Very clean and spacious, great communication from host!

Absolutely loved my stay at Catherine's apartment. The location could not have been more perfect, very much love the Germantown area. Within walking distance to lots of great restaurants and coffee shops and a short ride or nice walk to Broadway and all the action. The apartment was beautiful and very peaceful - loved the private deck. Catherine is an excellent and very responsive host and I will definitely look to stay here again. Highly recommend as someone who comes to Nashville quite often.

This apartment is a beautifully curated space equipped with all the amenities necessary for a comfortable extended stay. Located in a tranquil neighborhood, it offers a peaceful atmosphere, and the Wi-Fi connection is excellent, making it perfect for work trips. I would definitely stay again!

It was simply magnificent. Ham and Terry were excellent hosts. They provided us with great accommodations and were incredibly kind. They were amazing with our giant dog as well. We’ll be back soon.

Of my many numerous Airbnb stays, this one with Bonnie rates among my highest. Bonnie was an absolute delight as a host and a person. She thoughtfully anticipated our needs and was highly accommodating for check in and check out. The living space exuded a magical and welcoming vibe. It was conveniently located to downtown Chattanooga via a short drive. Thank you for an amazing and rejuvenating getaway!

We were looking for a hotel close to University of Tennessee. With it being game weekend, the prices were insane. Allison's listing was a reasonable rate per night but a 20 minute drive away from the university so we didn't know if we're going to regret our decision on game day...but we didn't. The place was spacious enough for my son and I with a nice little kitchen/dining area and it was spotless. We had extra linens to use on the pullout couch with super comfy pillows. The hosts even left breakfast bars, oatmeal and coffee out to make our mornings easier. I messaged a couple times before arriving and my questions were answered quickly in a detailed manner and they even gave us restaurant recommendations with we appreciated! If my son winds up attending University of Tennessee next fall we will absolutely be back!

Nice home in an excellent location! It is located in our favorite area of Nashville, there so much in walking distance from this home and you still get to enjoy have quietness and peace while sitting outside

The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the cozy living area was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Hosts were very responsive and the whole process was streamline! House was warm and welcoming to myself and my 2 fur babies. The yard was spacious, neat, and allowed plenty of room for my dogs to run and have some freedom. Would stay again!

Brandon’s place is in a great neighborhood. Quiet, clean, and very easy to find. He is an outstanding host. Prompt replies to messages and easy to communicate with.

Elijah’s place was fantastic. Just as described. Lots of room. One of my favorite things was was the bedding and pillows. Pure heaven at times, Broadway was just a six dollar Uber away. Elijah was fantastic as a host. So responsive and kind. Would book again. Location was great. There were some fun restaurants nearby. On our last day we visited nearby Chicago’s hot chicken and waffles. It was one of the best breakfast I’ve ever had.

I had no trouble finding the house. In fact, I recognized it from a distance from the photo on the listing. I loved the nostalgic decor, recognizing so many things from my grandparents' homes and my own home growing up in the 1960s. My two dogs and I spent a quiet evening and a comfortable night recovering from a long day on the road. Damon and Lisa were responsive and friendly and I was well rested as I continued my drive the next morning.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Gabe's property. The home comfortably accomodated me, my husband, mother and adult son for a long weekend stay. All the rooms, linens, and furniture is very clean and well maintained. The kitchen is well stocked with flatware, dishes, and pots and pans, although we didn't cook. If you prefer drip coffee over K-cups, I recommend bringing coffee filters, as there were none in stock. The decor is remarkable, and we enjoyed perusing the antique artifacts, paintings and prints, books and imagining what the house might have been like back in the early 1900's when it was built. The home is conveniently located in Midtown and sits on a very quiet street where we felt very safe. We woud stay here again if we visit Memphis in the future.

This place was perfect for our stay. The basement garage was fantastic. Didnt have to worry about unpacking the truck late at night when got there. Was great place to work on bike for my son and friends for his race. It was an added bonus for the kids to play and even an off workshop that had ping pong table. So roomy. Even though 2 bedrooms it was spacious and even had 2 air mattresses. Thanks again. It was worth it for our crew. And short drive to windrock bike park

This was our second time staying here. We absolutely LOVE this location. Right on the Greenway, and we actually ventured off a little bit and ended up walking around the adorable Germantown streets. The scooters outside the complex to rent are so fun to take down to Broadway- maybe a 10-15 ride. Love being close enough to easily get down there, but far enough way to enjoy the quiet on the river.

Rebecca’s place was everything we needed for our Nashville stay. Germantown is lovely and walkable, downtown and the Gulch were an easy uber or longer walk. He place was very clean and the view was beautiful!

Kimberly's place was conveniently located, even though it was about a 20 minute walk to Broadway. She was very responsive and helpful and even accommodated us checking out late...that was a life saver really!!! Thank you so very much for letting us stay at your home!

Rebecca’s place was just as described in the listing. The covered parking was an added bonus. We didn’t get to go when the pool was open but did check out the gym. The room seemed to be undergoing some sort of rehab and could have used mirrors but this is by no means a reflection of Rebecca or the condo. Great location on the Cumberland River that was convenient to everything Nashville had to offer. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
