The Lost Cabin was a beautiful, stylish and pristine space. Very cosy even in mid-winter, we were always comfortable. David was most friendly and we'd love to stay again.

Wow! What a place! It sounds a cliche but we will definitely be visiting again! Next time for more than one evening. We’re already looking through the diary for the next available weekend. It was everything we expected and more. We stayed as it was as close to an event we were attending that evening. Upon arrival we were worried about getting a taxi to an event as uber didn’t work well in the area. Jill (the host) kindly asked what time we needed to be there and what time we needed to be collected and she organised it all. She really went above and beyond what was expected and made us feel welcomed and comfortable. Couldn’t have asked for more

Id highly recommend staying here! A very unique place to stay, the cabin itself and the garden it’s in is really beautiful. It feels very private. All the details inside have been really thought about, and has everything we needed. It’s felt so relaxing and luxurious. There are so many nice touches everywhere such as the stoneware, and bed linen. The outdoor shower made us feel a lot more connected with nature each morning, and the outdoor hot bathtub after we’d built a good fire was lovely after such a long drive. Kitchen has all the things you’d need, and as a bit of a coffee person having a v60 and filters in the cupboard was a really nice touch. The local farm eggs were a real treat! We utilised the communal barn as well (again a very well thought out space), which has a big oven etc. We really loved it here. Many thanks again to Henry and Ania, we can’t wait to come back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the spa lodge - it was such a peaceful and private setting with the garden being perfectly suited for our dog and the beach a stones throw away. Tim was incredibly helpful at check in and provided us with an extensive list of things to do in the local area - a 10/10 experience and would highly recommend a visit. Thanks Tim!

We had a lovely long weekend at Valley view! Great accommodation, very peaceful and private. The hot tub was a real bonus and we took advantage of the garden and outside spaces as we were blessed with the weather! Lovely part of Devon and plenty of attractions within a short driving distance! Highly recommend and would definitely return!

Absolutely idyllic cabin with great amenities - would absolutely visit again! What a place! Exactly as it looks in photos. Slight issue with an abundance of flies but it’s in the middle of a working farm, whaddya gonna do. It was also the first week of spring, apparently it’s fine the rest of the year. WiFi was better than expected for a cabin in a field and the 7kw EV charger was handy (and a rare feature).

Would highly recommend. The host was very responsive and always on hand if needed. The area is lovely and quiet and the lodge itself was very clean, well equipped and warm/comfortable. You also get access to the ponds, zip line and swing for kids. Hot tub was also a great bonus. I’d say the photos don’t do it justice, the lodge itself is nicer and larger than it looks on the pictures. Also a lovely local pub 20mins walk away (1mile max walk) and coast is only 30mins drive. Would consider returning.

We stayed for two nights from December 30th- January 1st. We received a friendly welcome and were left to our own devices, the fire / bbq was fantastic and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We will definitely be attending again

Wir buchten das erste Mal über Airbnb. Durch Zufall sind wir über Rachels Unterkunft gestoßen. Unsere Erwartungen wurden bei Weitem übertroffen! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, es wurde wirklich an alles gedacht (Wein und Schokolade als Aufmerksamkeit bei Ankunft). Das Mobilheim war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit einem Auge fürs Detail. Man merkt Rachels Liebe bei der Gestaltung. Die Umgebung war der Wahnsinn! An Idylle und Schönheit nicht zu überbieten! Auch der Check-In lief reibungslos. Wir kamen durch den Verkehr zu spät an. Durch die Schlüsselbox und sehr gute Kommunikation aber überhaupt kein Problem. Rachel antwortete bei Fragen immer sehr höflich, zuvorkommend und schnell. Der Strand ist durch den Park nur einige Gehminuten entfernt, aber durch diesen wunderbaren Park kommt es einem vor wie Sekunden. Wir sind noch immer überwältigt und bedanken uns bei Rachel von Herzen für die tollen Erfahrungen und Chance! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Absolute Empfehlung!

Absolutely fabulous holiday home! Louise&Ian greeted us on arrival, they were lovely. They had put up some birthday banners for my husband, as it was his birthday. It was a really kind touch - along with the delicious homemade scones and dog biscuits which our dog loved! Louise&Ian were really accommodating with our 6month old son. The views were gorgeous and the walks along the beach were brilliant. We can’t wait to come back! Thank you Louise&Ian!

We had a great stay, 4 adults & 3 dogs. The chalet was roomy, clean and homely. The hot tub on the balcony was amazing with wonderful views. There were countryside walks around the site as well as activities. We will definitely recommend it to friends and family and hopefully return in the near future.

Amazing getaway - you wouldn't know there are other people staying nearby as it is so quiet. Peaceful, relaxing and a great place to use as a base to explore Dartmoor and Hay Tor. Me and the dog loved it!

This was one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve been to! Absolutely magical and so peaceful, nothing but the sound of the river flowing and birds chirping. The collapsible bed was surprisingly comfortable and I slept amazingly well. Tim was a super responsive host and gave clear instructions and great recommendations. We’ll hopefully be back very soon!

Thank you for such a lovely break, the lodge is beautiful, cosy and clean. All the extras are great and a lovely welcome, Clare is a great host and has great communication always on hand if you need anything. The surroundings are so private and peaceful, and the fishing is a bonus! Endless walks and nature to explore. This place is incredible for a relaxed getaway, we will defiantly book again.

The little cabin is lovely and having the log fire made it extra cozy! It’s a great place to disconnect and enjoy the countryside, and if you fancy some entertainment there’s a collection of books and VHS tapes to choose from. Judith and James were lovely and helped with anything we needed.

We loved our stay at the Bothy. When planning our little trip we were slightly concerned that it might be a little chilly (March) in the Shepard’s hut, we need not have had any concerns, the small wood burner was perfect and kept the whole accommodation warm til morning. The facilities were perfect, with everything we needed, excellent shower, spare blankets, cooking utensils etc. William was a great host, any concerns he was quick to help. Finally the location is perfect, stunning views of the woodland and the sea on the horizon, a short drive to the beautiful seaside town of Sidmouth, and perfect location to split our time between Devon and Dorset. This accommodation is definitely a must and would recommend and hopefully will be back again soon to this little ‘Home away from home’.

Quite simply the perfect retreat! Felicity’s Nest is a sanctuary surrounded by exquisite views of rolling hills, the sound of birdsong & even the odd deer. After a day of exploring one of the numerous pretty bays nearby , it was always a joy to come back to the very comfortable nest. Felicity really has thought of everything you could possibly need , with little unexpected treats, games & books galore, very comfortable beds with beautiful linen , a coffee machine always a bonus . We all felt so relaxed after this trip & We will definitely be going back to this gorgeous secluded haven!

The place was gorgeous, and the surroundings were beautiful. Hearing the birds whilst soaking in the hot tub was blissful. There are lots of lovely walks and pubs around, and plenty of sheep! 🐑 The Prosecco and snacky bits were a lovely touch ✨

Electra was a lovely, welcoming host, who went out of her way to make the stay a happy one. Clear instructions on how to find the bnb and very friendly upon arrival. The place was clean, had everything as explained and was very cosy. The bed was extremely comfy. I'll happily stay here again if in the area. Thanks for the lovely stay.

Wow. Everything about this place is unique and stunning. The setting which is really unique, gives views of the beach and sea that rival any, anywhere...the accommodation is a real experience on every level, from the setting, the actual buildings themselves and how it all works which are brilliant, the complete eco system for off grid living, which is all very clever and superbly executed, down to the microscopic attention to detail the hosts provide......Red dry robes (the best you can buy), binoculars (for extending the already stunning views, Yeti thermal mugs, Soho House bedding, great coffee (ground and whole beans and both French press and grinder and espresso, crocs (his and hers) for the veranda....everything the very best and the list continues as you discover more at every glance. literally a faultless experience. Simply amazing on every level.

Wow what a hidden gem. Beautiful location, decorated for Christmas and literally everything you need. Flowers, cream tea and wine on arrival. Didn’t want to leave. Super hosts. Merry Christmas 🌲🍷🥰

We all absolutely loved the Alpaca retreat. Cozy cabins, lovely hosts and perfect surroundings. Wonderful place to unwind and get back to nature. The kids loved the Alpacas, chickens, ducks and pigs. We enjoyed the cabins decked area which had sun all day from breakfast to sunset and the evenings under the stars with a bbq or fire pit.

Forget Me Not Cabin was the loveliest Airbnb that we’ve stayed in, the setting was just what we were looking for- set in a place of natural beauty and very peaceful. Surrounded by a gorgeous garden filled with all sorts of flowers and a tree right next to the cabin that could be seen through the bedroom window made it feel like I was sleeping in a treehouse ! The decor is extremely pretty with lots of thoughtful and practical touches, I love the stylish, neat and tidy vintage feel! The bed was extremely comfortable, a fabulous shower, cozy lounge area with the perfect sofa to curl up on, simple but helpful Kitchen with all you need for a little getaway for two. We had some lovely walks, there’s a farm just up the road where you can buy fresh eggs, and the copper penny pub and farm shop which is extremely well stocked. We found very useful. We followed w the little lane following the public footpath and walkedto Lamerton and on the way back popped into the excellent Blacksmith Arms!
