Awesome place. Peaceful, quite and perfect for our needs as an overnight stay that suited our needs as we're travelling through.

A beautiful spacious home with three very separate bedrooms which we enjoyed. The back garden is lovely and looks onto the mountains. This home is ideally situated to explore the Lake Tekapo and Lake Pukaki surrounds.

We enjoyed our stay at Jillian’s comfortable and well-appointed house. If you want a quiet, tranquil time this place will suit you. There is all-round sun and views of a lovely garden with rolling countryside and hills. There were freshly cut flowers in vases when we arrived. The fridge, freezer and pantry were well stocked. We thought the rental was very good value for money. Communications with Jillian were excellent.

We loved our stay here. I stayed one night with my 84 year old mother and 25 year old daughter. We wish we could of stayed longer as the house was amazing and felt like home. It had everything you needed and more. We definitely will be back. Thank you for having us.

We had a wonderful stay at lake Middleton. Definitely one of the most beautiful AirBnB‘s we stayed so far! Everything was so clean, pretty, perfectly designed, comfortable. We wish we had stayed longer! Might be a perfect house to spend a few days with family and friends. Very well equipped, spacious, and cozy. The service was better than I expected.

We loved our stay. It’s a beautiful location and close to the local area. Just 3 of us so it worked out beautifully! We would love to stay there again any given day. The kitchen is well stocked . They have good appliances too!

My family and I stayed here for a day to visit Mt Cook and met Zelda as we arrived at her place. She was super friendly and helped us to smoothly check in. We've had a lovely stay here and particularly enjoyed the large backyard, which is perfect for stargazing at night.

Nice spot close to town but quiet and secluded. If you are going to stay there the google maps will take you up the wrong driveway, it will be right after the speed bump heading north. She had it marked well, google is just off a few driveways.

A wonderful stay in a spotlessly clean and well appointed studio with magnificent views through the large front sliding doors. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay with the chance to prepare our own meals in the well resourced kitchen, it had been a while!! The Four Square store in Tekapo was well stocked with everything we needed. This is the perfect house for enjoying stunning views of Lake Tekapo! My clients and I were extremely satisfied with our stay. The backyard offers an incredible stargazing experience at night, and the rooms are spacious, bright, and fully equipped with everything we needed. I will definitely choose this place again the next time I pass through Tekapo!

The apartment is really clean and has great appliances, so well kitted out and is so spacious. Walk in wardrobe, massive bathroom, bedroom and open plan kitchen/dinning room and lounge. Additional toilet, laundry and outside patio, BBQ and outdoor lounge space. Lovely extra’s like a telescope, underfloor heating, milk, aircon, extra bedding, toiletries and so much kitchen and washing detergents etc. Its lovely view and huge windows created a feeling of space and calm. It’s a really lovely place. Thanks so much the supporting staff are full of local knowledge and extra tips so kind and welcoming too. Great customer service and care.

A great house, clean and tidy, fully equipped. The location is also excellent, with easy access to everywhere.

Perfect location, close to the lake. The highlight was the stunning night sky—just stepping outside, I could see countless stars, including the Milky Way. I highly recommend this place for an unforgettable experience!

The place is amazing with a starview balcony. The rooms are clean and cozy and the host is extremely helpful and even left us a bottle of wine with a welcome note. Felt totally at home and welcomed. Recommended!

This was a quick, overnight drop in stay for us. We got in late and left early. We basically just used the beds and shower. It worked great for our needs, and we appreciated the quick booking acceptance and excellent communication by the host. Thanks for the stay :)

Beautiful decor, extremely comfy beds with upscale linens, and a surprising welcome basket. It was just my daughter and myself, but the house would be perfect for a fun family getaway. I had a video conference for work while there, and the internet was great. Easy drive to many nearby places, including a beach where we made a new friend and rescued a penguin. Plenty of parking, an easy drive from Christchurch or Lake Tekapo, and a residence and farm with a fantastic New Zealand history. Highly recommend. I also should note that we booked for one night - arrived - had a look around, and immediately booked a second night. We changed our travel plans to stay here longer - it's that nice. DId I mention how happy my daughter was when she found out there were SHEEP. Annie's place will always be on our top fave places list!

Very good accomodation for large member of families who travelling together. We travel as 3 families with total 12 pax. Actually it has more capacity than that. Overall our staycation was very good and their amenites are very well maintained as well.
