Great place, less than 5 minute walk to the Porto Frailis beach. You can see the beach as soon as you leave the place. Very spacious house, we had our own parking spot, and nice garden at the entrance. Very recommended!

Pierpaolo is a wonderful host. We spent a fantastic week at his house with our two small children. Although we didn't meet him in person, everything was perfectly organized. There was no issue when we arrived later than expected. Pierpaolo gave us clear instructions on how to enter the house, and a welcome bottle of wine was waiting for us in the fridge! The house had all the necessary amenities and even more than we expected. Pierpaolo even asked if we needed a changing table for our 4-month-old, as he could easily provide one for us. I highly recommend staying here! The area is peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle. It's about an 8-minute walk to the beach, just as described in the offer. Along the way, there's a small shop with a restaurant offering very good and affordable food. There's also a restaurant with a bar on the beach. For sure, to get around this area or do some shopping, you would need a car. Thank you Pierpaolo for hosting us :)

Hele fijne plek, heerlijke strandjes met geweldige eettentjes. Neem zwemschoenen mee! Er is maar 1 steenvrij strand, maar nooit te lastig qua steentjes. De nachtboot van Genua naar Sardinië en terug: niet op bezuinigen! Nogmaals; Sardinië is groot, maar binnen een straal van 60 km zie je veel. Geniet van het strand en eet lokaal. Ivo helpt altijd, snel en goed.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne und entspannte Woche in Santa Maria Navarrese. Loredanas Wohnung liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Nachbarschaft nur ca. 5 min Fussweg vom Strand entfernt. Alles ist fussläufig zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr gemütlich und blitzsauber. Alles ist nagelneu. Der sommerlichen Hitze am Mittag kann man durch die A/C in allen Räumen perfekt entfliehen. Von gemütlichen Betten über eine voll ausgestattete Küche ist alles perfekt. Doch an einer Airbnb Vermietung das Allerwichtigste zum Schluss!!........ das ist natürlich Die Gastgeberin :-). Loredana!! Sie ist eine fantastische Gastgeberin...!! Wir hatten in der Küche einen Schaden verursacht.. wie souverän und herzlich Sie reagierte war schon außergewöhnlich ... Grazie Loredana

This place was just great for our weekly stay in Santa Maria Navarese, kids really loved this small spot upstairs from living room. Minimalistic and unified design makes the apartment kind of unique. This shelf in the living room was really great for working and have coffee or beer on the terrace with see view was always nice. Of course there are some cones, but not major ones. Bathroom seems to be fairy older than the appartment - my rating 3/5. Internet speed is ok for work just in the morning (20/10Mbps). In the evenings it was so slow, that I rather used 5G (Windtre operator) with good speed.

We spent a week at Antonio's place. The house has a very nice atmosphere and we enjoyed our stay there. The house is well equipped with everything. There's one A/C in the whole unit (in living/dining room) but it was enough for us to cool down the whole house. The house is very centrally located, so there will be some people traffic around, especially in the evening hours, but it didn't affect us at all. Nice front porch with plenty of space and there's also a little back porch with outside shower and a laundry room with an additional toilet. There is no private parking but it's easy to park anywhere on the streets. We never had a problem. In Santa Maria Navaresse everything is walking distance. It's a tiny village but very peaceful and beautiful. Antonio and his family welcomed us with joy, even though we arrived pretty late into the evening. We also got to taste his home made liquor. I can only wholeheartedly recommend this place.

Super séjour, le logement était très propre et la vue est super jolie. Le logement est situé dans un quartier calme. Et le ville est vraiment mignonne il y a tous à proximité. Antonello a été un hôte très sympathique et réactif.

Tolles Häuschen mit grosszügige Zimmer, schönen Sitzplatz und Vorplatz damit Motorräder etc. direkt am Haus abgestellt werden können. 5 minuten Fussweg zum schönen Strand und verschiedenen Restaurants und 5 Autominuten entfern von Tortoli oder Arbatax Hafen. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, hat W-LAN , Waschmaschiene und Geschirrwaschmaschiene und verfügt über Klimaanlagen im Zimmer. Die Gastgeberinn hat sich vor Checkin gemeldet und war bei unseter Ankunft schon bereit uns alles zu zeigen und unsere Fragen zu beantworten. Grazie Anna für die tolle Zeit in Arbatax, ich kann das Haus nur weiterempfehlen!

Maison bien équipée, jolie et fraîche grâce aux murs en pierre et aux volets vénitiens, sans compter la clim si besoin. L’environnement est très calme et agréable, la terrasse est super, la vue est incroyable et la piscine aussi ! Attention l’emplacement peut être difficile à trouver, surtout en arrivant de nuit.

Die Wohnung/Haus von Marco ist sehr schön am oberen Hang gelegen, ist mit einer umlaufenden Terrasse ausgestattet und bietet eine tolle Aussicht. Es war slles sehr sauber sowie gut und neu eingerichtet. Sehr schön ist auch das Areal um den Pool, was wir gerne genutzt haben. Wir fanden es auch sehr schön, dass der Strand fußläufig erreichbar war. Dadurch kann man abends nochmal zum Strand gehen, der eine sehr schöne Atmosphäre und Stimmung bietet. Insgesamt ist Marcos Unterkunft eine schöne Basis für einen gelungenen Familienurlaub! Man sollte allerdings wissen, dass die Unterkunft die obere Etage eines zweistöckigen Hauses darstellt, von dem auch die untere bewohnt ist. Die Eingänge sind zwar separat, aber man ist nicht alleine in der Unterkunft. Uns war diese Tatsache so nicht aus der Beschreibung bekannt und wahrscheinlich hätten wir sie dann auch nicht gemietet. Es war aber trotzdem eine schöne Woche und wir können die Unterkunft durchaus empfehlen.

Wir hatten wunderschöne Ferien. Die Terrasse, der Ausblick auf das Meer, der Pool waren einfach unglaublich schön. Zu Fuss waren wir schnell am Strand und beim Einkaufsladen, indem wir eigentlich alles gefunden haben. Mario und Silvia haben sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert - herzlichen Dank für Alles!

Grandios! Die Villa ist sichtgeschützt mit prächtiger Aussicht! Im Herbst ist es sehr angenehm, da nur wenige Häuser/Wohnungen im "Abba Urci" Ferienkomplex belegt sind! Lage: Marina di Tertenia, 15 Autominuten von Tertenia entfernt. 2 kleine Supermärkte in Tertenia. Schönste Strände innerhalb von 10 Gehminuten bis zu 45 Autominuten Richtung Tortoli zu erreichen! Massimo ist ein genialer Gastgeber. Er hat immer schnell geantwortet und sich eingesetzt, wenn es nötig war. Gärtner und Poolcleaner besuchten regelmässig das Grundstück.

Our family of five had a fantastic stay at this holiday villa in Sardinia. The apartment was well-equipped with all the essentials, including a washing machine, fridge freezer, air conditioning, and a variety of utensils, which made our stay very comfortable and convenient. The villa was incredibly quiet and relaxing, providing the perfect getaway atmosphere. One of the highlights was its proximity to the beach and the Shardan café/restaurant, making it easy to enjoy the beautiful coastline and local cuisine. Additionally, Domenica was always just a text message away, ready to offer any help or advice we needed, which was a great comfort. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-appointed holiday spot in Sardinia.

Nous venons de passer un excellent séjour chez Dominique. La maison, au sein d'une résidence de tourisme fut une agréable surprise, très propre, bien aménagée et une jolie vue sur la mer et la piscine. Elle offre toutes les commodités nécessaires. Sur la résidence en elle même nous ne pouvons pas être objectif car ayant séjourné fin octobre, rien n'était ouvert. La plage de foxi manna se trouve à 3kms en voiture, la un bar restaurant était encore ouvert. C'est la plage La plus proche de la résidence avec du sable fin. Nous reviendrons volontiers en pleine saison. Merci pour tout à Dominique

Excellent stay for a very relaxing 11day holiday with 2 children. Place perfect for the children with additional amenities like night lights which was great. Pool shared with 4 other villas but only 1 other villa occupied and practically had to ourselves. The View from the garden and pool was stunning, better than the pictures! Very clean and comfortable villa with air con, great outdoor space, walking distance to the sandy beach (with children age 5 and 3 15-20mins). Beach was perfect for children. Rocky beach 5minutes from the villa but the sandy beach was much better. Fully equipped kitchen and excellent outdoor BBQ space (we bought our children’s plastic plates/cups after asking Valentina). Surprised no wifi available and the phone signal was quite intermittent. Valentina was very friendly, proactive, answered questions straight away and had great recommendations. Das Haus liegt schön privat und ruhig. Mehrere Möglichkeiten Sitzgelegenheiten zu wechseln wegen Wind, Regen oder Sonne. Sehr schöner Hausstrand. Ca. 5 min mit dem Auto. man kann auch zu Fußen an Wasser. Ca. 5 min. Dort jedoch nur Felsen. Sehr kleiner Ort mit zwei kleinen Supermärkten (kein Frischfisch), in denen es fast alles gibt und zu normalen Preisen. Zu einem Supermarkt Conad, Crai oder EuroSpin min. 30 min. Fahrzeit (das fand ich schade). Um woanders hinzukommen immer erst über den Pass am Berg. Geht schnell ist jedoch immer ein Akt. Im etwas größeren Ort Tertenia gibt es ein Fischgeschäft. Abends ist nichts los, wo man hingehen könnte. Da wir Mitte September da waren sind viele Restaurants nicht mehr offen. Im Haus selbst sollten lediglich die Sitzpolster mal erneuert werden. Die leiden schon wenn sie das ganze Jahr draußen sind. Ansonsten haben wir uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt und die Ruhe genossen. Tolles Haus.

We carried out a lot of research before settling on Casa Delle Sirene. What a find! It was exactly as described and pictured, beautiful inside and out with its own private parking space. It had lovely private gardens with lovely flora and fauna. Inside was spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped throughout . The beds were very comfortable and the pillows (which we are very particular about) were the best we’ve ever had whilst away from home, making for very good nights sleep. The kitchen served its purpose perfectly and the showers were great. There was always plenty of hot water. We had a couple of issues where we needed to contact our host. The electric tripped after a thunderstorm which our host sorted very quickly, and we also had a WiFi outage but again the host sorted swiftly. The apartment is only a 50m walk away to a beautiful sandy beach and only a short walk to bars, restaurants and the supermarket. Perfect location, and accommodation and is highly recommended.

Raffaele il proprietario è una persona gentilissima e di cuore, molto attento alla sua attività e anche alla strada che porta alla sua attività, è un ragazzo preciso e perfetto, pulisce anche la mondezza che buttano i maleducati per strada, l'alloggio è bello comodo, dal giardino si và in spiaggia, tutte le attività sono a pochi passi dalla casa, insomma, tutto perfetto oltre le aspettative, ci ritornerò senza dubbio.

Wir waren 4 Wochen im Apartment. Ich habe dort auch gearbeitet. Das Internet war zu jeder Zeit schnell und stabil. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Viel Privatsphäre, kein Straßenlärm, keine direkten Nachbarn, nicht einsehbar. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, zweckmäßig mit viel Stauraum und die riesige Terrasse das Highlight. Parkplatz für das Auto war vorhanden, sehr sicher, Grundstück mit Zaun vorhanden. Auf dem Grundstück ist ein zweites Haus, mit den beiden Schwestern und dem Schwager, die bei Bedarf auch hilfsbereit sind und uns freundlich unterstützt haben. Die Kommunikation auch mit Tito hat jederzeit schnell funktioniert. Es gibt sogar einen direkten Strandzugang. Das Wasser dort ist sauber, es hatte am Strand jedoch Seegras (was es aber auch an anderen Stränden in Sardinien hatte). Es gibt fußläufig in 5 Minuten einen zweiten, großen Strand. Mit dem Auto 20 Minuten entfernt auch Traumstrände. Wir haben uns die 4 Wochen super wohl gefühlt!

L'appartamento di Alessandra è in un una ottima posizione, è infatti possibile esplorare da qui, in auto, le innumerevoli spiaggie dell'Ogliastra, a piedi, l'affascinante l'abitato di Santa Maria Navarrese. La casa ha ottimi spazi sia interni che esterni, con un portico molto ampio e vivibile. La vicinanza alla spiaggia di Tancau (meno di 50 m) è un valore aggiunto. La fornitura di essenziali è completa e molto pratica. Consigliato.

What an incredible place to stay in Sardinia! The house is not only spacious and comfortable but also has an almost magical garden that feels like a hidden paradise. Its location, right next to the stunning Costa Rei beach, couldn’t be more perfect. Davide, the host, was outstanding—very accommodating and always ready to help. I truly hope to have the chance to return one day. This place made our Sardinian getaway unforgettable!

Ein traumhaftes Haus. Die Einrichtung ist sehr stilvoll und hochwertig. Das Raumangebot ist sehr grosszügig. Der schöne Sandstrand ist in 3 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Doriana ist eine grossartige Gastgeberin, äusserst aufmerksam und freundlich. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

I have just spent 10 days at Alessandra's apartment .The apartment was just as described and looked in the photos.The apartment has absolutely everything you could wish for and is clean spacious .The weather in October was amazing and any little problem that arose was sorted on the phone right away.The host is available any time by phone or text. One thing you need to get around is transport a bike scooter or car .
