The place was in a fantastic location with easy parking. It was nice and clean and far exceeded our expectations. It was lovely to meet Anna and very thoughtful of her to check we had got in ok and had everything we needed.

Really great location close to Titahi Bay. Lots of food and drink options within walking distance, and a list of recommendations was great. Rochelle was really accomodating, fast communication and super helpful. Would highly recommend this spot to everyone.

Margaret’s place at Marsden Village is in a good location for visiting Wellington. There’s parking right beside the house and shops nearby. This very well furnished and supplied residence would be perfect for a longer stay with a study, laundry, extremely well equipped kitchen, beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms. It feels very private and the furnishings are high quality. It has 3 levels so quite a few stairs. Margaret was so communicative and helpful, it was a pleasure to stay in her home. The little extras she supplied including a fresh breakfast make this place a real gem. No one would believe the list of extras if she wrote it all down!

A beautiful spot, perfect for me and my two kids visiting family. The layout of the house / bedrooms is great for privacy because each of the rooms are separated by either a bathroom or an open space. Kitchen was stocked nicely to be able to cook easily for my family. Easy access to amazing shopping and restaurants, loved the reserved parking spot. Quiet at night and easy to sleep. Heating and AC worked well. I loved everything!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, and I was impressed by the cleanliness and tidiness of the place. I would highly recommend it to others.

We had an excellent stay, the place was exactly like the photos and description and was very well cleaned with plenty of towels and amenities available. It is a quiet neighbourhood just as described but handy to anything you need to walk to. Will definitely be back. Host was also lovely greeting us on check in and showing us through the property.

A great place for our family to meet. Lisa was helpful with adjusting our booking requirements. The kids enjoyed the grass area. Very handy to have the bakery next door and cafe just down the road

Brendan was a great host, very flexible with check-in which was a great help. The apartment is wonderful, great views, clean, quiet yet close to the city, and well supplied. Would definitely stay again if in town.

Fantastic apartment to stay in, spacious & beautifully clean with very comfortable beds. The showers were amazing- great water pressure! The pantry was well-stocked with essentials, including milk left in the fridge for us. Puzzles, books and games provided were also fun and appreciated. We especially enjoyed just walking across the road to the beach without having to use the car. Great cafes and restaurants nearby too. A wonderful home away from home. Would thoroughly recommend- (my only reservation being that a private skateboard ramp is under construction directly in front of this property, so I imagine the noise of that in use will considerably disturb the peace of staying there in the future. )

My mom, uncle, brother and I loved our stay here. It was quiet and peaceful and the overall place was clean. We liked that there were clear instructions placed in a folder so we don’t have to keep contacting back and forth. That made our stay easy. Totally recommend this place! 💛 Thank you!

My family of 6 stayed here for 3 nights. The place was very clean and tidy and in a good location. Close to multiple different shops/town centres so never had to travel too far. Harvey's communication was great and easy access into the property. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Harvey :)

Well, what a great stay. A beautiful home with everything we needed. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. A big tick all round - will stay again. Highly and hugely recommended.

We had a great stay at Emma's place, we found it very cozy and clean, the beds were SUPER comfortable. We all had a great sleep every night. Emma was very accommodating as we extended our stay twice and we were able to stay at her place despite adding a few extra days. Emma was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We loved how easy check in and check out process was. The area was nice and peaceful and we had no hassles. I would definitely recommend this place if you have a family of 4 or 5. We will definitely be staying here again in future.

We loved staying here. Close to mountain biking, hiking, restaurants, hot pools/spas!! Love the Nespresso machine and having a washing machine and 2 bathrooms was very handy!!

Great stay at Marks, easy instructions and a great spot to spend a few days

We stayed at this Airbnb for a month and throughout the month Dave was always incredibly helpful and timely in his communication. Everything was very well organized, clean, and as described upon our arrival. I would happily recommend this Airbnb to everyone!

Be aware that there are many steps, about 35 down to the front door, and additional steps up one flight to use the bathrooms/bedrooms. As we are relatively fit this was not an issue. Really appreciated the kitchen stuff including paper towels, spices, and more.

A wonderfully comfortable, clean and tranquil ‘ home away from home’, with beautiful elevated views of the surrounding area, this was a most restful and welcoming place and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our hosts had added many thoughtful touches, including a basket of books in the study and i spent a very happy couple of hours in the sun reading about herb gardens ( which has always been an interest of mine). A really delightful, restorative stay. Thank you.
