casetta super accogliente sul Monte Argentario, con una vista spettacolare su Porto Santo Stefano e il mare. David e Mika ci hanno accolti con una gentilezza e una disponibilità incredibili, facendoci sentire subito a casa. La casa era ordinatissima e impeccabilmente pulita. Porto Santo Stefano è facilmente raggiungibile anche a piedi, e nei dintorni ci sono tantissimi sentieri per fare hiking e punti panoramici meravigliosi. Un grande bonus è lo spazio esterno, perfetto per l’estate, con tanto di ampio parcheggio.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche im Ferienhaus von Ale, mit direktem weitem Blick aufs Meer und 2 Inseln. Ale sandte eine sehr genaue Beschreibung, wie man zu Ihr findet, incl. Fotos von den wichtigsten Abzweigstellen. Es war einfach zu finden für uns. Wir waren mit einem SUV und 2 E-Bikes da, den Parkplatz zu unserem Chalet konnten wir damit gut erreichen, auch die etwas steilere Straße runter zum Chalet. Für alle Fahrzeuge, die keinen höheren Radstand haben, gibt es oberhalb von Ales Haus einen Parkplatz, man ist in 3 -4 Minuten zu Fuß unten. Ale hieß uns herzlich willkommen, und versorgte uns mit Tips für Restaurants und Strände in der näheren Umgebung. Unser Chalet hatte alles, war wir brauchten zu zweit. 2 Terrassen, davon eine mit Outdoorküche, im Schlafzimmer gibt es eine Klimaanlage, die wir zum Einschlafen nutzten. Den Blick über das Meer bis zu den Inseln haben wir von morgens bis abends genossen, es gab immer etwas zu sehen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, danke Ale!

Wonderful stay! So peaceful with incredible views, I slept better than I have done in years and we were so grateful for Luigi restaurant and sightseeing recommendations. The beach at the national park was amazing and we loved the thermal baths- remember to take off silver jewellery though! Location fantastic and we would love to return one day. A very big thank you!

Alessandro’s house is a dream. Amazing location, surrounded by Tuscan countryside with 360 degrees views. Beautifully appointed, we had everything we needed, well stocked kitchen, owner’s made wine, fresh fruit and gorgeous fresh flowers upon arrival. Swimming pool was enjoyed by the entire family,. Each bedroom with a stylish bathroom. We could not dream of a better week in Tuscany! We are very grateful for time spent in Castiglione D’0rcia and hope to come back one day. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Die Wohnung war einfach fantastisch! Die riesige Dachterrasse mit dem atemberaubenden Blick über das Wasser und Monte Argentario war unser absoluter Lieblingsplatz. Besonders die Outdoor-Küche, in der wir gerne gekocht haben – super ausgestattet und perfekt, um den Tag entspannt ausklingen zu lassen. Antonio war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit, immer zur Stelle, wenn wir Fragen hatten, sehr nette Unterhaltungen. Man hat sich sofort wohlgefühlt. Alles war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit und kommen definitiv wieder. Zuletzt: Auto konnte man super unterstellen (kleine Garage in der Nähe der Wohnung). Absolutes must-have für Monte Argentario, Parkplatzsuche gestaltet sich hier sonst schwierig.

A beautiful, peaceful spot in the heart of Tuscany - perfect for a relaxing getaway! Riccardo and Kate are wonderful hosts who made everything easy and made us feel right at home. The house is cozy and well-equipped with everything you could need, from a comfy bed and a fully stocked kitchen to a sauna and an amazing open-air hot tub. Also, one of the bonuses of this location is very low air pollution, so stargazing at night was a real highlight of our trip. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy the beauty of Tuscany.

Mel und Thomas sind großartige Gastgeber, diskret und sofort da , wenn man sie braucht. Das Haus , der Garten, die Terrassen und der Pool sind traumhaft schön, super gut ausgestattet und vor allem geschmackvoll. Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Es war alles super sauber , die Mitarbeiter auf dem Gelände sind genau so diskret und immer sehr höflich und hilfsbereit... Es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt und wir freuen uns sehr endlich ein Ort gefunden zu haben der zu 100% uns gefallen hat und wir auf jeden Fall zurück kommen werden. Grazie mille ❤️

We were a family of 5 with two 20 year old boys and an eleven year old girl. We loved the homely feel of the farmhouse. It had everything we needed for our 10 day break. The gardens and pool were amazing and we loved the two different sitting areas. If you are looking for somewhere to get away from it all then this is a great option. There are a few nice restaurants within a ten minute drive and the towns of Orvieto and Bolcina were great to visit. We also used the train service to go to Rome which was very easy. You definitely need a car when staying here. Andrea was friendly, very helpful and on hand if you needed anything. Would definitely recommend this fantastic holiday home.
