What a beautiful place! Even better than advertised. Lidia made it simple to find the place and met me there to give me the key and show me around. It is literally less than a 5 minute walk to the Duomo and dozens of restaurants and bars, two grocery stores, and boutique shops. Lidia supplied a variety of breakfast items. Stayed 3 nights, would happily stay longer. One of the best AirB&B’s I have used. Thank you, Lidia

We were able to make a very last-minute reservation to stay at Terry's Airbnb earlier this month. The space was absolutely wonderful! It's in a very peaceful setting and the apartment is extremely well appointed and very clean. Terry made us feel very much at home. She even had AMAZING home baked bread and incredible olive oil waiting for us when we checked in. She also had the home stocked with cereal, milk, coffee, etc. It was just perfect. The home is extremely spacious with a living/dining/kitchen area, as well as a bedroom and bathroom. On site laundry was also available for a very small fee. The home is also stocked with books and games. Terry is a truly amazing and welcoming host and we love the opportunity to stay at her home in the future.

Valentina e suo marito sono degli host che hanno a cuore i loro ospiti. L' appartamento e molto grande e possiede tutti i comfort, il parcheggio è facile da trovare e il centro di Terni può essere raggiunto anche a piedi. Siamo stati felici della nostra scelta e vogliamo ringraziarvi per come siamo stati trattati, grazie per la colazione che ci avete offerto. Speriamo di tornare presto, un abbraccio e buon anno ancora.

Andrea é un host fantastico, il soggiorno é stato impeccabile e le comunicazioni facili e tempestive, non da ultimo ha gestito alla perfezione un inconveniente creato dalla persona che soggiornava con me.

La casa di Leonardo è molto bella e di recente ristrutturazione. Funzionale negli spazi. Situata nel centro di Sutri offre la possibilità di muoversi tranquillamente a piedi per il centro storico. Leonardo è un’host presente e reattivo nella comunicazione. Insomma tutto perfetto! Assolutamente consigliato

Wow! The best stay of our trip! Carolina is an absolute delight and went out of her way to organize a pizza making class for us and gave us phenomenal local recommendations. The space is beautiful, peaceful, and historic and the sights around the area were spectacular. Carolina even shared the very cool history and renovation process of the property with us. I would highly recommend this property!

La maison est aussi belle que sur les photos. Elle est aussi très agréable à vivre. La grande piscine fait le bonheur des petits comme des grands. Le terrain entièrement clôturé est un réel plus, notre chien a pu explorer les lieux en toute autonomie. Tout est fait pour que les visiteurs passent de merveilleuses vacances. Nous avons également profité de l’huile d’olive et des légumes frais apportés par le maraîcher d’à coté. Catharine est une hôte adorable et très disponible. Nous reviendrons !

I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I was struck by how clean and well-maintained the place was. The interior was beautifully preserved, with every detail reflecting the character and charm and coziness of the region, while the exterior was equally delightful, surrounded by scenic views of the olive farm. The highlight of my stay, however is the animals.The three dogs were the perfect companions; they were so friendly and loving that it felt like they were my own. The resident cat added an extra layer of warmth to the experience, making the entire stay feel truly special. The surroundings of the olive farm provided a peaceful atmosphere that was perfect for relaxation. I spent my days soaking in the beauty of the landscape.

Such a lovely villa. Beautifully arranged with perfect amount of space for our group of 8. The villa has everything you need. The pool was lovely and warm even without being heated. Margherita, the local host, was amazing - so helpful. Would definitely come back.

From check in to check out and everything in between Marco was extremely accommodating! The place was in such a historically beautiful part of town. Our one night there was so memorable! I would recommend this place to anyone considering traveling near the area! Sooooo worth it!!

This is something we will never forget. We booked Christian’s place for our honeymoon road trip through Italy and before check-in we stopped at Bagnoregio, which is called the dying city, but we got rained out. And driving to Christian’s place we had no idea what to expect and honestly the village of Calcata made the rained out bagnoregio feel like nothing was lost. From Christian being extremely flexible and responsive to Valentina greeting us and answering all of our questions about her beautiful community this was the most incredible stay ever, best sleep we ever had and the most unforgettable experience. Book this house you won’t regret it.

Vittorio ist ein ausgesprochen freundlicher und herzlicher Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation mit ihm war von Anfang bis zum Ende des Aufenthalts hervorragend. Die Unterkunft hat wirklich an nichts vermissen lassen und war sehr sauber. Sie ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und aufgrund eines auch sehr liebevoll eingerichteten Kinderzimmers auch für Familien mit Kindern sehr gut geeignet. Der Wohnort selbst, ist ein traumhaft schöner sogenannter Borgo, mit einer über tausendjährigen Geschichte und bietet absolute Ruhe. Ansonsten bietet Ronciglione alles was man von einer kleinen italienischen Stadt erwartet, sowie sehr gute Restaurants, Bars, Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und einen Wochenmarkt. Der Ort ist wunderschön und es gibt sehr viele tolle Ausflugsziele, wie zum Beispiel den wunderschönen Lago di Vico. Alles in Allem war es ein toller Aufenthalt und ganz sicher auch nicht mein letzter dort. Vielen herzlichen Dank Vittorio!

Wie waren mit unseren beiden Töchtern (5+10 Jahre) dort. Ideal für Familie. Den Pool teilt man sich mit den anderen Wohnungen, ist aber nie überfüllt, oft waren wir alleine dort. Er ist gut unterhalten. Wichtig für uns, man hat von der kleinen Terasse direkte Sicht auf den Pool und hat so die Kinder im Auge. Die Wohnung selber liegt in einem Traum von einem Haus. Ruhig und idyllisch. Es gibt kein WLAN. Anfahrt hat 500m Schotterpiste. Beides hat uns nicht gestört. Todi ist 15' mit dem Auto entfernt. Gastgeberin reagiert sofort und effektiv auf jede Frage. Absolut empfehlenswert!

First, Orvieto is a beautiful town with some breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside, lots of history and things to see and do. Lucia has recently done a complete restoration of her apartment. Everything you could need is there and more. This is an emaculate property in a quiet neighborhood. We will stay here next time in Orvieto.

We had a wonderful stay at Valentina's in Spoleto (two weeks in Dec/Jan). The appartment is the ideal mix of a traditional, rustic atmosphere and a modern, convenient functioning Italian appartment. It was one of the best places we ever stayed in Italy. Valentina was a very welcoming host, very communicative and always responding. Spoleto and its surroundings is amazing, lots to do both culturally and with regards to nature. Apart from that there are more than enough places to have aperitivo's, cafe and great pranzo's or dinners. Also other beautiful places are just around the corner if you have car (even if not, there is train station from where you can visit many other towns - just take your time and check the train schedule). Spoleto as well as the appartment and its host are highly recommended. Umbria is truely in the heart of Italy: organisation and infrastructure of the north and warmth and charm of the south! Go and see for yourself ;-)

Casa fantastica e moderna, dotata di qualsiasi cosa. Ci hanno offerto anche una bottiglia di prosecco. Torneremo di sicuro

Rita was very welcoming! We do not speak Italian and Rita speaks very little English but she was so welcoming and the place was wonderful! She made sure we felt at home! Peaceful place to sleep and the view was wonderful! She also gave us a welcome basket with her olive oil from her farm! The price of the Airbnb is very reasonable, but she does charge a small fee if you use the ac/heater. We came at a perfect time of year and didn’t have to use it!

Krisztina e Lucio sono due host meravigliosi, gentilissimi e disponibili fin dalle prime comunicazioni telefoniche, flessibili negli orari, hanno saputo consigliarci ristoranti e luoghi da visitare. Eravamo in 4 amiche per un weekend e ci siamo sentite davvero coccolate! Il piccolo borgo dove si trova il casale è un luogo da cartolina, a soli 15 minuti di auto dal Lago Trasimeno e altri borghetti tipici. L'appartamento è curato nei minimi dettagli, confortevole, elegante e tradizionale.

siamo stati benissimo e torneremo sicuramente. Consiglio questo alloggio perché il posto è splendido e si possono raggiungere facilmente le principali città d'interesse, abbiamo trovato gentilezza e organizzazione è stato molto bello conoscere Annarita e il marito ci hanno accolto nel migliore dei modi.

I proprietari gentili, simpatici e sempre disponibili per le nostre esigenze. Appartamento pulito, profumato e funzionale peccato che le finestre delle due camere da letto hanno una vista fronte muro ma aperte circola l'aria e la luce viene da sopra. Piscina tenuta sempre pulita e a disposizione lettini, tavoli, sedie,ombrelloni e gazebi di ottima qualità. Disponibili anche tavolo da ping-pong e barbecue. Giardino pulito e ordinato. La sera tutto illuminato compreso la piscina. Parcheggio coperto. Piacevole soggiorno.
