A very nice stay. The place is nice and clean, at a very beautiful and convenient location.

Great place if you want to stay on the Asian side of Istanbul. Couch turns into a sofa bed and is quite big and comfortable. Place is well insulated making it good for a winter stay. Also a really nice Turkish restaurant around 3 minute walk from the apartment. Close walk to the beach as well which I’d imagine would be an ideal walking spot in the summer and springs. Overall would recommend this place. Plus there are so many cute cats in the neighbourhood!

Wir waren super zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder! Mohamed war sehr freundlich und flexibel, kam extra zum Apartment und hat uns alles gezeigt. Bei Problemen war er sofort erreichbar. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Das Apartment hat eine tolle Lage direkt am Meer und über der Istmarina Mall wo es tolle Restaurants und Läden gibt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

The host was very kind and communicated exceptionally well. They also offered flexible check-in and check-out times, which made things very convenient. The apartment was clean, well-organized, and had everything I needed. The location is very central and easy to access. I was very satisfied with my stay, and if I come to Istanbul again, I will definitely choose this place. Thank you for everything!

Öncelikleri Cemre hanıma çok tesekkur ediyorum ilgisi icin. Daire beklediğimden cok daha mükemmeldi. Kendi evimdeymis gibi hissettiğim manzarasindan gozumu alamadigim bir yerdi. Gonul rahatligi ile kalabilirsiniz referans olabilirim 😊

Immaculately clean and peaceful stay We loved our short stay (3 nights) as a family of two with a toddler. The apartment is new, spotless, and thoughtfully equipped. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal or two, plus the convenience of a dishwasher and washing machine. One of the best things: it’s completely smoke-free. No trace of cigarette smell—unlike many other Airbnbs or hotels we've stayed at in Turkey. It’s also wonderfully quiet at night, and the comfortable bed with crisp, clean white sheets made for a truly restful sleep. The manager Hasan is very friendly and helpful and he replies to questions promptly. We enjoyed our stay and the proximity to the seashore, metro, and Baghdad street. Thank you very much!

Levent beyin misafirperverliği bizi çok memnun etti. Kendisi her konuda bize yardımcı oldu. Kendi evimizde gibi hissettiğimiz bir deneyim yaşadık. Evin konumu ve sessiz bir ortam sunması çok huzur vericiydi. Levent beye her konuda bize yardımcı olduğu için teşekkür ederiz.

Haftasonunu geçirmek için tercih etmiştin, bu ev sayesinde geçirdiğim en iyi haftasonlarından biriydi. Ev inanılmaz huzurlu, her ayrıntısı inanılmaz güzel. Son derece temizdi. Balkonda deniz manzarasına karşı oturmak inanılmaz keyifli. Burcu hanım da çok tatlıydı, baştan sona bizimle ilgilendi. Kedisi Luna da bir o kadar tatlıydı, haftasonumuza renk kattı. Her şey dahil şahane bir deneyimdi.

Derya and Gokce are wonderful humans. They went out of their way to equip the flat with everything that you could possibly need. Everything I though I needed - it was in the flat. I felt like I had my own little abode on Buykada. Thank you for helping me realize my dream of being an Istanbul island boy!

Great area, beautiful house with amazing terrace views. We were running extremely late into the evening due to the ferry departures but our host kept in contact without throughout the entire time until we arrived and had checked in. Thank you again for a wonderful accommodation!

Ev tepede güzel bir manzara ile bizleri karşıladı. Ev sahibimiz bizim ihtiyaclarımız için iletişim halindeydi ve evden geç çıkmamız için bile bizlere olanak sundu. Yaz kış her geldiğimizde tek konumumuz artık bu ev olacak. Herşey için teşekkür ederiz.

Ali met us at the ferry terminal on our arrival and took us to our new home for a week. Ali was wonderfully hospitable and showed us around the house. The house was equipped with everything; a lovely garden to sit in with brick BBQ; lots of space for 6 of us; peaceful area - we loved it - located 10-15 mins from the terminal, a very pleasant stroll with many good eateries along the way. We would definitely stay again.

Fethi's place is perfect! The neighbourhood is nice and quiet, a lot of shops are very close. The flat is spacious, clean and cosy, it is as described. I liked the huge bed a lot) There were everything we needed, including a great number of clean towels. The flat is well-equipped, with good kitchen and bathroom. Fithi is a great host, very helpful and relyable. He helped with transfer, provided a lot of tips, and even get a crib for our toddler without me asking! I recommend Fethi's place, and I would like to come back one day)

Ezgi hanım inanılmaz misafirperver ve iletişimi çok hızlıydı. Balkonunda kahve içmek ve ada havasını solumak büyük keyifti. Kesinlikle tekrar gelmek isteyeceğimiz bir yer! Amazing place with great view everything is as listed and the host is amazing really responsive and great. Would recommend

10/10 Must stay location with a couple of notes to help non-Turkish guests to be better prepared. Mustafa is very quick to respond and good at accommodating any issues or problems you may have as an international traveler, if you're a local - you don't need to read further book right away! Bring your essentials, soap, shampoo, the groceries in the area have very limited products. Purchase water on day 1, buy lots of it - I didn't try the tap water (so this may be irrelevant). Be prepared to keep the keys on you at all times, the door uses keys from both sides (common in Istanbul everywhere you go) but this surprised me because you have to be prepared to leave whoever is staying home with the keys but take the fob with you. Mustafa provided me with a solution right away but still important to note. With all that being said, I had no issues speaking English and communicating with Mustafa, his Airbnb is an excellent place to say and really safe. 10/10

**"Perfekter Aufenthalt – Sehr empfehlenswert!"** Mein Aufenthalt bei Erfan war einfach fantastisch. Die Unterkunft war sauber, gemütlich und genau wie beschrieben. Erfan war äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und stets erreichbar für Fragen. Die Lage war ideal und es gab viele nette Extras, die den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht haben (z. B. Shampoo, Handtücher, Waschmaschine, Bügelbrett ect Ich würde definitiv wiederkommen und kann diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!
