My boyfriend, our friend, and I enjoyed our stay at Tom and Christine’s place! We enjoyed sitting on the dock, and the space is very clean and comfortable, and close to everything. We’d love to stay again

This place is a gem on the river in Knoxville. The view is beautiful, especially at night with the bridge all lit up. I walked, and I walked, and I walked…. There are restaurants and coffee shops everywhere and it is very close to downtown. It’s in a really cool historic building and we really enjoyed it. It was wonderful from start to finish!

The place is spacious with a huge backyard that my kiddos loved. The lake is beautiful even in the winter. The hosts are great!

Laurie and Daniel Couldn’t ask for better people to use their wonderful place. They always make Dad and I feel right at home and always so helpful. Will continue to keep renting from them

we enjoyed our stay.. very clean. GPS had us lost and James was very patient with me calling and asking for directions.

Great place to stay, very relaxing amd peaceful! I appreciated all the extra touches, variety of snacks, herbal tea. the veiw was just as pictured but better. The youtube video on how to access the parking in back was very helpful!

My fiancé and I came to visit the area because we were attending a dance competition for his daughters. The area is very beautiful. Mr. Gary was very kind and responsive. The weekend we attended had severe weather that came out of nowhere. We were sight seeing and he alerted us on what was going to happen and how to prepare for safety. Thank you Mr. Gary for the incredible service and hospitality.

Very cute space . A block from the River Walk; could see from balcony area. Very clean space. Very cute as well. Can’t wait for the chance to stay again :)

Mrs. Cheryl was amazing! She was there for whatever we needed and kept us informed. Titan and June Bug made us feel right at home! ❤️

The house was wonderful. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. Our family loved how peaceful it was.

We felt welcomed and "hosted" throughout our marvelous three-night stay. Shari went out of her way to provide a wonderful home for our family as we gathered from multiple states. The accommodations exceeded expectations. She intuitively provided items in the home that even we (experienced guests) didn't anticipate. Everything about our time at Dock Holiday was a step above. Communication could not have been better. Everything was perfectly in order for a tremendous time away from the busyness of Nashville. Our many thanks for this special location, special home, and special time!

An amazing place with an amazing view. Tim communicated from day 1 and was there if needed. Home had plenty of amenities that made you feel at home. Would recommend to anyone in the area looking for a great place to stay! Would definitely stay again if possible.

We enjoyed the property and the house. The upstairs steps are a little steep but as long as you are careful going up it was fine. The view of the lake was amazing and enjoyed beautiful sunrises and sunsets. There were 10 of us and never felt crowed.

This is the 2nd time we stayed in Ruth's Airbnb house. We were very pleased with the house and property. There were 7 of us and the sleeping arrangements was fine. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. We ate out one night at a local restaurant and cooked steaks on the gas grill the next night. She has an outdoor lp firepit that looked brand new. The weather was perfect. I walked down to the lake and saw a white pelican. In the front yard we saw several deer. We even played cornhole from her game collections in the garage.

The space was warm and welcoming. The kitchen had a plethora of spices, pots, and pans. The bathrooms were spotless and the view from the living room and upstairs bedroom was immaculate. From check in to check out it was easy as pie. Jerry & Wendy responded to every message within 30 minutes and was very proactive in the check-in process. Already looking to rebook with them next year for our getaway.

We had a great stay. Comfy and clean, the serenity was a great break from the daily grind. The kitchen is stocked well for cooking. Check in/out is super easy and Andy was great at responding to messages.

Todd’s place was an absolute gem. Being able to look out onto the River and then walk to Broadway for festivities was incredible. The place is immaculate and had everything we needed for a getaway weekend. Thanks again.

The owner is very responsive and nice. The place was extremely clean and we had no issues with checking in or out. Our stay was also booked very last minute and host was able to accommodate us without issues. Very happy with our stay!

We were extremely pleased with this unit and our stay. Very close to alot of activities and tours. Much appreciated for having us as guests. And the wildlife off the back porch birds,ground hogs,squirrels were a added bonus for us. When we come back we will definitely like to stay here again..

I have stayed at several air b and bs but feel that Brittany was the most organized host I have ever had . She left very thorough instruction even including near hospital in case of emergency. We had a small issue which was out of her control and she immediately handled it ! The condo was spotless and it was full stocked with everything u could think of ! Will definitely come back when in the area !

Debbie and Bill's place was exactly as described - only better! We had a beautiful view of the Cumberland River and loved watching the tug boats move the barge's down the river! Their place is spotless, well equipped and we felt so much at home. Debbie was so responsive to any questions we had. The Airbnb is so conveniently located to Broadway, restaurants and museums. We absolutely loved Nashville and I plan to bring my daughter her next time. Great music on Broadway and so much fun!! Thank you Debbie and Bill - we will sure stay with you next time! The location was perfect. A 20 min walk to Broadway, and a good pizza place and a few bars right around the corner. We were entertained by the barges going up and down the river from the living room and there was a ton of FREE parking steps away from the condo. Beds were comfortable and condo was cozy. Will absolutely stay there the next time we are in town and highly recommend. Also Jordan was very responsive whenever we had a question. Good solid value for the money!
