The apartment was great for our family of 4’s weekend break to Napier. The accommodation is very clean, a good size and close proximity to the central area. We had lots of fun with the kids watching events going on both days from the balcony onto Marine Parade.

Wonderful apartment in the heart of Napier city, where you could walk to restaurants. The apartment was beautifully and comfortably furnished. The kitchen was modern and very well equipped. Keri was super friendly and responded to questions really quickly. Our group really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. The only drawbacks would be if you struggled with stairs and if you preferred your car close by.

We had a great stay at Di's apartment centrally located just off thr main shopping g strip. walking distance to all the restaurants, shops and attractions in Napier. The apartment itself is quite unique, Di has clearly put a lot of thought and effort into furnishing and decorating the place, and with the ample living space the kids and even the adults had a great time exploring - with 4 kids under 5yrs there were lots of space in the 2 living rooms and enclosed rooftop for kids to play and be themselves; definitely kid safe. Needless to say the apartment itself and all linen and bedding was clean and spotless, the portable cot for one of our toddlers was very helpful, if they had an additional one it would have made it even better but we made a last minute booking so we're very grateful to carry one less cot. Would definitely recommend and if available next time would come back again! thank you for a wonderful experience.

A perfect little property and a treat for lovers of Art Deco. This first floor apartment has been tastefully renovated and has all the amenities needed for a short stay for two people. The Aquarium of New Zealand is just across the road on the sea front and well worth a visit. The City of Napier is an easy walk of approximately a mile with its fabulous Art Deco buildings and some excellent restaurants - our particular favourite was a Japanese styled one, ‘Origami’, just opposite the Sound Shell. All the food we had was good and their deserts, exceptional! There are several very good ice cream vendors in the vicinity too! Sandhya recommended at least two, one of which we can now recommend too, the other we didn’t have time to try. When in the city, ensure you look above the sometimes modern facades of the shops and you will be plunged back into the 1930s! All in all, an interesting place to stay as we passed through on our journey north.

A very comfortable and homely beach house with plenty of room and great off street parking. Loved the amazing sea views.

What a beautiful place. Went there beginning of 2025 and again for my birthday early February. Absolutely loved it and a beautiful long beach. Good to walk or run on. Surfing spot.

We had a perfect weekend stay due to Diane's wonderful hosting, we had everything we needed in a comfortable home-away-from-home with beautiful surroundings and glorious beach views. Just a stone's throw from the beach. Everything was immaculate. We're very keen to come back again.

This is a perfect home for a family holiday, the home is well equip with all the basics provided. Our children were also provided with bikes, helmets and toys....AND the beach is just beautiful. Fantastic.......you wont be disappointed.

Can’t beat the beautiful view and peacefulness of this location! You could spend your whole time looking out the windows or from the comfy bean bag chairs! There is lots of biking trails to explore in the vicinity and nice peaceful walks around the house. Great place to spend a few days in nature!

Fantastic house nestled under the stunning cliffs and just a short walk away from beautiful Kairakau beach. This was our second stay here and it was another wonderful stay. There is plenty of room in the house for 3 couples with lovely big living/dining areas and a spacious kitchen, and having three bathrooms is a real luxury. Stephanie was very responsive and helpful. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a long weekend escape at the beach with friends or family!
