Justin’s place has everything you need. Back yard worked really well for our pups and it was conveniently located. Beautiful washer and dryer. Appreciated the extra towels too!

My family and I had to make a last-minute trip to Colorado Springs. Kendra’s place was absolutely great for us! Plenty of space for 4 adults to spread out and enjoy. Kendra had really great recommendations of local things to do/places to eat — thanks! We really enjoyed having a space to connect as a family :)

Very cute place that appears to be an addition to a home. It is private and separate. Very clean and cozy. Perfect for 3 adult women for a weekend conference. Just a heads up, there is no washer or drier. It specifies that those are not included. It was my mistake of overlooking that. Plenty of clean towels available and that was appreciated.

This was my third stay here and it is, by far, the best Airbnb I have ever rented. It’s full of historic treasures, pristine in its cleanliness and has everything you could ever need. Most importantly, when you walk in, it’s like getting a warm hug. We saw a family of deer in the lot next door. Easy walk to Broadmoor event center and the hotel itself. Don’t just consider staying here - stay here!!

What a wonderful host!!!! We had dinner provided for when we arrived and an awesome continental breakfast for the morning. The house was clean, very inviting and close to all amenities. We really enjoyed the walking trail just outside the backyard. Great experience!

The house was so comfortable. The house is set up to give privacy. Everything we needed was there. Lots of dinnerware and supplies, hot tub, barbaque pit.

Was perfect definitely will be staying there again.

The house was better than what we expected from the pictures. Especially for the price it was a nice surprise. Although I had trouble finding the correct door at check in, it was mostly due to checking in around 9 pm and even then, Eric was extremely responsive and very helpful. Overall a great stay, it was nice and quiet at the house and then only a 5 minute ride to downtown Colorado Springs. Honestly I had a great time with almost no complaints.

We absolutely loved staying at Cynthia’s place! It was perfect for my family. I have younger children and they loved the toys and seeing the animals!! Cynthia thought of everything when it came to making us feel comfortable!! Definitely will be staying with Cynthia again if we are in the area!

The place was exactly what I was looking for. You basically have your own spacious apartment. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in the conifer / pine area

Excellent location and overall place to stay. We found ourselves on the move quickly looking for a new Airbnb after our first one wasn't great and this place was a wonderful improvement from where we started. Communication was clear and the place was clean and quiet. The host instructions were clear and easy to follow. We didn't make use of both bedrooms since it was just an anniversary trip, but both were nice overall and the bed was comfortable in the larger room. The difficulty of the suite door lock operation slowed us down in leaving, but was an inconvenience in what I would say was an overall great stay.

I stayed for one week in September 2024 when I was in Colorado Springs for business. I figured, correctly, that this unit would be much more comfortable and roomy compared to a hotel room. Everything was first rate, the unit was very clean, the shower worked great, no problems with internet service, and there were nice touches around the unit that indicated a high level of attention and care. The location was good, convenient to Garden of the Gods and other amenities for side trips.

We had a great stay at Dieter's place! We had a hard time entering at first because I believe the front door was stuck/swollen from the wet weather. They were responsive when I reached out for assistance and we got in fine after that. It was cozy, warm, and inviting, and very clean inside. I think the only quirk is that yes, the communal laundry room door is in the bedroom. We did not have any issues with it, but it is something to keep in mind if that is uncomfortable for you. We did not have issues with too much noise and the tenants we ran into were polite. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Excellent host. Lillian & Dustin are great folks and great host. They were able to get us in last minute and are always responding quickly to any of our questions. Nice size place and beautiful neighborhood. We already renewed our stay twice! Thanks guys!

Lovely, very comfortable and easy place to stay! About 5-10 minutes away from the newer sections of Colorado Springs near restaurants, shopping and Air Force Academy.

The accommodations are roomy and the host is great. This is a great country setting, you’ll not be disappointed... unless of course you are looking for city hustle and bustle. The kitchenette is full featured and there’s plenty of room to relax in the living room too.

I keep returning here because it is a sacred space. It is so beautifully furnished inside and out. The hosts are wonderful and I always leave there feeling so peaceful.

My daughter (Courtney) and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at SunMountain! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The home was spotless, stylish, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was fantastic – close to the Garden of the Gods. Rani and Mitzi were incredibly thoughtful and responsive, offering great recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed. We felt right at home and appreciated the warm hospitality. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would have definitely stayed here again, and would have highly recommended it for anyone looking for a great place to stay. Unfortunately, we were told that SunMountain will not be an Airbnb property after the end of this year.💐 Sincerely, Audrey & Courtney😊

We arrived last minute to Gayle’s home and she was very welcoming and friendly. She made us feel right at home and made sure we had everything we needed. Slept great! And we were able to make a nice breakfast in her kitchen the following morning. Thank you!

Kay is a thoughtful, highly responsive host. My friends and I stayed overnight for the outdoor NHL game, and Kay’s place was fantastic! It was clean, quiet, comfortable, and surrounded by beautiful trees. Kay herself wasn’t super easy to work with, communicative, and let us check in early. We loved the included breakfast as well! Would definitely stay here again.
