Lovely house and surroundings, beautiful view and lots of possibilities to enjoy the sun (or shade). Ivana provided us even with beach towels & umbrellas. Fully equipped kitchen including an amazing outdoor pizza oven. The heated pool was great, especially on windy and cloudy days!

Caterina and her husband are gracious, caring hosts with great taste. They have a beautifully decorated home with local Sicilian design elements and souvenirs from their travels around the world. They also greeted us with glasses of wine and helped us get settled in, and provided us with awesome recommendations for local restaurants. They went above and beyond to assist with our stay and we are forever grateful to them for their hospitality and easy communication!

Wir haben 10 Tage in der Villa Namali verbracht und sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation mit Marco ist top und er hat tolle Tipps für die Gegend. Das Haus ist nicht weit von einem traumhaften Sandstrand entfernt, sodass man morgens vorm frühstücken einfach ins Meer springen konnte. Die Außenküche ist gut ausgestattet, einfach Gerichte lassen sich super kochen und ein Grill ist auch vorhanden. Wir würden wiederkommen!

Giacoma & Carlo were both helpful and communicative. We were welcomed in person and were pleased with the basketful of essentials that had been left for us. We were all sad to have to leave after an all-too-short week at their lovely villa!

Eine wunderschöne alte Villa mit großzügigen Räumen mitten in der prachtvollen Natur Siziliens (Auto notwendig), Terrassen und Pool mit Blick auf Meer und Berge. Wer gerne mit Freunden und Familie Zeit genießen will, hat hier seinen Platz gefunden. Die saubere, liebevoll gepflegte Villa mit dem wunderschönen Garten lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der nahegelegene Naturstrand bietet ein privates Erleben der Küstenlandschaft. Der Vermieter ist besonders entgegenkommend. Er löst jedes Problem sofort und hilft dir mit seiner Begeisterung für seine Heimat und sein Elternhaus und seinen Tipps zu dieser Region, in der er selbst aufgewachsen ist zu besonderen Erlebnissen abseits der Tourismusrouten. Auch unser kleines Chaos bei der Anreise durch den verspäteten Flug hat er mit großem persönlichen Entgegenkommen ausgeglichen und hat uns noch spät Nachts geholfen in seiner Villa anzukommen. Danke an Roberto für deine täglichen Tipps und deine Hilfsbereitschaft zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit!

una casa nuova e funzionale in un paesaggio da favola, spazio esterno bellissimo e vivibile. Due bagni assicurano il massimo della comodità. molto semplice spostarsi, ovviamente è necessaria una auto. scopello in inverno è una gemma quasi privata.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine en famille dans la.superbe villa de Nunzio. la maison était très propre et très bien équipée . Les couchages sont impeccables. Nous avons apprécié les petites courses qui ont palié notre arrivée tardive. Francesco nous a accueilli avec sympathie et les explications étaient très claires. La vue sur la terrasse est superbe notamment au lever du soleil. Et nous avons même pu nous baigné tous les jours malgré que nous soyons fin octobre. il y a dans les environs des restaurants traditionnels, où nous nous sommes régalés ( La casetta notamment). De la villa nous avons rayonné de Marsala à Castellamare del golfo, soit au maximum 40min.

Wir haben wunderbare Ferien in Luigis toll gelegenem Haus verbracht. Im Handumdrehen ist man am Meer, der Zingaro-Park lädt zum Wandern, und das Dorf Scopello ist perfekt für einen Drink oder ein Gelato. Der Gastgeber war stets erreichbar, sehr freundlich und flexibel. Dank den klaren Informationen hat beim Self-Check-in alles gut geklappt. Und der Blick von der Terrasse aufs Meer ist einmalig! Gerne wieder!

Absolutely unique, exceptional home: the view is outstanding and the house is a work of art where everything looks straight out of a design magazine. We had a great stay with our two kids (aged 5 & 7). Even in winter the weather was great and the house very much enjoyable. Very thoughtful host who had already stocked the pantry and the fridge with Sicilian food and even prepaired gifts and toys for our kids. To nitpick : some elements of the house prioritize aesthetics over practicality (the shower, for example).

A very unique and special villa, full of family history. Each room has something to look at and obviously tells a story. Very well presented,. with everything you’ll need for a fun family holiday, including a pool. Geri, the host was incredibly helpful with advice on local amenities, restaurants and recommendations. A really lovely host that was always available if we needed him and even organised a fabulous lunch for our arrival. Definitely hire a car as lots of lovely beaches to explore along the coast line and the mountain views are spectacular. Bags of history and sites to visit. Top tip. If you plan on going into central Palermo, take the train as unless you're used to it, the driving is next level nuts ;) The villa has a super friendly cat that visits daily - the kids loved him ❤️ We also did an overnight in Syracuse and Ortigia which we absolutely loved. It's a good 3 hour drive so worth an extra day or two if you're visting for a while.

A wonderful 8 days at Cesare's wonderful HUGE farmhouse in the hills overlooking the ocean from a hill top olivegrove & vineyard. We had 6 adults, 7 young kids, and there were of course plenty of spare rooms that we didn't even use. Beautiful views, beautiful rooms, beautiful gardens and a lovely deep clean pool that we couldn't get the kids out of (or us "adults" ). Amazing privacy ( only saw the gardner a couple of times if up early in the morning), and the villa is only a short drive from the supermarkets, and not much further from beaches and restaurant fronted marinas, bliss. Cesare was very helpful, proactively reaching out a couple of times to check we could find the house , and also mid stay to check we have everything we need/ or wanted any recommendations (which were also perfect spots for beaches /food). We would be delighted to return one day again.

Our stay for a group of 11 went so smoothly from beginning to end. We were greeted at the property at our arrival time (based on watching our flight land) so that we could properly acquaint ourselves with the entire property. We got local recommendations, weather updates and we were treated to the magnificent view! I did not want to leave! I would love to return right now!

I stayed here with 6 others for a friends birthday. The villa is so beautiful and was spotless. Simona and her son was so helpful, rung us when we got there to explain check in, let us check in early and also sent someone out late that night to look at a problem we had. They helped with recommendations and looked to get us a chef after requesting suggestions. The stay was soo worth the money and I would 100% recommend staying here!

We were met by Alberta, Giorgio's sister, who walked us through all the amenities and how to operate everything. She was extremely helpful with restaurant recommendations, best grocery store, best place for gelato (!!) and was reachable with any and all questions including how to manually open the gate when a large rainstorm stopped the electric gate from opening. She had wine, nutella, toast and jam waiting for us, which was so very nice for the adults and the 3 year old and 1 year old we were traveling with! The house is spectacular ... the pictures were beautiful but actually being there was stunning! All new, clean, modern and very comfortable. The location and surrounding area was very upscale and prosperous with a small town nearby for restaurants, bakery, butcher and convenience items. Larger and very clean and well stocked grocery store was a 15 minute drive, but well worth it. Thank you Alberta and Giorgio, you were outstanding hosts! :)

Staying at this residence was wonderful. The house was as described, clean, spacious and in a nice location for going to other places in Sicily. It was particularly wonderful to use the outdoor kitchen and pool. The house had enough room for my party and we felt at home. Thanks for a terrific stay!!

Linda moradia cheia de personalidade com espaço interior e exterior incrível, até parece melhor na realidade do que nas fotos. Os arredores e as vistas são excelentes. A moradia também oferece privacidade. Divertimo-nos imenso e então com a piscina linda "infinita" com uma vista maravilhosa... O centro de Balestrate fica a cerca de 5 minutos de carro e há muitos restaurantes e bares, se quiser comer fora. O espaço exterior da moradia é definitivamente ótimo para ficar em casa. Adorámos tudo! Obrigado uma vez mais!!

We cannot thank Florianna and Roberto enough for their warm, kind and generous hospitality. It goes beyond what we have experienced before whilst staying away from home. We arrived to fresh cakes and Aperol( the best we have tasted..!) and recommendations from Roberto. The house was clean, simple and very spacious. Данная поездка состоялась всего на 1 ночь в Палермо, я и другие гости хозяина Danilo, даже не ожидали что можно получить столько эмоций и впечатлений от пребывания на его вилле. Рекомендации по поездке, закупкам в супермаркет, и городу. Постоянная связь, и невиданная отзывчивость и невероятная ответственность. Данило уверенно помогает и постоянно поддерживает свои гостей начиная с планирования поездки, заканчивая уже только в пути домой. Спасибо Вам, Данило! Я надеюсь что мне повезет еще раз быть в Палермо, и затем после прекрасной прогулки в Палермо, вернуться в его тихую виллу с друзьями и комфортно провести время вместе.

Wir waren voll und ganz zufrieden. Das gesamte Grundstück inklusive dem Haus, dem großzügigen Garten und dem tollen Swimming Pool haben uns sehr überzeugt und wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Man hatte das Gefühl auf einem kleinen Stückchen „Paradies“ angekommen zu sein. Tatsächlich waren sowohl der Pool, als auch der Garten in Realität noch schöner, als auf den Fotos hier. Die Lage ist super. Alles (Supermarkt, Bäcker, Feinkost, Cafés, Restaurants …) ist fußläufig erreichbar und die kleine Badebucht ist authentisch, paradiesisch und schön. Clemente ist ein toller Gastgeber, die Kommunikation war top, er antwortet sehr schnell und ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und gastfreundlich. Für uns gabs es viel frisches Obst, leckeres Gebäck aus Terrasini, die gesamte Zeit frisches Trinkwasser und Café. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Sowohl mit großen, als auch mit kleineren Kindern, eine kleine, feine grüne Oase.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Lietta, a beautiful, spacious and peaceful villa. Even better than we expected. The pool was amazing with plenty of different areas to sit in the garden. We were warmly greeted by Andrea’s family who couldn’t have been more charming and though we didn’t actually meet Andrea himself he was extremely helpful in so many ways - offering us invaluable advice and recommendations. We would definitely recommend to anyone to stay in this lovely villa.

A truly fantastic home away from home. We found peace and solitude just minutes away from the hustle of the many nearby cities. A truly remarkable location to be cherished.

Fabrizio, was so helpful from the moment we booked. The place did not have a booking the day before so he happily allowed us to check in several hours early. Salvatore warmly welcomed us at the property and gave us a tour. Cathy then got in touch to ask if there was anything we needed and she was a great help with all the hundreds of questions I had about where to eat, how to get taxis, fun places to go in Palermo etc. The house and grounds are huge and every bedroom has its own en-suite. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and lots of towels provided. Kitchen was well appointed which allowed us to cook meals with ease and there was cute tablecloths so we could dress the table and make it feel special. During our stay an item was accidentally damaged and they were very understanding and we were able to sort it out. I really appreciated that. It really felt like a home and with the fantastic service and care I would not hesitate to recommend this place. Thank you!
