We had a great host, whom was very helpful throughout our stay. Everything and I do mean everything was there to accommodate our stay. I was able to cook, wash linen that was used and enjoy the space given. This was a great way to spend time with family and friends. Being by the water; watching nature and wildlife nature was so relaxing. Thanks for hosting me and my family.

Great stay. Everything exactly as described. Pictures accurately reflected the exterior/interior. Check-in instructions and checkout process was easy. Entire group enjoyed our time at Jeff’s place. Would definitely stay here again. Travel note: we stayed mid-August 2024. The bridge is out on Hwy 56 just South of the property at Lapeyrouse Bar & Grocery so be sure to come down Hwy 56 through Chauvin AND NOT Hwy 57 through Dulac when traveling to the property. GPS may send you down Hwy 57 if traffic is heavy in Houma/towards Chauvin but you will not be able to access the property due to the bridge construction if coming down Hwy 57.

Thanks for hosting us Charles! This Airbnb is spacious and great for a small group of people. We had to shorten our reservation by a day and Charles was proactive about facilitating the change in our reservation. If your group needs a place to stay in Morgan City, definitely consider staying here!

The bathroom situation is phenomenal! 2 of the bedrooms have attached bathrooms and the one bedroom that doesn’t is tucked in a private corner of the house with the bathroom door right next to the bedroom in a little nook. So it feels like it also has a private bathroom. We had 6 adults, a baby, and dog on this 6 day trip and we all felt like we had plenty of room. There is a baby pin in the spare room, but we brought our own and easily fit it in the master bedroom. We also brought our own large dog crate and that fit in the master as well! The kitchen is HUGE. It has all the amenities and utensils you need. The main living space was perfect for us to all gather. WiFi worked great. We brought our own Apple TV so I’m not sure about the tv channels or anything. We downloaded the fox8 app and streamed that to watch the local news. I HIGHLY recommend this place and will be booking again for our next trip to visit our extended family.

Nice and quiet, tucked back off the road. Clean rooms with plenty of space. Beautiful sunsets off the back porch and plenty of wildlife!

Highly recommend!! Joe was the best host! Answered all my weird questions!! Very comfortable home!! We felt right at home!! We even had dinner fixed when we got there. His shrimp etouffee was the best!!

The 7 Seas of Cocodrie was a nice spot. Perfect location for chasing Redfish. Really enjoyed this place. Will be staying here again if Jim will have us.

Wow I was so happy with the home we felt right at home beautifully decorated all amenities made the experience so smooth. Plenty of good eats and major stores all within 10 mins. Was sad to leave but would definitely stay again when I’m in town!

Great location in a quiet neighborhood, plentiful parking. Close to the main drag and major arteries to get around town, fast food or fine dining not too far away. Beds were comfortable. Kim’s check in/check out policy is pretty good, early in/late out, we had rain getting out but no problem with later checkout. The apartment was clean as a whistle when we arrived. Not a peep was heard from the neighbors. Resourceful kitchen space made breakfast prep easy. We had a couple household hiccups, but Kim handled them quickly and professionally. I’d definitely return on my next rip to Houma.

Chad was a Great Host. Unit was spacious, clean, and in a Great location. Highly recommend staying in this Unit.

Charles was very friendly and always responded quickly. We went down south for a quick fishing trip and it was just what we need for a two night stay. We were very comfortable. We would stay again.

Nice little place for a getaway, walking distance to the parades and Main Street.
