Ottima accoglienza, Marzia presente per ogni necessità. Sistemazione piacevole in un contesto rilassante. Piscina e zona solarium curati e ben tenuti.

Immerso nella pace in collina tra ulivi e vigneti, l'appartamento si è rivelato davvero ampio e confortevole, corrispondente alle foto. Parcheggio interno sempre disponibile, insonorizzazione efficace a finestre chiuse, materassi e cuscini di buona qualità uniti all'aria condizionata presente nella camera da letto, ci hanno permesso di riposare al meglio. Dal terrazzo si gode del fantastico panorama (un'autentica cartolina) e, alla sera, non manca mai, persino nelle giornate più calde di agosto, una bell'arietta fresca che rende molto piacevole il soggiorno. Gianluca e la sua famiglia si sono dimostrati gentili, attenti, disponibili e pronti per qualsiasi evenienza. Presenti quando serve e discreti allo stesso tempo. E' la soluzione ideale per ogni tipo di vacanza, in breve tempo si raggiungono mare o montagna, o anche essere la base per andare a visitare le bellezze dell'Abruzzo e del Molise. Davvero consigliato!

Location incantevole e alloggio che permette di rilassarsi in mezzo alla natura. L'alloggio è dotato di ogni comfort e l'host disponibile ogni qual volta doveste averne bisogno. Il posto è un paradiso e risulta perfetto a chi cerca relax e benessere con viste mozzafiato. Ovviamente spostandosi in auto o si possono raggiungere, con viaggi di circa 20-60 minuti circa, le migliori località marchigiane e vivere le bellezze di questa magnifica regione. L'accesso alla struttura risulta a un po' scomodo e impervio ma basta guidare piano e fare attenzione soprattutto se non avete un'auto alta come nel mio caso. In ogni caso questo non ha pregiudicato la qualità di una delle vacanze più belle che abbia mai fatto, quindi posso dire che l'esperienza è stata assolutamente magnifica tanto che, se solo avessi più tempo, la ripeterei anche domani. Godetevi questo magnifico posto e complimenti all'host! W LE MARCHE!

La struttura è bellissima, confortevole, elegante ed accogliente nello stesso tempo, comoda negli spazi e curata nell' arredo e nei particolari, cucina attrezzatissima. L' esterno è molto ampio: un patio ben attrezzato ed un prato esteso molto curato con ulivi e con vista sulle colline circostanti, presenti anche amache e giochi per bimbi. L' host Matteo super gentile e presente all'occorrenza. Tutto molto bello. Super raccomandata.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Elisabetta's apartment! From having breakfast on the terrace to enjoying our rooms, everything was done to a high level. The apartment was also a very short walk into the town center where plenty of restaurants and shopping stores were located along with the beautiful medieval designs of Ascoli Piceno.

Ev ihtiyaç duyulabilecek her şeye sahipti. Denize 10 dakika mesafedeydi. Yüksek konumu sayesinde geceleri daha serindi. Manzarası ve terası çok güzeldi. Bu bölgeye yapacağımız bir sonraki seyahatimizde kesinlikle bir daha tercih ederiz. Teşekkürler Franca Arrivederci

Abbiamo pernottato in questa fantastica iurta dove il tempo si ferma. Tutto bellissimo e curato nei dettagli. L alloggio ha tutti i comfort e le accortezze possibili, dai divanetti e le sdraio esterni alla vasca idromassaggio con vista sulla natura, dal frigorifero alla macchina del caffe e del ghiaccio. Il tutto per pernottare nella pace dei sensi. Tom è davvero un bravissimo host, ci ha fatto trovare la colazione nel cestino da picnic fuori dalla porta la mattina ed è stata gradita tantissimo. La cura e la dedizione anche per l'ambiente fanno di questa struttura una sistemazione davvero fantastica.

Eine wirklich sehr gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit tollem Blick auf die Berge. Zum Meer ist es nicht weit und die Gastgeber sind jeden Tag vor Ort und stehen für Fragen zur Verfügung - so eine liebe Familie! Auch mit Hund ist die Ferienwohnung bzw. das Grundstück perfekt. Man kann direkt dahinter wunderbar spazieren gehen.

We loved our time at Paolo's. He was super nice and very helpful with everything. He took us to Pescara the day after we arrived and helped me get a sim card for my phone and to the airport to rent a car. He told us good places to eat in Pescara and helped us with eveything that we asked, he checked in with us to see if we needed anything and he even brought us some fresh cheese. He brought his little chihuahua with him to visit us which was very nice since my wife told him how much she misses her dogs while we have been traveling. We loved the house, it had everything we needed and also had nice sitting and relaxing areas outside and even a stone bbq around back that we used. There was also a washer and two portable racks to hang clothes to dry after washing and a couple of folding lounge chairs to chill in whenever you wanted! The surrounding area is beautiful, with mountains and big rolling fields close by. Hope to see you again soon! Thanks Paolo! 100% recommend!!

Posto fantastico immerso nella natura, curato in tanti aspetti, ci siamo sentiti a casa. Molto spazio anche per i bambini.

Great stay! Stefania and Domenico were the best hosts and went above and beyond to make our stay outstanding. From the awesome breakfast to the little extras they provided (juice, water, fruit, etc) to the wonderful fried artichokes this has been one of the best stays we’ve ever had. Highly recommended with easy access to the Abruzzo area.

Malgré un souci de santé de l'hôte, est venue nous rendre visite, très amicale et bienveillante. Ayant de la famille dans les environs, c'est un endroit que nous retenons pour une prochaine venue.

Die Wohnungen sind top ausgestattet und alle Haushaltgeräte wie auch die sanitarischen Einrichtungen und Klimaanlage funktioniert. Die Wohnungen sind sehr grosszügig. Die Lage ist an vorderster Front des Lungomares, der Strand befindet sich gleich gegenüber. Die Aussicht auf das Meer war sensationell man kann den grossen Balkon in vollen Zügen geniessen. In allen Zimmern hat es genügend Platz für die Kleider usw. Auch in den Bäder hat es genügend Schränke und die Duschen sind gross. Der Supermarkt Conad ist zu Fuss sehr gut erreichbar. Das Auto kann in der Einstellhallenbox parkiert werden, wo sich auch genügend Velos zur Benutzung befinden. Die Wohnungen sind sehr empfehlenswert. Die Besitzer so wie auch Reinigungsverantwortliche waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

La casa è immersa in un borgo ricco di storia, e si possono raggiungere a piedi sia il mare che il bosco circostante, facendo bellissime passeggiate. Siamo stati accolti dalla co-host Antonella che si è prodigata nell'aiutarci con i bagagli (la nostra auto era troppo grande e non siamo riusciti a entrare nella piazzetta di fronte alla casa). Il terra-tetto è stato oggetto di una ristrutturazione conservativa che ha rispettato i materiali originari ma che ha garantito un efficientamento importante, bagni nuovi, cucina nuova, riscaldamento eccellente considerando le tante stanze. La casa è accogliente, luminosa, ampia (tre camere e due bagni) e ci sono due splendidi terrazzi con una impareggiabile vista mare. Siamo stati benissimo e abbiamo apprezzato molto la vita all'interno del borgo.

Se quiser vivenciar uma experiência na natureza e na cultura italiana este lugar é perfeito. O anfitrião e sua mãe são incríveis, foram muito gentis e atenciosos, nos sentimos na casa dos nossos avós. A dona Ilda mãe do anfitrião, está sempre pronta a ajudar, nos fez muitas comidas gostosas, sempre muito alegre e bem disposta, uma ótima companhia para você conversar e conhecer mais sobre os italianos. A casa é bem arrumada e o local é muito calmo, não poderíamos ter feito melhor escolha. Com certeza voltaremos, não tem coisa melhor do que viajar e se sentir em casa 🏡.

è andato tutto bene, compresa la vicinanza alla spiaggia e ai suoi servizi...utile la pineta tra casa e mare che abbiamo sfruttato tutti i giorni causa il caldo soprsttutto durante il pranzo...gentili anche quelli del greenbay. Unica nota stonata il rumore del treno che disturba appunto durante il riposino in pineta...comune o ferrovie dovrebbero fare barriere antirumore almeno in alcuni tratti più frequentati

Miejsce idealne do odpoczynku, również z dziećmi, przepiękna okolica, urokliwe miasteczka w okolicy bez tłumów turystów. Gospodarze są cudowni, Paola i Luca zarażają swoją miłością do wina. 100 % wykonania maksymy gospodarzy, że jesteś w domu daleko od domu 🤩😍😍

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen u 6 Kindern in Tolentino u hatten zwei wunderschöne Wochen in diesem tollen Haus! Es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, gepflegt, top ausgestattet, großzügig (so dass sich jeder auch mal zurückziehen kann), hat einen tollen Pool (perfekte Größe) und in jede Richtung einen tollen Ausblick. Es liegt in den Hügeln oberhalb Tolentinos in absolut, ruhiger Lage (man stört niemanden u wird nicht gestört). Man braucht ein Auto, nach Tolentino fährt man ca 10 Minuten/ hier bekommt man alles. Alle paar Tage wurde der Pool gereinigt u nach 7 Tagen wurden Handtücher u Bettwäsche gewechselt. Es gibt tolle kleine Städte in der Umgebung u bis zum Strand fährt man auch nur 40 Minuten. Wir haben viel gebadet, gekocht u die Ruhe genossen. Es war nie langweilig, das Alter unserer Kids war 10-15 Jahre u alle konnten schwimmen. Vielen lieben Dank, Kate, für alles! Die Kommunikation war zuverlässig und sehr angenehm. Absolute Empfehlung von Herzen!!

Afgelopen week hier gezeten met me gezin. In 1 woord genieten wat een heerlijk plek. Je komt helemaal tot rust hier. De eigenaar van het huis zelf 2 keer gesproken. Maar zijn vader woont hier ook een echte schat van een man. Deze man doet er alles aan om het iedereen naar ze zin te maken. Ook is hij een topper met de wijn. Zelf zeg ik neem de rode wijn. Deze smaakt erg goed in een heerlijke avond zon. Het zwembad is heerlijk met een diep stuk waar je echt kan duiken.een echt feest voor onze kids. Leuke uitstapje is naar de bergen gaan is echt prachtig lijkt wel of je in de Alpen bent. Ik zou zegen een Dikke 9 voor alles wat je hier kan doen en hoe je behandelt wordt. Bedankt voor het heerlijke verblijf.

Magnifique séjour tout a été parfait. Surtout avec le paysage et la piscine. La cuisine nous a beaucoup servis. Et quel accueil wow merci ☺️, vins , tartes , lait , cafés etc etc. Un couple des plus gentils 🤩 j’y retournerai sans hésitation. Il y a un marché Oasi à Tolentino mais faut prendre la voiture. Tout est magnifique merci pour tout.

We recently stayed at Roberto's Airbnb with friends for a week and a half, and it was an incredible experience. Roberto is a fantastic host. He provided invaluable suggestions for a beautiful motorbike ride through the mountains, enhancing our trip with local insights we wouldn't have found on our own. During our stay, Roberto also replaced the chlorine in the pool, ensuring it was always in pristine condition for us to enjoy. His attentiveness and willingness to help were remarkable, and he was always available whenever we needed anything. The house itself is perfect for four couples and kids. It offers plenty of space and a fantastic pool area that became the focal point of our relaxation and fun. The layout and amenities are thoughtfully designed to cater to groups, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We highly recommend renting this house, especially with Roberto as your host. His dedication to ensuring a perfect stay makes all the difference!

Het oude familie huis was voor onze familie perfect. Degene die zin hadden konden langskomen en blijven slapen en de grote ruime keuken en de appartementen maakten dat ieder toch zijn privacy had en iedereen zijn eigen ontbijt kon samenstellen om daarmee in de tuin aan de grote tafel met elkaar te eten op de tijd die ze zelf wilden. Koken ook geen probleem. De wasmachine was ook ideaal. Groot zwembad en een heerlijke grote tuin om de villa. Echt een plek om naar terug te willen komen.
