Thank you. The condo was clean and the resort was beautiful. Location next to beach was great. The pullout king size sofa bed and the bedroom fitted our needs.

Great place for our family of five. Plenty of beach toys to bring to beach. Plenty of towels. The king bed in the master bedroom was SO comfortable! We were able to cook dinner with everything in the kitchen easy peasy. The boardwalk was not loud at all per the previous complaints but we went during Christmas and new years. Very peaceful! Loved it!

Everything about my stay at Carlsbad Seapointe Resort was excellent. First and foremost, the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. A particular shout out goes to Trevor at the front desk who went above and beyond. The location is fabulous. I took several long walks on the beach that was literally across the street from my room. The facilities were excellent, gym, several pools, several hot tubs, tons of crafts and other activities, both family oriented as well as adult. The price was surprisingly low for all that they offered. I couldn't have been happier. I will return.

Easy walk to the beach, simple check in and good location for our needs. However, only one bed is really comfortable. The other beds are good for kids. But the complex is very secure and such an easy walk to beach. We drove to nearby restaurants but that didn’t bother us-we still thought it was a good location.

Beautiful renovated and secure space and parking with easy access to the beach, restaurants and shops. The virtual concierge made it easy to find anything we needed and answer questions. There was no shortage of amenities both inside and within the complex itself. I would recommend this to anyone traveling to Oceanside.

Great location, loved staying here. lovely walk to oceanside harbor and oceanside harbor beach- only a 10 minute walk!! the condo was actually better looking than the pictures. Hidden gem for sure.

This Airbnb was the perfect retreat! The highlight was the comfortable patio and the view of the ocean . Although the unit is older, it has had some updates and the decor is charming and inviting. We had everything we needed to feel comfortable and relaxed. The location was super convenient with the beach just a block or so away and several shops and restaurants nearby as well. The host (Jill) was responsive and proactive. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Oceanside.

All-in-all nice vacation spot. You can always find something to complain (i.e. musty odor mentioned in the previous review is a fact but everybody has a different tolerance level). Bikes are GREAT addition to the experience as you can almost drop using your car unless to stock up in Trader Joe's. Sandra is very welcoming host, instructions are clear and precise.

Such a great place to relax, ocean views and breeze. The condo was clean and accessible. Very peaceful and safe place. Private assigned parking. Walking distance to beach, shops, and restaurants.

This location is amazing! I have stayed in many places in Oceanside but this was hands down the best yet. It is close to the best beach for surfing in the area, walking distance to the Harbor and downtown restaurants, and right off the highway for easy access. The complex is a beautiful garden with an excellent work out area and many other amenities. Paul's place is nice, although showing a little age around the edges. We had a little trouble getting in initially due to a policy change at the complex but Paul answered his phone and quickly solved this. I would highly recommend this rental.

This place is beautiful! The waterfalls and scenery are gorgeous throughout the complex. We also loved how clean the condo was - completely respected the no shoes policy as we have that in our own house! You can walk to the harbor, where there are some great restaurants, and it’s close to downtown Oceanside where there are a lot of restaurants and little shops, and close to the pier. Great walking! A side note- we had a personal issue happen while there and Hildy was WONDERFUL in helping us! She was so quick to help us, and so caring, so thank you Hildy! We appreciated everything!

Beautiful spot near the beach. We walked to Tony's every morning for breakfast burritos- truly delicious! There are many water front restaurants and bars. We also were able to walk to our whale watching tour. The pool was gorgeous, the gym nice and clean with everything you need. The condo has all the kitchen items you will need and all the beach items you will need! We very much enjoyed our stay.

This was a perfect place for a family looking for a beach getaway. The place was peaceful, spacious, and Teresa had everything you could think of for the beach - a wagon, portable coolers, umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards, sand toys … The entire condo was very well equipped and extra towels, waters, etc were easily accessible. The complex was perfect being just steps from the beach with a pool, spa, and game room. Teresa was readily available for anything we needed and checked in regularly to make sure we were comfortable. All in all, it was a great stay.

Amazing property & host!! Absolutely enjoyed our stay with our group of 10! Kids LOVED the pool & the house accommodated us all! House had a few minor issues but Ryean was very responsive & helpful. Very private & beautiful home. We found it a bit far from town but knew this going in that we would be travelling around a lot - if you are looking for a quiet space with a group, this is your place! ☀️

What a great place! It certainly was as advertised and more. Clean and fully stocked with all the right amenities, our group of 10 adults and 2 babies had a real blast. The game room with pool, ping pong, and exercise equipment was a big hit. And whenever we wanted the spa heated, the hosts were right on it. We all agreed to book this great place as our go-to in Temecula for years to come. Can't say enough about how wonderful it is.

Our stay here was very nice. The house was super clean, loved the design, and nice location to explore. Drake was very communicative and friendly. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Oceanside, CA. Will definitely stay again.

This house was absolutely beautiful! It had all the amenities we needed! Very family friendly! The rooms were perfectly clean and comfortable, beds were very comfortable, backyard was perfect to hang out and play, Also the game room was a lot of fun! The pool table was my favorite, actually a decent table! Our hosts Zeina and Mo were very friendly and helpful! They made our trip very easy! Thank you!

This place had everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable and the backyard was peaceful.

Ruth’s place was the perfect place while we spent time with family during the holidays. Nice and big, the gym and ping pong/pool table were great additions, the kitchen was nicely upgraded, modern countertops and appliances that overlooked the beautiful pool backyard. The dogs absolutely loved the space! Within 30 minutes of arriving, we were able to decompress from a long road trip as if we were right at home. Ruth was very proactive in her communications, and even left a sweet note and a bottle of wine as a greeting gift. Which was very thoughtful and sweet of her. She was an amazing host! We would absolutely choose her home again for another stay.

Great vacation quiet with lots to do at the house. I have older teens and they were so busy with games they were hardly on their phones. Very relaxing
