This was a great apartment. The decor, pool, etc felt very Nashville. You can’t beat being right next to so many recording studios, and the building is close enough to walk to many entertainment options, but far enough away to still be peaceful when it’s time to relax. I recommend this apartment!

Dorinda’s place is even better in person! We had a group of 6 girls and it was so perfect. The beds were comfy and the details of the decor is seriously amazing. The location is a safe area and we all felt comfortable walking to the strip even though the Ubers are very affordable. I would definitely recommend for a bachelorette or girls trip!

We enjoyed our stay in Nashville. Very quiet neighborhood. Walkable to lots of area restaurants and attractions. Appreciated the hosts message with suggestions on restaurants and activities in the area. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Perfect place!!! We had so much fun, we loved it all. Especially the vanity room, it had the most perfect lighting :) bed and pillows were also extremely comfortable and the outdoors made an awesome view!

This was our 1st experience with a rental. We have always used hotels. This is a high bar to have set as our 1st experience; it was easy from start to finish for sure. We will be looking/booking again using the same host for sure! Mahalo and ALOHA!

I was in Cookeville for work and the place was very close to the office. I like places that have a full kitchen so I can cook. This place was great for that. Very quiet neighbors. I would definitely recommend Marshall’s apartment.

Overall we had a great stay at this spot for our friend's bachelorette weekend. A perfect spot for that - so much fun decor for pictures and a great location! Less than 10 mins to broadway. Unfortunately the AC was not working when we arrived, however Dorinda responded immediately and within 12 hours (the following day) a tech came to fix it. The remainder of the trip we had no issues with that! Another thing - we were glad we were in contact with a decoration company that was going in beforehand to decorate for our bride, because getting into the unit wasn't super clear. We had the correct address, but the spot is located in a condominium/apartment type location - and we did not know the section or unit number. Otherwise, our stay went smoothly. We would definitely stay here again!

This condo was everything as expected and described! The unit was easy to find and within a good distance to town and Dunkin', because that's what matters right!? It was clean and everything was presentable. We enjoyed our stay and will keep this place in mind when we are in Cookeville again visiting family.

Kate’s place was the perfect location! It was extremely clean and had everything that you need for a stay. The bed was also extremely comfortable! Highly recommend if you need a place to stay downtown!

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Nashville! The apartment/condo offered beautiful views in a quiet, elegant setting — the perfect place to relax after a day exploring the city. It’s within walking distance to Broadway, and I felt completely safe making the walk both during the day and at night. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort, style, and a convenient location!

This place was great!! Beautiful Airbnb for a great price. Walkable distance from old city which was a huge perk! Snacks were generously provided and place was very clean, safe, private, and well kept!! 10/10 experience, I would absolutely stay here again!

We had a great weekend stay. The condo was clean and felt like it had enough space for the two of us. The host is really responsive and will definitely do their best to accommodate you. The location of the condo is what we really loved. We did bring a car, so if you are ubering everywhere then you may not feel the same way, but it felt like everything was 5-10 minutes away tops. We were able to check out Lookout Mountain and Raccoon Mountain and those were probably the furthest things we did at around a 20 minutes away tops drive, but a lot of the time driving is actually driving to the top of the mountains. Plenty of bars, breweries, restaurants, shopping, and beautiful scenery all throughout the city. We would definitely recommend making this your home base if you are wanting to go out and explore around the city like we did.

Our first time in Knoxville—and what a great intro! This loft puts you right in the heart of Old Town with a super cool, exposed brick vibe. It’s stylish, clean, and private, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Yes, it can get a little noisy at times with the bars and restaurants nearby, but that’s part of the charm when you’re staying in such a lively and convenient location. Walking everywhere was a breeze. We absolutely loved our stay and would book again in a heartbeat.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The views from the house are incredible. It is very peaceful. The place was clean. Nina was very helpful and responsive when needed. We used the pool and hot tub, which was a short walk down the driveway. I highly recommend this place if you’re visiting the area!

Beautiful quiet townhouse with all we needed for a great stay. Very close to the conference we were attending. Close to shops/stores/restaurants. Wonderful hosts who went out of their way to make our stay perfect! Even came out to fix a minor problem to be sure that we were happy. Will definitely look to book in the future. Maybe even more than one of the units they have here. The layout was perfect for our group. A++

Bekah’s place was super easy to find. The surrounding area was neat being right along the river and having the balcony to enjoy it. There was some construction near by, but was not an issue at all. Bekah’s place was perfect for what we came for. The walk to downtown was super easy and it wasn’t too crowded. It was a 20 minute walk. I could see how someone might be a little uncomfortable at night, if alone, but the two of us didn’t feel threatened and it was quite peaceful. It was overall a great location and nice place to stay. We would love to stay at Bekah’s place for our next visit to Nashville!

This space was exactly like the pictures. Very clean, spacious, and welcoming. The location was walkable to a lot things. A very safe and comfortable environment. The only down side would be the parking fees but I will definitely book this space again!!!

Carrie is a proactive, informative, very reliable,friendly great host. The place is peaceful strategic close enough to downtown Nashville; Easy to access to great restaurants, all activities, also quiet and peaceful from all the downtown chaos. The place provided all the amenities mentioned with easy parking.

Was in town to see concert at The Brooklyn Bowl. This location was an easy 5 minute walk to venue. There was construction going on across the street that made getting into location a little difficult if using gps but not a big issue.

This place was not only beautiful and fun but also in a great location in walking distance to Broadway and other fun Nashville attractions.

Nice place, clean and tidy, not too far from downtown Nashville. Well stocked with kitchen appliances, tea, coffee etc provided. Value for money.

I loved this place! It was the best location it could have been, and right next to the river trail for a scenic walk into Broadway. I loved how close it was to the Sounds Stadium and the new restaurants there. Also, Liz's touches were so thoughtful! It wasn't just normal stuff, she had cotton pads that I realized I had forgotten when I arrived and nice shampoos, and made sure that since we had to start the dishwasher to check out, it was an easy pod! Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful setting, great location, close to downtown action and close to Germantown restaurants. We'd stay there again.
