Sehr schöne Unterkunft, unglaubliche Gastfreundschaft, fussläufig ein wunderschöner Strand (nicht überlaufen). Perfekter Ort um Palermo und die Umgebung zu entdecken.

Logement très propre. Instructions très claires pour l’arrivée et très bonne communication tout au long du séjour. Davide est très réactif et donne des bons conseils. Jolie vue sur la mer. Logement proche de la mer. Nous recommandons.

Amazing experience! I stayed for a month in February. Apartment and the whole building are newly renovated. Location is very close to 2 supermarkets. Everything inside is also new and absolutely clean. With really BIG balcony. Giuseppe is a wonderful host. Whatever I needed he managed to get it for me, the same day! From toaster to small carpet that I asked for to put next to the bed! Once a week they would leave a treat of local produce as suprise, fruits, wine, dolce.. Truly unforgettable experience! Highly recommended!💖✨️

Angela war eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin! Sie hat uns sehr herzlich willkommen geheißen. Die Kommunikation mit Angela war sehr angenehm und einfach. Sie empfiehl uns für den Abend direkt unten am Strand die Pizzeria aufzusuchen, diese war wirklich top und sicherlich die beste Pizza des gesamten Urlaubs! Die Wohnung und die Terrasse gefiel uns sogar besser wie dies von den Fotos ersichtlich war. Es war sehr sauber, die Küche war mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Ebenso das Bad, welches auch über eine Waschmaschine verfügte. Rundum war es eine super Wohnung mit einer tollen und ruhigen Lage, wenige Meter vom Zentrum Balestrate entfernt. Ebenfalls war es toll, dass die Wohnung weniger Meter vom Strand entfernt war, sodass man mit einem Bier oder Wein auch mal einen schönen Sonnenuntergang am Strand genießen konnten. Sollten wir uns nochmal für ein paar Tage in Balestrate entscheiden, würden wir nicht zögern und sofort gerne wieder bei Angela in der Wohnung unterkommen!

We had a wonderful stay at Gaia's beautiful apartment -- it is perfectly located, both close and walkable to everything we wanted to see/eat and yet tucked quietly in a courtyard. The place looks exactly like the photos and was even more spacious than we expected. We really enjoyed relaxing in the apartment after days out and about and we slept really well. Gaia was super helpful when it came to check-in instructions and a long list of extremely on-point food/museum recommendations!! We encourage anyone coming to Palermo to stay here.

Chiara and Salvatore were exceptional hosts during our stay at their apartment, Vento di Scirocco & Grecale. They were incredibly kind, always available, and ready to help with anything we needed. The apartment is cozy, well-situated, and perfect for a comfortable stay. We are very grateful for their warm hospitality and highly recommend staying with them!

Federico is really a wonderful host. He made everything comfortable for us,gave us clear instructions and recommendations. He is always super responsive and kind. He even took the trouble to drive more than 40 minutes to the apartment to solve a problem for us on New Year's Eve! We are really so grateful! The location can't have been better. It is right next to the cathedral. It's also highly appreciated that we have a private parking spot inside the yard, which is really really precious in Palermo! The apartment is very spacious and clean.

Amazing experience, the apartment itself is stunning and Francesco was such a gracious host providing us with everything we wanted to know about the place and Palermo itself. Do not hesitate to stay here the price is reasonable the balcony is beautiful and the location is great!

Francesca left clear and precise instructions for check-in, showed concern regarding the building's winter-friendly characteristics (it has no heating), and made this aspect clear at the beginning of the reservation. Francesca also gave us excellent recommendations regarding restaurants, local food, street food, parking, bookstores, and museums to visit in Palermo. The balcony is a highlight of the apartment; having breakfast at the table outside is lovely. My only recommendation would be to invest in an electric heater for the bedroom during the winter months. Francesca left a gas heater at our disposal, but it cannot be used inside the bedroom due to the carbon dioxide generated by burning the gas. Therefore, an electric heater (one that runs on oil inside) would be a good purchase for the apartment.

Appartamento confortevole e ospitalità squisita! La casa ha dotazioni complete, compreso il kit di primo soccorso in bagno. Abbiamo apprezzato la frutta e i dolcetti trovati all'arrivo e i pasticcini alle mandorle alla partenza. Sopratutto, Antonella si è sempre mostrata reattiva per piccoli problemi che abbiamo risolto senza particolari disagi. Unica nota negativa: l'appartamento è al secondo piano senza ascensore e le scale particolarmente ripide hanno reso faticoso portare i bagagli. In generale siamo molto soddisfatti e consigliamo la struttura a chi vuole visitare Palermo e dintorni muovendosi a piedi.

Wij hebben een heerlijke week in Palermo gehad en genoten van ons verblijf in Alessio's appartement.Het ligt op een geweldige en centrale plek en de stad is van hieruit te voet te verkennen.Het is een licht en prettig appartement.Het ligt in een rustige buurt, maar het is toch een stad vol leven-dus er zijn ook wat geluiden. De woning is met smaak en liefde ingericht en wij hebben ons er zeer thuis gevoeld. Alesso is altijd vlug bereikbaar. Voor ons was het een ideale plek om in deze leuke en interessante stad te verblijven!

The apartment is perfectly located, close to many restaurants and tourist spots. The check-in instructions were very clear and detailed. The kitchen is well-equipped, which was great. There is some noise from the neighbors, but it’s not an issue in the bedroom, so you’ll have no trouble sleeping. I highly recommend this Airbnb – we had a wonderful time in Palermo!

Nice apartment, situated in a scenic building, that gives palace vibes. Angelo was a very kind and helpful co-host, he helped us with what we needed, guided us with tips & tricks in the city and helped with luggage storage after check out. The apartment is fairly equipped, small but smartly compartimented. The bed was confortable for two tall people and there was an extra bed, if needed. The location was very close to the center and main attractions, but the street and some areas around felt unsafe. Overall good experience!

Wir waren fünf Nächte dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung bietet alles was man braucht und die Gastgeber sind äußerst hilfsbereit.

Excelente ubicación. El alojamiento muy limpio y cómodo. Nos han recibido de maravilla, con recomendaciones y mucha flexibilidad.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Andrea et sa femme sont très charmants et très accueillants. Toujours au petit soin. Le logement et son environnement sont très agréables, confortables et frais. Nous n’avons pas testé la piscine car nous préférons la mer qui est accessible à pied en 2 minutes ! Je vous recommande ce petit coin très tranquille !!!

I can’t say enough nice things. First of all, Daniela is such a gem! She offered rides for very reasonable prices, gave us brief tours of the areas we were in which were super helpful, and always responsive. Her place was just outside of the noisier areas, but walking distance to the restaurants and beaches. 15 minutes walk to the beach, or you can wait for the local buses if you prefer not to walk. The space was spacious and the bed was so comfortable!! After traveling for a couple weeks, the good nights of sleep were needed. Great trip & stay, and hope to return someday :)

Salvo was an amazing host, answered all our questions and helped us with so many things. The walk up to the apartment with bags is tough, but the location is impossible to beat in the middle of everything and great amenities. We had an amazing stay!

Gepflegte Anlage mit schönen Pool und tollem Ausblick. Man sieht von der Terrasse aus quasi immer das Meer. Nur ein paar (steile) Meter zum Strand, wo auch einige Restaurants und Bars sind (im Oktober allerdings nur teilweise geöffnet), ein kleiner Conad-Supermarkt ist in weniger als 200m erreichbar. In die Stadt ist es etwas zu weit zu laufen, aber gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen, hier sehr viele Restaurants und andere Möglichkeiten sich (abends) zu beschäftigen Auch viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten z.B. nach Erice oder Favignana. Sehr guter und freundlicher Check-In und Service von Eliana, die gut zu erreichen war. Kleines Manko waren die vielen rumstreunenden und bettelnden Katzen (nichts für Allergiker) und dass das Haus sehr hellhörig ist, das Bad von den Nachbarn grenzt jeweils an eins der Schlafzimmer. Und eine Spülmaschine wäre schön, aber das steht ja in der Beschreibung.

Angelo's apartment was a perfect base for our family of 5 adults to visit Palermo. The apartment is beautiful and spacious and is in a perfect location for visiting most of the places a new visitor to Palermo would want to see. He was very responsive to any issues that came up and also gave us great restaurant recommendations.

Rosalia homestay was such a beautiful property with a brilliant host. Couldn’t recommend enough. The views are incredible. Not far from cinisi and Terrasini both great little towns to have a look around. Brilliant beaches and viewpoints just a walk away from the property. Thanks for a great stay Mara :)
