Magnifique appartement idéalement placé pour découvrir Palerme. Luca nous a apporter de nombreux conseils et est très réactif. Le service de bagagerie mis à disposition est un réel plus. Cela nous a permis de profiter librement de Palerme après le checkout

Alessandro es un gran host, fue muy amable y cálido su recibimiento. Se tomó el tiempo de hablarnos sobre la zona y darnos recomendaciones de lugares y restaurantes increíbles. El apartamento es muy bonito y agradable, lo recomiendo 100%, tiene todo lo necesario para un gran estadía, está ubicado en una zona estratégica y tranquila pero cercana a los lugares más importantes de la ciudad. Volveríamos mil veces a hospedarnos ahí.

Posizione centralissima ad un ottimo prezzo. Casa tranquilla, pulita, silenziosa, super accessoriata. Host disponibilissimo per ogni nostra esigenza. Consigliato!

I was in the flat for one month The place is really outstanding, close the the center, it's 2 min. Via Roma is of course a loud street, but I don't mind the noise. The flat itself is great, beautiful and fully equipped. I like the kitchen especially. The view from the window is beautiful. Mary is a nice and helpful host, that did everything for me to feel comfortable. Strongly recommend.

Die Wohnung von Erasmo ist sehr modern und ganz neu renoviert und eingerichtet. Sie hat wunderschöne Möbel: bequemes Sofa und Betten, großer Esstisch, Kommoden etc. Die Küche ist zwar relativ klein aber auch sehr schön und mit Spülmaschine, Ofen und großem Kühlschrank sehr gut nutzbar! Es gibt 3 Balkone, super um Wäsche zu trocknen, zum Essen allerdings fast zu klein. Für einen Kaffee am Morgen bei tollem Blick auf Meer und Berge aber sehr schön. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, auch weil Erasmo sehr nett in der Kommunikation war!

ottima esperienza in una villetta a circa 100 m dal mare. alloggio dotato di ogni comfort con due bagni due camere da letto e terrazzo abitabile. rapporto con host perfetto: persona garbata, amichevole e disponibile. unico consiglio: migliorare il wifi perché il segnale non era il massimo. per il resto ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo e sicuramente posto in cui tornerei.

Nous avons passé un agréable Moment Et une nuit paisible dans ce lit très confortable ! Le logement est très beau très propre soigné décorer avec goût ! Beaucoup de restaurants et de bars à quelque pas de la ! Mer à proximité .. aéroport a de Palerme à 15 min au top merci pour tout grâce à vous nous avons passés une belle dernière journée en Sicile 🫶

Dieses Haus ist ein Traum, aber alles der Reihe nach.Wir (ein Paar mit 2 Kinder, 4 und 7 Jahre) und zwei Omas sind abends spät angereist. Emanueles Eltern haben uns herzlich empfangen und uns alles gezeigt. Plus sie hatten für uns was zu essen besorgt. Tolle Gastgeber und Goldwert wenn man mit Kindern anreist. Wir hatten einen riesen Spaß in diesem Haus. Das Wetter hat mit gemacht und wir haben den Pool genossen. Morgens auf der Veranda zu frühstücken war fabelhaft. Nicht mal 5Minuten entfernt ist der Strand, der für sizilianische Verhältnisse sauber war, und wir waren außerhalb der Saison dort. In paar Gehminuten entfernt ist der Bahnhof, aber für den Einkauf braucht man definitiv ein Auto. Cefalù ist 15 Minuten und Palermo 50 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Zum Flughafen braucht man 1 Emanuele hat immer schnell geantwortet und wir haben uns immer gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen🤩Eine absolute Empfehlung

Michele ci ha raccolto bene e ci ha dato delle informationi utilli per la citta. Lui ci ha dato subito una mano ad risolvere ogni problema . Le ferie nella sua casa erano rillasati e molto belle. Noi speriamo che ci ospita ancora se ci troviamo in zona. 5 Stelle per tutto il Stardust Home.

Spacious vila with great outdoor space and good privacy. We stayed with our family with young kids and besides the pool there was plenty of entertainment for them. We loved the involvement of host Rosario. Very involved during our visit and made sure we had everything we needed. Thanks Rosario for our nice holiday stay at your vila as well as for the nice treats.

Appartamemto meraviglioso, pulito e dotato di ogni confort. Accoglienza accurata e gentile, hanno fatto trovare la casa fresca, con caffè e bottiglie d acqua, casa dotata di ogni accessorio e anche fin da subito potevamo cucinare qualcosa. Due terrazze meravigliose , su lati opposti, una sempre fresca e ventilata, curate e piacevoli. Impossibile trovare un difetto, credetemi. Ringraziamo infinitamente il Signor Giuseppe e Alessandro per la disponibilità e l’infinita pazienza e cortesia.

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche bei Giovanni. Die Wohnung war genau so wie beschrieben und die Lage wirklich top. sehr zentral gelegen und alles was man benötigt wie Supermarkt, Cafés, Märkte ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Nachts ist es etwas laut wegen der Straße, hat uns aber nicht gestört.

This is an amazing property in a very nicely restored old building - the inside is very uniquely decorated with custom lights, wall art, furniture and even floor art with a hand painted entryway. There is a courtyard that is only for the use of the apartment, a full washer and separate dryer - both of which worked really well, and the kitchen is wonderful - with lots of seating for eating and talking. The two bedrooms are at opposite ends of the apartment, so very private from each other - which is ideal for two couples or a family with teenagers that need some space from their parents! We were very happy that we chose this apartment and would not hesitate to stay again.

Silvio ist ein toller Gastgeber und war für alle Fragen offen und immer erreichbar. Die Lage der Wohnung ist einmalig. Die Küche ist klein, aber ausreichend. Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist es einfach die etwas entfernteren Sehenswürdigkeiten oder den Strand zu erreichen. Palermo ist auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert.

alles super, einzig das Bett war ein wenig durchgelesen, sehr harte Kissen, und nachts ein wenig lärmig auf der Schlafzimmerseite. Sehr herzliche Gastgeberin

We loved staying at this beautiful apartment. Wonderful sea view and such a peaceful beautiful place. Massimo and Luisa made us feel at home and recommended some great places to go. We loved Massimo’s paintings too!

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön, die Aussicht aus der Küche und von der Terrasse ist in echt noch schöner als auf dem Fotos. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht und alles ist sehr sauber. Wir waren im Oktober dort und es war gut aushaltbar, ich kann mir allerdings vorstellen. dass es im Sommer heiß wird, da nur ein Schlafzimmer über eine Klimaanlage verfügt. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön, die Caletta Sant‘Elia ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt, genau so wie einige Supermärkte und Restaurants. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Ein toller Aufenthalt in Palermo und eine sehr schöne Wohnung. Livio ist ein super netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Wir würden immer wieder kommen.

Bardzo wygodny i cichy apartament. Wyposażony we wszystko, czego potrzebowaliśmy. Plusem jest prywatny parking pod domem, bliskość do atrakcji w mieście oraz piękny widok na góry. Na pewno będziemy chcieli kiedyś tu wrócić :)
