The place was great and the hosts were wonderful. Very nice when messaging but also accommodating on extending the stay when there flight issues and we needed a place to stay a day early. Got some great pictures of a sunrise from the patio and it's a reasonable walk to the shore!

Naomi's apartment was the best AirBnB that I have stayed in New Zealand! It was brand new with excellent amenities and high quality fittings and furniture! It was absolutely spotless and Naomi provided all the condiments and small personal touches(Milk, Artisan Ice Cream, Nespresso capsules, variety of teas ,etc.) which other hosts overlook. It has it's own secure parking space and an awesome terrace with a Weber BBQ if you're keen to 'braai'. Beaumont street can get quite busy and noisy during the day, but excellent double glazing keeps it reasonably quiet and enjoyed having the air conditioning available when it got quite warm. The bed was super comfortable and the linens and bedding were all top quality. I just wish every AirBnB I stayed in was of this quality and I will definitely stay again if the apartment is available to rent again in future. Simply Spectacular!!

The house was perfect for the five of us. It has lots of space, the hosts were very generous with the condiments and the space was light, comfortable and really clean and tidy. The wi fi was also brilliant!. While the house is nice and peaceful it is a short drive to the shops and about 10 minutes from the beach. We didn’t find this a problem and Leone and Mark were awesome to deal with.

Thank you for a wonderful stay. Lara’s apartment is located close to the marina and overlooks the water ! It’s very peaceful and quiet. Just a few minutes walk to the hustle and bustle of the marina and its restaurants. But still very peaceful and we could get a good night’s sleep. Furniture, kitchen and equipments all seem very new and modern with no signs of wear and tear. Parking was very convenient , right under the apartment. We highly recommend this apartment if you are looking for a place in Auckland.

We had a great stay at Leon & Alex's place. The place was nice and clean and good location for us to visit family. Fantastic hosts and great place, would highly recommend!

Thankyou for my 3 day city slicker holiday. It was the gym and pool that initially attracted me to this listing (didn't get round to enjoying it...maybe next time). The apartment is a surprisingly peaceful retreat that's 'tucked away from everything busy' in the heart of the city. It had all the modern home comforts (which made it easy to keep clean) and it was nicely presented. I enjoyed R&R out on the deck (it was a great sun-trap) and stretched out on the couch watching movies. The bed was super comfy too. Perfect me time! Easy access to get to and from the motorways, and the carpark was a blessing. Highly recommend.

Close to shops, restaurants & the harbour . Parking on site was a big help . Highly recommend his luxurious apartment.

Great stay for the night on Waiheke! The house has stunning views and is very spacious. Driveway and steps up are quite steep so was a bit tough to get up the first time but other than that great place to stay!

Lisa was so lovely, and we loved staying at her place. It was even better than the photos! An amazing kitchen for cooking, a pool, a spa, and spacious comfortable areas throughout made for the perfect getaway. Lisa was super friendly and helpful throughout, we would absolutely stay here again.

We had a great stay in Omaha. The house is perfectly located with an easy walk to the beach and golf club, and is well equipped for a large group. We enjoyed the sunsets on the deck, and Sky TV was a plus for watching the Australian Open!

Fantastic location, easily walkable, and within close distance to the bus from which you can access the rest of the island. We liked the little details included, and found the outdoor area just lovely. We would definitely stay here again! We also found the check-in instructions very easy to follow.

We had the best time and really enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed including a really cool covered outdoor area with a rural and beach view that we spent a good amount of time in laughing, playing cards, having Waiheke vino & antipasto platters. If it was raining or windy you can pull down the screens to block it off. The heated outdoor shower and spa was great after a swim the beach, shops and restaurants were so close to walk too.

Central location. We walked around into the city and to the marina without issue. Plenty of bus routes if you prefer. The supermarket is around the corner. Plenty of options for bars/cafes within walking distance. We have two kids and found a huge playground and grassed area just across the road. Pool and gym in the building was an added pleasure. Robert was great to converse with and was quick in reply :) Would definitely book again if visiting again.

This was all we had hoped for and more. Everything about it was just right, everything we needed was there. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped. Our resident neighbour at No.2 was most helpful and altogether we were delighted and grateful to be able to stay the extra days there that were needed when one of our party was unwell. This place was right next to the Park which was great for a quick and lovely walk to CBD. The windows were all facing the park so the views were very nice to wake up to! The apartment had all amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, kitchen utensils, etc.) which was very convenient. The hosts also left us some local fudge as a welcome which was very thoughtful. The apartment is also very close to a large mart which was very convenient for getting some basic groceries. Everything was also very clean! We had a lovely stay :)

Sky Blue is a great place to stay. The condo is bright, extremely spacious, and spotless. The beds are comfortable. The water pressure and hot water are great. The blow dryer works great. The kitchen is fully stocked with beautiful dishes. There’s an espresso machine and French press, we used both. The location is fantastic right down the street from the beach and in the heart of Takapuna Beach full of restaurants and shops. We loved waking up and coming home to sit and relax on the enclosed lanai. The washer and dryer worked fine but are on the small side. The TV works good too. The condo is upstairs but you enter on the ground floor and walk up a set of stairs once inside. We highly recommend Sky Blue.

This apartment exceeded expectations—the photos don’t do it justice! The view is absolutely breathtaking. The space itself is spacious, clean, and very comfortable. It’s in the perfect location—close enough to the city for easy access but far enough to enjoy some peace and quiet. I loved staying here. prime location, pictures are very accurate. the space is lovely, spacious and the hosts are responsive, helpful and overall really good. I highly recommend this bnb. it's worth every dollar spent. I actually thought it was going to br deceiving and small but it was the opposite. photos are a very accurate representation of this unit. they are not deceiving and represent the size of the unit perfectly.

After an 18 day cruise across the Pacific, it was great to be welcomed at such a beautiful condo. The unit is spacious and has “drop dead” gorgeous views. We used the deck every evening to have a glass of wine and watch the harbor activity. It was magical. The unit is well equipped with very comfortable beds. We cooked most nights and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The bathrooms were spotless with plenty of towels etc. The complex is quiet which we appreciated. Never a noise issue. But if you want “life” it is a short walk to the quay which has many restaurants and bars. We found this to be the perfect location to get to know Auckland. We hope to return in the future.
