We stayed here for our annual Cousin vacation and had an amazing time. We were a party of 10, and spent lots of time downstairs playing games that were in the cabinet. The entire home was so comfortable and we all felt right at home. We cooked a huge Thanksgiving meal and were pleasantly surprised that Ken & Thomas had every kitchen item you could need.

We really enjoyed our stay and the kids loved all there was to do! Had plenty of toys etc for kids. Fished and caught a couple myself which was nice! The pool was out but was to cold honestly but would love to come back and get in the pool next time! Would definitely come again.

Exactly as described. Clean, comfortable, big kitchen and spacious bedrooms and family room. Great for 3 of us for a 4 night stay. Neighborhood is peaceful, quiet, and close to everything. Stay here, you will not be disappointed.

Highly recommend this place to stay if you’re ever in Florence. Stacy is super helpful, and we loved the pool! We stayed for a girl’s trip, and it was so relaxing. All restaurants, fast food, and shopping are super close by!

Great location. Perfect for what we needed. If the weather was better we would have used the walking path and playground. This is the second property of Nicks that we stayed at and we look forward to staying again.

Highly recommend this lovely home in a comfortable and quiet residential area. We were in Dahlonoga for a weekend wedding and it was an ideal place for my family to stay. Loved our family time together. Very clean and spacious. It's a great choice in a beautiful town!

This place was extremely clean, very centrally located, and was decorated so cute for Nashville. There were 4 of us and we were very comfortable. Downtown is walkable, about 15-20 minutes. There are also tons of uber drivers around. Home was full of character and perfect place to stay for a weekend in Nashville.

The condo is just like the pictures. The beds are very comfortable and the complex is quiet. Although we didn't, you could easily walk to the Nashville hot spots! Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

Stayed on my own for a few days over New Years. House was clean and very comfortable. I very much like the space and the view. Had everything I needed. Bed was comfy. The location was great. More of an up-and-coming area of town, so not super populated with other visitors, but I found it easy to hop on my bike and navigate around to Broadway or Bicentennial Park. The area is quiet and well-lit for the most part, so I felt safe. Loved having a designated off-street parking spot within sight of the condo. Would definitely stay again! Thank you.

This was the absolute best place to book and stay. This place would be nice for a small family, couple or self getaway. Everything was very clean. The king bed was very big. The bathroom was very spacious. There is a nice kitchen with everything you need. The living room space was a nice area to relax. My favorite thing about the place was the big mirror. The place was easy to access. I felt very safe the whole weekend. There was free street parking & one space in the parking Garage. The parking garage spaces are very small if you have a larger vehicle. The place was very close to the downtown area. We did not have to bother Don, but he would always check in with us. If you are thinking about booking, please do!!

Great stay! Great view. Clean, the beds were amazing. Patsy's instructions were so well laid out, we didn't need any other help from her, but I'm confident she would have been there to talk us through any issues we might have had. Thanks for a great vacation! We now love Nashville!

Folks, this house is simply beautiful and worth every penny spent. ****FYI***** The pool isn’t heated for free. You do have to pay 150.00 (a day) (yes, that’s right I said a day) unless like we experienced, the people before us heated it and we were able to have a heated pool for two or our four days.*** I truly don’t feel the pool heater uses 150.00 a day in electricity, but it was sooooo sooooo nice for the kids to use and have access to it. This place would be really really nice for couples that travel together with kids or several large families. It’s amazing and we will for sure rent it again! Cheers!

We stayed here for our wedding night. Beautiful place with plenty of room. The backyard view of the valley is amazing, and peaceful at night. Highly recommend!

Our stay with family over Christmas was amazing! The house is clean, kitchen has everything you could ask for to cook, and the decor is beautiful. The small touches and attention to details were greatly appreciated. Loved everything! Thank you Ida and David for sharing your fabulous home with us!!
