Where do I start??? First and foremost, Lisa is amazing! Communication is top notch(!)and responded in minutes to a request. She goes above and beyond the norm and stands out as a "best host!" Secondly, already fans of carlsbad, this place is perfect for a couple and the dogs too! Clean and tidy, so cute and yard space is spectacular for a beach house!!! You can walk everywhere and great food too!! Beach access is literally steps away and so private. I cannot say enough about Lisa and this wonderful beach paradise!!! Next time, we want to rent both the top and lower unit together and bring our kids or friends!!! Side note! We left something important at the place and later that afternoon we called Lisa in a panic. She drove there within minutes and met us with our item! She couldn't have been more kind and caring. So generous to help us out when she didn't have to! Thank you Lisa again for everything and supplying us a fabulous week at the beach!!!

Tara was a great communicator, and the location was pretty close to the beach. There were also a lot of local food places within walking distance. The space was clean and well-taken care of while also not being too touristy. I loved the outdoor and indoor showers and the activities provided.

The house was comfortable and met our needs well. We loved the location as it was close enough to walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants. We were able to see the ocean better than we thought we would. The train is right behind the home but we did not find it to be loud or disruptive. The outside of the property was great with the fire pit, barbecue and hot tub. We had a couple issues that Pete the property manager dealt with very quickly. He was very nice and was just concerned about everything being ok. Would definitely rent again.

This was the perfect stay for our short weekend getaway. We could walk to all parts of Oceanside and literally 2 blocks to the ocean! Only downside is being very close to the light rail, so can be noisy, but nothing super disruptive. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Great location close to the water and walking distance to restaurants and lots to do. The parking was very convenient which I appreciated. The furniture was comfortable and the linens were clean. Lots of chairs and beach toys available for use as well. The hosts were friendly and quick to respond when I had a question. I had a great stay and would definitely stay again.

Amazing location and attention to detail for fun , family, and being able to spend time together.

Dan’s house is in an awesome location that allowed us to walk to restaurants and see sunsets in just a few steps. We could relax on his porch, feet by the fire and listen to the waves. His house has all you need- we will definitely be back!

Absolutely LOVED our stay here. So close to the water with an easy walk! Also close to a lot of food and Carlsbad village with some shops! Didn’t want to leave. It was a great place to come home to and relax at the end of the night. Would stay again!

Michelle was super helpful before and during my stay. The place was exactly as she described it. The pool was a great way to end the day. I would definitely stay here again.

This spot was right next door to the wedding venue I was visiting and so the convenience was what originally drew me to it. But the property itself is so lovely and the surrounding farms are beautiful too! Minimal contact with host, which is what I prefer. She included everything I needed in the check-in instructions so I felt perfect capable of assisting myself with whatever I needed. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay. The cabin is located on a quiet back road close to town in a gorgeous wooded area. All the basic accommodations were provided, and the space is comfortable.

Fue muy buen lugar, esta muy céntrico y aceptable además de cómodo, un pequeño detalle en la limpieza de los pisos pero nada grave y al igual con el tiempo de respuesta pero todo muy bien en general! Volvería a ese lugar cuando lo requiera!

Great location! We stayed here for a month and made it to the beach at least a dozen times because it was such a quick easy trip. Landlords we’re great with communication and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay.
