We had the best experience at this rental! The space was very clean and in a great location. The host was kind and responded quickly. We accidentally left a few items and the host mailed them back! I would 100% recommend this place

My family and I were beyond impressed with this rental. We had dinner at Filo's Tavern as soon as we arrived. The environment was lively and the service was very hospitable. I highly recommend the Mongolian Ribeye Steak if you like a sauce that is on the sweeter side and we also had the special for the day which was Swordfish Kabobs on a bed of rice. The Swordfish was plated beautifully and tasted fantastic. The interior design was extremely charming and well-designed. I could not stop gushing over the wallpaper, floors, ceilings, light fixtures, door knobs, shower/bathroom sink fixtures, photos, bathroom mirrors, stairway with lighting, exposed brick and little house plants that were scattered throughout the space. Everyday I was able to prop my laptop up on the deep window seals that face the square and work while watching everyone move about town. We loved watching the march madness games every night on the gigantic t.v. while having foosball, board game and arcade game tournaments.

Our stay at Franck & Kristin's place. There was a storm going on the morning of the second day and we didn't even know. Their place was quiet and secure. We felt very safe. It was convenient and walkable to the convention center. We would definitely stay again.

Loved our stay! Place was perfect for our family and location was fantastic! Loved being able to walk to explore downtown & the movie room was a huge hit - super cozy and fun for all. Will recommend and be back!

The unit was exactly as described! The decor is spot on for the location, we loved it all! It's roomy and very clean! The building is quiet and convenient to a lot of nearby attractions & venues.

Beautiful house newly renovated sit behind the main house very quiet you have your own personal space. Parking at the front door all the furniture is new is newly renovated. The kitchen was amazing. It had everything I needed. The media room was a lot of fun to watch movies at night. I was sad I had to leave. I could not extend my stay because she had other bookings, but I will definitely look them up again when I’m in town.

Overall I really enjoyed my peaceful stay at Lee’s Airbnb. The place was spotless, nice view, quiet, and Lee was very helpful and responsive when needed.

Richard was very friendly the entire stay with recommendations and instructions for the house. The stay itself was phenomenal we loved being able to grill and hang out in the hot tub while watching movies.

This house is a gem. Beautiful, spacious, comfortable, well decorated and well insulated. Plenty of room for a big group inside and outside. Ideal for group trips to the Nashville area. We came down with 12 guys for a bachelor party and it was perfect for it. Would absolutely go back if the situation were to ever arise again. Scott was ever so friendly and helpful. One of the best stays that we have had due to the comfortable feels of the house. The amenities were taken care of, the neighborhood felt safe, close proximity to "things," and the detail spent in maintaining this awesome house are second to none. Shower was clean and the water was hot with good pressure, beds were comfortable, bedroom carpet was inviting, wood floor was well taken care of, family got to enjoy movie night in the basement on the last night we were there. An easy 5 stars.

I have to say this place was awesome myself and my family booked another place in Nashville to go stay three nights while we're on our way to Charleston from Chicago my daughter lives in Nashville and the first place was in the hood. and being a police officer from Chicago I know the hood ..I went on Airbnb at the last minute and found this place and I have to tell you it was awesome. The Host was awesome the place was awesome our doggy love the place she has a beautiful home we will definitely stay here again she is definitely pet friendly. Thank you again you have a beautiful home with a beautiful little history we can't wait to stay here again this is our new place when we come visit my daughter.. thank you again

Stunning home in a quiet , nice neighborhood. The home was incredibly clean and well appointed. Our group included guests aged 7-65 and everyone had things to do and space to sleep/ hang out. I would highly recommend this stay and will look to stay again in the future. Thank you !!!!

We Deep South Louisiana Cajuns who love to cook! We have stayed at many homes over the years and have never stayed at one that was so well stocked. The kitchen had more than enough pots, pans, dish towels, etc. the bathrooms had plenty of towels with an overflow of extras in the laundry. The game room & Theater room kept the kids entertained. Tara was easy to work with, very accommodating and quick to respond to questions prior to arrival. We definitely recommend this house & hopefully will return!

The home was so beautiful and had so many extras. We really enjoyed sitting outside (lots of outdoor seating) and having coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening to end the day. Plenty of space and everything we needed in the kitchen as well! Would definitely book here again.

This was our second time staying here and both times we’ve enjoyed our stays! Quick 5 min drive to downtown Nashville and very easy street parking that’s convenient for loading/unloading.

Jim responded to any questions and let us know in advance that a new washer and dryer would be delivered. Only thing, not a breaker, is remote to tv in 2nd bedroom did not work. We thank Jim for a great place to stay and communicating with us.

This was an extremely new and well designed condo. It was close to Beall and everything going on in downtown.

Great place! Very clean and spacious! On the trolly route so easy to get to town. We loved it ! Only wish i knew that kids were not permitted to go off on thier own on the property. I had two 13 year old boys Otherwise perfect place to stay

Slight delay upon arrival as unit had not been cleaned from previous guest. Reached out and maid was notified of change in guest. Location was fantastic so we were able to go do something fun while waiting for maid to come clean. Location is fantastic and right off parkway. Walking distance to many places. Close to everything and easy to access. Plenty of parking.

Josiah was a great communicator before the trip and the entire weekend - it made our stay that much easier. The place has all you need for a smaller group with enough full bathrooms and beds to be comfortable.

Close to Dollywood and fairly convenient. The elevator was having some issues, but we enjoyed the extra exercise. We also enjoyed that it backs up to a river with ducks and geese, even though it is very close to the Parkway.

Great place for our quick trip! Very easy to get to and so close to everything. We thoroughly enjoyed staying there.
