I have stayed here a few times and always enjoy my time. It is a beautiful location on the river and the cabins are so very cozy.

We really loved the little rustic cabin! It was such a lovely little place to come back to after a day out adventuring (snowshoeing on Ampitheater Trails, Box Canyon Hike, Watching climber at the Ice Park, walk along the river trail and soaking in the hot springs). It was walking distance to the main town. The bed was super comfortable and we were provided towels, shampoo and soap. Bathrooms were clean and well kept. It was nice to have the convenience of the little store right close too. We will definitely return!

My husband and I decided last min to make a trip to Ouray. We are so glad there was still a cabin available. They were so cute and well kept. We enjoyed it

We had a fantastic stay at this charming riverside cabin! The serene location, right by the water, provided a peaceful and relaxing retreat. The cabin was cozy, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. What truly set this experience apart was the exceptional service. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate our request to extend our stay by an additional day in the same cabin, which made our trip even more special. Their warm hospitality and attentiveness made us feel truly welcome. If you’re looking for a delightful getaway with scenic views, excellent service, and a homely atmosphere, this is the perfect spot. We’re already looking forward to our next visit! This place is very well run, maintained and very clean. We stayed in one of the smaller cabins and it was perfect for our stay in Ouray. Hard to beat sitting in the hot tub looking at the snow covered mountains. We would definitely stay here again.

This house was very clean and beautiful with extra amenities like a hot tub, washing machine/dryer and v large bathtub . Would stay here again %1,000. Host was also very quick with responses.

perfect location, close to many beautiful hikes, plenty of space in cabin, and a beautiful view as soon as you step out of the cabin. this place is a gem will definitely stay here again

Beautiful cabin by the water! Beautiful river walk out your door. Would recommend to any and all! Bathroom was an easy walk. They plowed the snow for us to door and in parking lot. Very friendly people and easy access to Ouray’s spectacular beauty!

This is the second time I’ve stayed at these cabins. Beautiful river & mountain view’s, friendly staff, and conveniences are all on site. The river walk is really pretty and about a 15-20 min walk from the cabins to downtown Ouray.

We loved our stay at this cabin to visit the nearby Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park. We ate breakfast at the cafe the next morning and highly recommend the breakfast burrito with green chiles in it. There’s a stream out back and got a glimpse of the sheep on the other side which was so fun to see! We also fell in love with Marmalade the cat in the cafe. We didn’t get service out there, but there was free WiFi and we brought games and books to occupy ourselves knowing service might be spotty. It was nice to get away from technology for a bit anyways. We would definitely recommend and we would stay again!!

Stunningly beautiful Colorado mountain scenery right in the backyard. The cabin was beautiful, well appointed and well kept. Such a sweet setup with so much to do and see especially for outdoor enthusiasts. You can drive the mountain roads, hike, fish or just sit on the porch and gawk at the amazing “back yard”. Highly recommend this place!!

I enjoyed staying at the Cabin in Ouray. Amber was helpful and responsive in getting us to a very late check-in. The cabin is perfect and backs right up to the river and a walking path if you are in town for Ice climbing its only five minutes up the road, hard to beat!

We had an incredible stay at this cabin! The property is stunning, and the surrounding scenery is absolutely breathtaking. Our entire group thoroughly enjoyed the experience, and I want to highlight the fantastic kitchen—it was a standout feature for us and made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a memorable getaway!

We had a great stay in the cabins! It was close to the bathroom/showers, right on the river, and a short walk to the hot tub. Great deal for a place in ouray!

Cydney’s cabin on the river was just what I was looking for! Adorably quaint with the river very nearby where I drank my morning coffee and in the evening got to watch the sheep on the other side of the river. We were visiting to see fall colors and Big Cimarron road did not disappoint, even had a bonus as we saw a double full rainbow that was beautiful! We even drove to Telluride in under 2 hours and that was well worth the drive. Highly recommend….and she has a cafe and store on sight if you forget anything.

We absolutely loved the setting. The ability to walk next to the stream, pond, and sheep was fantastic. The room was exactly what we were expecting. Cydney and Tito were amazing hosts.

Great location right on the river. The RV resort is quiet at night with just enough activity during the day. Everything was clean (in the tiny cabin and the grounds of the resort) and tidy. Didn’t use the laundry facilities while we we’re there so we can’t speak to that, but everything else was perfect.

Pictures do not do this place justice. We enjoyed every aspect of it. The small touches, ice cream in the freezer, board games, stocked toiletries, all made this slice of heaven even better! We are already counting down to when we can come back! We watched the sunrise on the back porch, played lawn games, and enjoyed the fire pit. This home is incredible. Thank you so much for hosting us!

We loved our stay with Cydney and Tito. We were hoping for a little rustic cabin next to the water, in the little town of Cimarron, with signs of ranch life all around… The experience did not disappoint. The map shows this location is clearly next to a road so that was to be expected, but it is also next to a beautiful river, fire pits for those who would like, outdoor seating under the huge trees, and cozy nooks. At the end of the evening the sheep were brought in for the night. As a person who also does lodging, I am truly impressed that they can run tent camping, campers, cabins, a restaurant, and a ranch all at once! Truly, a couple who have put blood sweat and tears into what they have created. One of our most enjoyable getaway overnights of the summer.

We didn’t know what to expect for a suite in an RV park but it looked and sounded nice on airbnb. From the thoughtful texts asking about our travels to the moment we walked inside the office we felt at home. The suite was perfect. Very spacious, clean and very nice fixtures. Bed was very comfortable, kitchen stocked with everything you need and the bathroom right out of a magazine. We enjoyed eating outside and taking walks by the river. The park people were friendly and we spoke with several as we would take afternoon walks through the park and along the rushing river. It was very quiet throughout the area. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Montrose you can’t go wrong here for RV, small cabin or the suite. We will book here again.

My partner and I loved this cabin. The location was absolutely perfect to be on foot to easily walk to restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay again and hope to in the future. 😊

It was a great stay! Cabin was cute and cosy and the property was serene with lots of birds (especially hummingbirds)! Hosts were nice and made great pie!!! 10/10 would stay again.
