedrooms/kitchens/bathrooms/patios were immaculate. We hired a housekeeper/cook to come for a few hours every other day, and a nanny for the twins when we wanted to do day trips. Both were excellent, inexpensive, and absolutely worth it. I'm sure Oto would be happy to give their contact info.

A top notch Airbnb experience. The apartment and neighborhood were both so charming. Tamar was super communicative and pleasant. Our stay was a highlight of our visit to Georgia.

The house was really as described. Tinatin was verg helpful. It wasn’t difficult to find and is located close to the city center. The garden, in particular, was very enjoyable. Thank you for everything.

地理位置优越，出入便捷，去景点十分方便，夜晚安静，洗衣机、晒衣架、锅碗瓢盆、空调、煤气取暖炉等一应俱全。睡床是由一张抽拉式大沙发床和两张三折叠小沙发床组成，没有正式的床那般舒服，如果要求不高也还行。

We had a very comfortable stay at the apartment. Nelly was the perfect host! She ensured all amenities were provided and she herself greeted us at check in. She also kept checking in to ensure we had everything or if we needed anything else. The place was exactly as described. The location too was very close to the city and other attractions. Highly recommend!

I had a great stay at Tamar’s place! My luggage didn’t arrive with me and Mariam was very helpful dealing with the drop off for me. Tamar greeted me with delicious Georgian cheese, bread and more. The place had amenities that are not listed and were SO appreciated! I think the photos don’t do justice to the place, I was comfortable cooking in the kitchen (which had all I needed) and the room was spacious enough for me to do my yoga practice w/o bumping into anything. Both Mariam and Tamar are kind, generous and great hostesses. The bus passes so close to the place, just a 4min walk, but also just 10/15 min walk to Rustaveli av. I recommend this place completely.

The appartment is so nice and clean, the owner is very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended. If there’s a chance to go back again in Georgia definitely we will stay again in this appartment.

Very cozy apartment, located in very convenient place. Right next to the wine factory, which is best place to have a nice evenings in Tbilisi. Fully equipped apartment with huge veranda to enjoy morning sun with cup of coffee. Just highly recommended!

Our stay was truly special! The apartment is right in the heart of Tbilisi, allowing you to walk everywhere while still experiencing authentic surroundings. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need, and the apartment itself is warm, comfortable, and full of that unique Tbilisi charm. Staying at Tamara’s penthouse was an absolute highlight of our trip to Tbilisi. The apartment was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered breathtaking views of the city skyline. The location was perfect—close to the city center yet peaceful enough to enjoy some quiet moments. The check-in process was smooth, and Tamara was an excellent host, always available to answer questions and provide local recommendations. The amenities were top-notch, including fast Wi-Fi, a well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable bedding. Overall, I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Tbilisi and looking for a luxurious, well-located apartment with an incredible view!

В квартире жила моя мама, и я волновалась, будет ли ей комфортно. Но квартира была настолько хорошая, что ей очень понравилось. Квартира чистая, с новым ремонтом, теплая, уютная, с прекрасным расположением в самом центре города, при этом в ней тихо. Спасибо большое хозяйке!

The apartment is really nice. It is located close to all the sights of the old city. Inside there is everything you need for a comfortable stay, down to the smallest details. The plumbing is in good condition, the kitchen has good dishes, there is a bottle of wine in the fridge. In the bathroom there is a good hairdryer and a lot of bathroom accessories. Not far from the apartment there is a bar, whose visitors can make quite a lot of noise at night. Anyway, the apartment is very nice and cozy.

квартира находится в районе,где много ресторанов, кафе, баров. в 5 минутах ходьбы от улицы Руставели и площади Свободы.Сама квартира удобная,со всем необходимым. и что для нас важно,большой балкон-терраса, где можно попить кофе,покурить. мы остались очень довольны. Если будем ещё в Тбилиси, обязательно снимем ещё раз
