We were just passing through on our way to Cleveland from Pensacola, and it was the perfect place to stop for a night to rest and recover. Clean, comfortable, and the muffins were delicious. It was also a very good price for how nice the room was, so we would definitely highly recommend!

Debbie was the ultimate host. She was so welcoming and accommodating. She went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Debbie knew I was dealing with a health crisis regarding my mother and showed true compassion. The location was perfect and her home was inviting. Her labradoodle, Emmy Lou, was a welcome addition, as I missed my own pets. It was a little chilly upon my arrival, so Debbie went out and purchased an additional space heater to ensure my comfort. Fresh baked banana bread was sitting on the table upon my arrival. She also provided fresh fruit and snacks. The refrigerator was stocked with snacks and condiments, and the cabinets had tea, coffee and other things. I loved my stay and hope it will be available for my next visit.

This place is such a gem of East Nashville. Perfect place to gather and enjoy the trendy part of Nashville.

We stayed for 3 nights and had a great experience at Chuck and Diane’s place. It was a home away from home….from the National Park recommendations to the great breakfasts they prepared to the stories shared about their Gatlinburg home and surrounding area. Their desire to be great hosts is evident from your first encounter with them. The bedroom and bathroom are private and cozy while the shared areas in the home are welcoming and homey. We walked to and from the strip in Gatlinburg a time or two but there are free trolleys available if you don’t want to hoof it. Chuck and Diane say that they love what they do because they make new friends along the way. I’m convinced that is true. My wife and I will easily feel like friends coming home the next time we stay with Chuck and Diane.

Our hosts were so welcoming and gracious! The apartment was filled with the touches of home—warm and inviting. Don't miss a walk around the property! Also, Reina and John serve a beautiful breakfast. Be sure to add that to your visit. So thankful for this time away.

The house is beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by wildlife and hilltop views. The hosts are very friendly with two sweet dogs. The comfy bed was just what I needed.

Enjoyed everything about our stay. Upstairs is a private area with two bedrooms and a large bathroom and living room area. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return if we find ourselves in the area. Marie had all the amenities available should you forget anything, I forgot my toothbrush 🤦‍♀️. There is a small refrigerator and microwave available in the upstairs space too. It’s a very cute and cozy space. Marie was so helpful and gave us suggestions for restaurants. The parking space by Broadway was such an amazing bonus and we used it daily.

We very much enjoyed our stay here! The place was even better than expected, as the view is amazing and the shared common area was very nice. The place is right by the Wears Valley entrance of Smoky Mountains and away from the business of Gatlinburg. I do recommend reading the manual to learn more about the hot water in the shower, as making the water hotter requires reducing the water pressure.

We had an amazing stay. The house brings you back in time. It was incredibly clean and the property is beautiful. The host, Linda, was available at all times to answer our questions and made sure we had everything we needed. The only thing we had to complain about, which is not Linda’s fault in any way, was the fact that the neighbor has multiple dogs that bark so much. It took away from the enjoyment of the backyard. Regardless, we were able to enjoy our stay and would definitely stay here again. We highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a unique and beautiful Nashville stay.

A wonderful place with charm and character. Marian and her husband are top notch. They make us feel like we are at home each time we have stayed with them.

The Belmont Inn is full of charm and history. We loved our experience so much! Best part was the continental breakfast with original crystal and plates. So creative and thoughtful. Linda was sweet enough to blow the fall leaves from our car upon departure. Would stay again. Thank you!

Clean and comfortable accommodations, and Jackie and Julie are great hosts! They made us feel at home, and were very helpful with recommendations for local eating places (even providing plates and utensils for eating takeout pizza!). We'd definitely return there if we find ourselves in the Clifton area again.

A very unique and comfy place to stay. This was our 6th time there, an annual favorite of ours. Bill greets us with a big smile and open arms, just like an old friend. Be sure to arrive at check in time so you have a few hours to enjoy the delicious wines- there is bottle for all tastes. And you certainly don’t want to miss visiting with the friendly folks who live close by that come in for downtime. Prepare to take home gifts of specially made soaps & scrubs along with delightful candles, all made by Marjie Sanderson. I stock up to last until we make our next trip. Bill cooks a mean breakfast of blueberry pancakes and makes sure you have all you need for an enjoyable stay. You will miss out on an unforgettable experience if you don’t stay here. We will certainly be back.

Staying at Lori’s house was an unforgettable experience! She and her husband were incredibly warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make me feel at home. They are genuinely kind, respectful, and thoughtful people. A true testament to their hospitality was how they helped me celebrate my birthday during my stay—they surprised me with sweets, a birthday card, and decorations, which made me feel so special! It was such a heartfelt gesture that I’ll always remember. Without a doubt, they are the best Airbnb hosts I’ve ever had! If you’re visiting Nashville, I highly recommend staying with them—you won’t find better hosts anywhere!

Perfect for the three of us as we wanted to stay out of Nashville in a quiet area. Not many restaurants in the area so it’s best to plan where and when to eat.

Super sweet host and the place was super convenient only being 20-30 minutes outside of Nashville! Felt a lot safer!

We had the pleasure to stay one night at Cedar Point farmhouse, and that is our only regret — we wish we could have stayed for more, and can’t wait to come back and visit. No detail is missed in this lovely BnB. From the decor, the comfiness, the unparalleled view, to the joy with which Kimberly hosts, this is truly a memorable place. The beds/linens are luxurious and there are little details (coffee bar, beer/wine options for sale, snacks, included muffins/fruit for breakfast) that truly make this more of a bed and breakfast experience. And don’t forget to step outside at night for a completely unpolluted look at a sky full of stars. Thank you Kimberly and Wade for a lovely experience!

We had an AMAZING time staying in Amanda's Sunflower room. We were a last minute check-in (night of) but Luis was super responsive and helpful in making sure we were comfortable! Amanda's personally decorated house and property are beautiful and right on the river (with swimming holes)! We were sad we could only spend one night but were extremely happy with all the amenities included at such a low price! We made use of the hot tub and camper area kitchens and were pleasantly surprised by the delicious breakfast prepared in-house the next morning! We loved our stay and will definitely be returning in the summer! This is a rare, rare find and highly recommend!

Wonderful host family! They were friendly, kind, generous & helpful. They respected my privacy. Under amenities is says: “Paid washer & dryer” but this was not available upon request. It’s described as a “Room in a bed & breakfast” but no breakfast was included or offered. Listed in the house rules, after you place reservations, it says “breakfast offered for $15” but nothing was offered. I did not feel comfortable using any of the other rooms (kitchen, living rooms) as the doors were closed & the host family was home, but that has to do with my own comfort level. Also, it said “no cooking allowed” under house rules (after you reserve the room) but in the listing description it says that a kitchen is available for cooking. There is a sweet cat & quiet dog on the premises. The home is immaculate & perfectly decorated. I cannot say enough nice things about the host family! I would definitely recommend them & stay again myself if I’m ever back in the area. Worth the stay!!!

This is the second of three places I ll be residing at under Jay and Patricia are top notch hosts!!! Ask a question I received a prompt reply, with in a good time. They even check in to see how things are going, send messages related to the site and reminders for check out.

Audrey and Eddie were outstanding hosts. They were most accommodating to our late arrivals both on Friday night and Saturday night. They have a beautiful home and their place was immaculate. Audrey prepared an amazing breakfast and we got to know them more on a personal level eating breakfast with them. I would highly recommend Staying with them. They are both very down to earth people and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay last weekend. We will definitely look to stay with them again when in the Knoxville area in the future.

This is such a beautiful place in the mountains and right next to Dollywood! I highly recommend it!
