Marina’s tiny little hideaway is in the best location. There’s so much to see and do right around every corner, and you truly couldn’t ask for a better location. She also provides fresh fruit and some cold drinks if needed, which were very much appreciated. The place is clean and comfortable with a lot of beautiful old charm, but the amenities are modern. If you are not from the area and thinking of driving into the city, maybe think again. The driving is difficult and the city now has a ZTL zone enforcement, which means you have to go through a process of paying for entrance on each day (except Sundays). It’s not expensive but it’s a bit of a hassle, and more importantly, the driving is stressful. Note: This info is nothing to do with our lovely apartment specifically, but worth mentioning if anyone is planning on doing what we did.

We stayed as a group of 9 during the winter months. The Villa was beautiful, and overlooked the ocean (from a distance). It was peaceful and serene. Paolo kindly offered us access to his orange and lemon trees, which were amazing! He was a helpful host, helping order us pizza our first night when everything seemed closed. The large dining table and kitchen at the back of the house was perfect for family dinners. We used the outdoor BBQ (propane) and the indoor stove/top range - all worked well. We also used the fire pit and Paolo was kind enough to give us some firewood. The house is about ~20 minutes from Palermo by car, which you definitely need in order to stay here. If you don't feel like cooking, try Bragone restaurant (15 mins). Incredible pizza/pasta in the countryside. We stayed during a cold spell, so while there were lots of heat and heaters available, we were chilly at times because we had to balance the electric load just right to keep things running smoothly.

Unterkunft wie beschrieben. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Alles bestens! Gute Ausstattung, sogar eine Waschmaschine. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

Für uns hat er perfekt gepasst, wie haben dort eine Nacht verbracht. Die Kommunikation war sehr einfach und Sie war immer zu erreichen.

Best host that I have ever experienced - Francesco went out of his way to personally greet us at check in, help us find a parking, and walk us to a nearby restaurant.

we had a lovely stay. the place itself is massive with large bedrooms and comfortable beds. the provided extras like coffee, snacks and mini starter toiletries were a nice touch. location was convenient next to one of the largest street markets and the main train station two blocks away, also maqueda at the corner, the main tourist thoroughfare, we easily walked north to see most of the attractions. after staying in many walk-ups, it was a luxury to have a lift for our luggage. Internet was super speedy compared to other places in Sicily. also amazing water pressure and consistent hot water. the only thing that was lacking was the towels provided were hand towels sized. not enough to cover your front and backside at the same time, lol. it was fine and we didn't ask for larger towels or I'm sure David would have accomodated, though it made things awkward when sharing spaces with friends, while scurrying nude to the bedrooms after bathing. haha. David was super kind and a great host.

La casetta di Elena è stata perfetta per le nostre esigenze. Al check-in , Elena ci ha fatto trovare un graditissimo regalo di benvenuto, accompagnato da utili consigli sui dintorni, (oltre alla colazione da lei offerta,molto abbondante). È stata sempre disponibile e si è premurata al fine di non farci patire troppo il freddo rendendo l’ambiente caldo e accogliente. La casa è perfettamente adatta ad ospitare due persone, pulita e accogliente. Consigliamo certamente di soggiornare da Elena.

Ho soggiornato nella casa di Aloisia dal 2 al 5 Gennaio 2025; l'accoglienza di Aloisia è speciale, abbiamo trovato di tutto all'arrivo, dolci di benvenuto, tutto l'occorrente per le colazioni e tanto altro; in casa c'è tutto l'occorrente per cucinare e tutti gli accessori necessari ma anche oltre per il bagno, le 2 camere da letto sono come nella descrizione e i 2 split a pompa di calore riscaldano tutta la casa. Monreale è una cittadina dal fascino siciliano autentico e a dimensione d'uomo; il centro storico e quindi la cattedrale dista 5 min. a piedi; inutile parlare della cattedrale patrimonio unesco....inoltre Palermo dista soltanto 10 km dalla casa per cui si può visitare facilmente. Consiglio a tutti la casa di "Angela" ovvero di Aloisia che ringrazio per averci fatto sentire come a casa propria.

Lovely host. Newly renovated flat with extra high ceilings. Air conditioning was great. Just a few minutes from the train station. Highly recommend.

Hôte très accueillant et réactif en permanence. Antonio se soucis énormément du bien être des personnes dans son logement. Malgré quelques soucis, il a réagit rapidement. Très bel emplacement, au calme et proche des attractions touristiques. Le logement est très fonctionnel, extrêmement propre et permet de passer un bon séjour. La proximité d’une station de train est agréable (8 minutes à pied). Nous recommandons ce logement +++ et nous aurons plaisir d’y séjourner une prochaine fois

Such a cute and quiet place to get away from the city just what we needed! Tania was so nice and we were able to hang out in the garden, pick the fig trees, have eggs from her chickens! Just incredible experience!

buona posizione perché lontana dalle grosse vie del centro, ma a due passi dalla cattedrale e dal centro. zona residenziale, con la vivacità tipica di Palermo ma la sera silenziosa. ambiente completo, anche di caffè e l'essenziale per la colazione (cosa non comune nei b&b), molto pulito, doccia molto comoda. area notte forse poco adatta a chi è molto alto, ma letto molto confortevole. da ritornarci

The sweetest host and the best accommodation! Close to the beach and the center. The breakfast is a plus that made my stay even more enjoyable!

Stayed a week. Nice location near bakery, fruit shop and convenience store. Walking distance to everything. Host was super friendly and responsive, came by to solve any issue in apartment. Large and spacious rooms.

Salvatore and his family are wonderful hosts, honestly and truly. His mother Giovanna even cooked us homemade food and also there was fresh bread among other assorted antipasti. Truly the kind of hospitality you could only find in Sicily. Then there is the location. Perfectly central and easy to get anywhere in the city, close to good restaurants, great museums, beautiful churches and more. Highly recommend any travelers to do themselves a favor and enjoy your time in Palermo while staying here.

Virginia was so nice and a great host! She responded very quickly and had a great and clean home. We loved our stay!

Un lugar céntrico para caminar hacia la mayoría de lugares turísticos y restaurantes. El espacio es amplio y cuenta con todo para una estancia cómoda. Eva fue muy amable y nos entregó muchas opciones para visitar y comer en la ciudad, destacar que conoce espacioso oara vegetarianos y veganos 😊

penso che solo in sogno si possa trovare un b&b più bello, accogliente, posizionato, con tutti i confort, praticamente meglio che non a casa propria...Giusy con i suoi consigli è stata disponibilissima e anche di compagnia. consigliatissimo per tutti. Poi la posizione è perfetta sia per Erice che San Vito Lo Capo, Trapani...ripeto consigliatissimo.

Manuela and Diego are the definition of “a perfect host”! We booked as clients and said goodbye as friends. Diego made amazing breakfast every morning, Manuela made our New Year’s Eve reservation, everything was so well thought of, we didn’t have to worry and felt right at home. Rooms are perfectly clean and comfortable. Location is great, right next to main streets with restaurants, but quiet at the same time. Totally recommend!

Wspaniały pobyt w cudownym miejscu, blisko morza i rezerwatu Zingaro. Przemiła gospodyni, pyszne śniadania, codziennie sprzątany pokój. Zdecydowanie powyżej oczekiwań.

Stanotte io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo soggiornato nella stanza “Delia”. Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio, super pulito e credetemi che in ogni posto in cui io vada tendo a disinfettare tutto, per la prima volta non ho assolutamente avuto necessità di farlo. Giuseppe è stato molto reattivo e preciso, check-in super veloce e la signora che stamattina ci ha assistito durante la colazione è stata molto gentile. Unica pecca ascensore e scale piccole, ma ciò non fa una piega, prenoterei altre cento volte! Consiglio vivamente!!!

Marco is een geweldige gastheer. De kamer is netjes ingericht, van alle gemakken voorzien en heel schoon. ‘s Ochtends bij het ontbijt ligt er een mooi cadeautje voor je klaar. Prachtig ingepakte croissantjes! Verder is er alles aanwezig voor een heerlijk ontbijt! De ligging is perfect, je loopt zo het centrum in. Parkeren is wat lastig aan de straat, maar we hebben de auto in een ondergrondse Parking geparkeerd op loopafstand van de B&B. Dat was een perfecte oplossing! Deze B&B is heel fijn om het mooie Palermo te bezoeken en zeker aan te raden.

Super séjour chez Alessio. L’emplacement est super proche de San Vito Lo capo et des premières et sublimes plages. Le logement est conforme à la description, très propre, la piscine au top et le petit-déjeuner tellement bon. Nous reviendrons, merci encore pour ce séjour.

Maria and Nino are the best! I felt right at home and cannot wait to return on my next visit to Palermo. As a woman traveling alone, I felt very safe staying here.
