This is our second stay here. It was clean and it had all the amenities listed. The location is a bit far from restaurants and mini markets if you don't drive there, but it's peaceful and safe. Great place to stay with pets and children above toddler-age. The place has 2 bathroom, one of them has water heater. You can walk you pet around the neighborhood. Philip is a great host and very responsive.

Me and my family spend two nights at Mr. Welly's place. The house itself is really spacious, has peaceful ambiance and has everything that we need. The host also really considerate and friendly. I would definitely come back to stay at Mr. Welly's house in the future.

Very quiet! Probably the first place I ever stayed in Indonesia where I never heard any barking dogs. Nice small office and bedroom, it's a nice home. Plus a big smart TV too.

Lokasi strategiss, karna bener-bener sebelah OCBC dan depan ICE BSD banget. Foto rumah & Furniture juga mirip sama yang di aplikasi, peralatan dapur juga lengkap dan bersih. Lalu yang bikin amaze itu seluruh ruangan menurutku wangiii banget & bersihhh. aku jarang dapet tempat nginep yang wangi, di sini pas buka pintu langsung wangi. dan yang paling penting miminnya sangat responsive dan detail dalam kasih info. kalo ada temen yang mau nonton konser di ICE BSD di sini oke banget untuk jadi tempat bermalam sihh :))

Nice big place, can accomodate 6 until 10 people with extra bed. Clean and easy to find. Near big street (Jl.Gajah Mada), many food stall and mini market.

secara keseluruhan tempatnya sangat baik . bersih, alat dapur lengkap, koneksi internet kencang dan komunikasi dengan yang punya tempat sangat baik. hanya sayang kurang di tv saja yang tidak ada

I was looking for a place that could accommodate my large family, and I was fortunate to find one in the heart of CBD Bintaro. A big thank you to Mr. Frank and Mr. Randy for their friendly and responsive service, which made everything from booking to handling the keys a smooth process with clear instructions. I do have a minor suggestion: it would be great to check on the maintenance of certain items, as some need fixing, such as the lights in toilet/ room and air conditioning in the main room. Overall, I recommend this place if you’re looking for accommodations for a large group of guests 👍🏻

Very recomended if you looking for a place to stay that close to Siloam Hospital. Unitnya sangat bersih dan sesuai dengan foto. Akses kursi roda juga sangat mudah dan banyak restoran serta ada supermarket. Host sangat komunikatif dan fast response. Thank you. Will be back for sure.

Big space and super clean place, the location also good because connect to garden, all is worth the price. but maybe not suitable if bring baby or for house party because the neighborhood is want peaceful and bit annoy with noisy. overall, theresia is really a good host and i'll recommend her place to my friends. This place is amazinggg!!! A spacious well-maintained unit that makes you want to stay longer… it’s also in a very strategic location, which is right next to one of biggest mall in Jakarta, so everything’s just a walk away. The facilities of the building is also great, a big pool, a well-maintained gym, oh! I also can’t get over the whirl pool! LOL. I will definitely consider to get back to this place. Thank you!

Timothy was an incredibly responsive host and always available. He went above and beyond in responding to my concerns to ensure my stay was as comfortable as possible. Timothy’s place is well located, in walking distance to AEON and a few minutes drive to the Breeze.
