Sehr schönes, kleines, strandnahes Appartement mit sehr ordentlicher Einrichtung und Bad. In 2 Minuten Gehzeit ist man am Sandstrand mit feinem Sand und flachem Einstieg ins Meer. Supermarkt und Pizzeria waren auch im Oktober geöffnet, die Strandbars nicht. Die Kommunikation mit Andrea war super entspannt und alles wurde top beschrieben.

Wir( Oma, meine zwei Jungs 9/12 und ich haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Wir bekamen eine „Anleitung“ zur Anfahrt und konnten vor der Tür parken. Direkt am steil abfallenden Strand- für meine Jungs ein Paradis zum Toben und springen. Bei starkem Wellengang war das Baden zu gefährlich. Aber in der Nähe lagen viele flache, andere Strände. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet und bietet Alles was mann braucht. Sollte es ein Problem geben, wird es gleich gelöst. Danke nochmal für die extra Bettwäsche. Manchmal etwas hellhörig im Schlafzimmer zum Bad der Nachbarn und auch die morgendliche Müllabfuhr war zu hören- aber das hat nichts mit der Wohnung zu tun. Die Terrasse ist ein Traum mit der Morgensonne und dem Blick aufs Meer.

Great place, less than 5 minute walk to the Porto Frailis beach. You can see the beach as soon as you leave the place. Very spacious house, we had our own parking spot, and nice garden at the entrance. Very recommended!

L'appartamento di Alessandra è in un una ottima posizione, è infatti possibile esplorare da qui, in auto, le innumerevoli spiaggie dell'Ogliastra, a piedi, l'affascinante l'abitato di Santa Maria Navarrese. La casa ha ottimi spazi sia interni che esterni, con un portico molto ampio e vivibile. La vicinanza alla spiaggia di Tancau (meno di 50 m) è un valore aggiunto. La fornitura di essenziali è completa e molto pratica. Consigliato.

Io e la mia fidanzata abbiamo pernottato in questo appartamento per 10 giorni a metà settembre. Abbiamo subito notato la cura nei dettagli e l’ordine dell’appartamento che, oltre alle stanze, cucina, salottino e bagno, è dotato di un bellissimo terrazzino vista mare in cui abbiamo trascorso la maggior parte del tempo per colazioni, pranzi, cene e momenti di relax. Matteo estremamente disponibile nel fornirci le indicazioni per raggiungere l’appartamento e per indicarci locali e ristoranti nei dintorni. L’appartamento si trova in una zona molto tranquilla (che ci ha messo molta pace e tranquillità), il paese più vicino dista a 10 minuti di macchina ma nei dintorni a piedi si può comunque trovare l’indispensabile. Ottima esperienza, dovessimo tornare in queste zone in futuro torneremo sicuramente!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit toller Terrasse, da könnte man auch locker die Zeit verbringen, wenn nicht so schöne Strände in der Nähe wären. :) Sehr empfehlenswert, gern wieder, tolle Gegend. Und besonders herzliche Gastgeber, da fühlten wir uns sehr willkommen. Danke dafür!

We had a great time in the unique location of Santa Maria Navarrese in Pietro's apartment. Pietro and his wife were very hospitable. Pietro Is very meaningful and interesting person. He advised us to see many unique places. Golgo was one of them with its Nuragic villages, huge stone head and remote church. Thank to him very much for that! Because the pictures in advertising can't really justify the place, I will try to give as much as possible in my description. The apartment is located in a large, beautiful and well-kept house. Not new but has a lot of character. In the very center, where there are many restaurants and shops, and at the same time in a quiet place. Yet, most importantly, next to the sea! The apartment is very comfortable, spacious and well ventilated. I think, the flat overall is about 60sq.m. There are two bedrooms. The first big bedroom has a large bed, another smaller room has two separate single beds. The kitchen is combined with the living room and has a sofa bed which is possible to unfold. The bathroom has a showercabin. By the main door to the flat there is also a outside a seating area with dining table. Also, by the stairs you can climb to another upper veranda to the floor above where you can spend a pleasant time with glass of vine and enjoy the view of the mountains and part of the sea. There are lots of dishes and utensils for cooking and the shared washing machine is freely accessible downstairs. Around the corner is Cafe ’Sa Spighitta’. There is inexpensive and very tasty food. Highly recommend stopping by for breakfast or lunch. There is a travel agency next to the cafe were you can book a full day rental boat tour up the coast. We took this and It was a wonderful, beautiful and unforgettable. In addition we offered a very tasty lunch on the boat which was included on the price. I would recommend to choose the boat where Samantha works. Very fast and attentive girl. Because we lived in Pietro's apartment, we were given 5 euros per person discount, with the total cost of the tour being 65 euros. The apartment is located very close to the sea, to the picturesque beach. Walking distance no more then 300 meters to the sea and also close to all beautiful walks in the high mountains above the village if you like to hike. The house is also close to the start of the 'selvedge blu' 7 day mega hike and you can walk small closer sections of it as well. We did an 8 hour 16km 1000m vertical gain hike up Montera Pittaine then Monto Oro to Pedro Longa then back to Santa Maria Navarrese along the coast and the scenery is very impressive and varied all the way. There is a marina with beautiful boats and yachts and cafe with delicious ice cream is one minute walk from the house. We are hoping to back again. Our stay left us with very good memories.

Die Lage des Hauses oberhalb und am Ende des Strandes ist wirklich außergewöhnlich schön. Man ist innerhalb weniger Minuten im Meer. Der Außenbereich mit Bäumen und Blick auf das Meer ist flexibel zu nutzen und wirklich toll. Wir haben dort ganz entspannte 10 Tage verbracht. Einzig die Betten waren uns allesamt zu hart.

A great and peaceful experience! Ivo is a great host, communication with him is beyond excellent. The house is super clean, with a beautiful garden and the views are magnificent. There is a cool beach nearby and hiking paths. A decent supermarket ~30 min away by car. I highly recommend this place!

Wir waren 4 Wochen im Apartment. Ich habe dort auch gearbeitet. Das Internet war zu jeder Zeit schnell und stabil. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Viel Privatsphäre, kein Straßenlärm, keine direkten Nachbarn, nicht einsehbar. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, zweckmäßig mit viel Stauraum und die riesige Terrasse das Highlight. Parkplatz für das Auto war vorhanden, sehr sicher, Grundstück mit Zaun vorhanden. Auf dem Grundstück ist ein zweites Haus, mit den beiden Schwestern und dem Schwager, die bei Bedarf auch hilfsbereit sind und uns freundlich unterstützt haben. Die Kommunikation auch mit Tito hat jederzeit schnell funktioniert. Es gibt sogar einen direkten Strandzugang. Das Wasser dort ist sauber, es hatte am Strand jedoch Seegras (was es aber auch an anderen Stränden in Sardinien hatte). Es gibt fußläufig in 5 Minuten einen zweiten, großen Strand. Mit dem Auto 20 Minuten entfernt auch Traumstrände. Wir haben uns die 4 Wochen super wohl gefühlt!

We had a wonderful stay at Matteo's house, which is nestled on a hill surrounded by bushes and rocks, offering a truly private retreat. The beautiful views from the property added to the overall charm of our experience. There is decent outdoor space for sunbathing, complete with an outdoor shower and a grill, making it perfect for enjoying the sunshine. The spacious driveway can easily accommodate several cars, which is a great convenience. The sandy and quiet beach is only about a 20-minute walk away, enhancing the location's appeal. A lovely touch was the bottle of wine left by the owner, along with a few snacks, coffee, and tea, which we could enjoy for breakfast since this was our first stop and we hadn’t had a chance to buy any food on the way. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. However, we did encounter a little issue with water pressure, which might be problematic if you’re looking to wash your hair. Overall, it was a lovely getaway in a serene setting.

Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine en famille dans cet hébergement. Le lieu est parfait pour se ressourcer. Nous nous sommes très vite sentis comme à la maison avec nos deux jeunes enfants. Leur chambre était top et la caisse de jeux proposée par les hôtes super. La cuisine est bien fournie et très pratique. La salle de bain également. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié tout le petit matériel à disposition (vaisselle, sacs pour les achats, ...). L'extérieur est très agréable, nous avons trouvé le quartier très calme. Et que dire des levers de soleil admirables depuis la terrasse ou le salon. Nos hôtes ont été parfaits. La communication est très facile et l'accueil très chaleureux. Nous souhaitons juste ajouter le fait que des chats sont présents autour de la maison et qu'ils s'y plaisent. Nous les avons appréciés et dorlotés, mais il faut juste le savoir, dans le cas où vous seriez intolérants ou allérgiques aux chats. Un super séjour. Nous recommandons vivement.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in tollster Lage. Unmittelbar am Strand, so dass man nachts bei offenem Fenster das Meeresrauschen hört. Die Bar ist gleich nebenan und unsere Kleine ist schon ganz selbstverständlich hin und her gelaufen, während wir bei einem Cappuccino am Strand saßen. Ende Oktober haben ansonsten leider schon sehr viele Restaurants in der Umgebung geschlossen. Die Wohnung hatte alles exakt wie angegeben. Auf den Bildern schaut es etwas großzügiger im Wohn-Ess Bereich aus, als es wirklich ist, aber alles was man braucht ist da und man ist eh draußen auf der Terrasse oder an der Strandbar bzw. Strand. Die Kommunikation war super freundlich und immer schnell und verfügbar.

Wir sind Beide Anfang 60 und haben die Ruhe, Umgebung, die Nähe zum Mehr und das schnuckelige Häuschen unheimlich genossen. Die Ausstattung innen, sowie außen war einfach nur hervorragend. Großer Kühlschrank, Eisfach, supi Küche, Badezimmer und auch die Außendusche....alles wunderbar. Als uns das Gas ausging wurde innerhalb von nur einer Stunde eine neue Gasflasche angeschlossen und wir hatten wieder warmes Wasser. Die Kommunikation war einfach hervorragend. Das Auffinden des Objektes war etwas abenteuerlich aber zu guter Letzt dann doch einfach. Der Strand war sehr nahe und auch mit meinem neuen Kniegelenk in unter 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Wir haben uns selten so wohl gefühlt und werden gerne wiederkommen. Wer allerdings Aktion und viele Bars und ähnliches sucht, der ist hier fehl am Platze. Ein Leihwagen über die gesamte Zeit des Aufenthaltes ist unbedingt notwendig. Liebe Grüße und bitte weiter so Gino Gabi und Ralf

From the friendly checkin and communication with Graziella to the beautiful surroundings and the fantastic house: we loved it all. We would argue that the house is actually nicer than what you can see on the pictures. There is plenty of space, it’s nicely decorated and facilitated for all practicalities. There is even swimming gear and beach stuff like towels and parasols. We had everything we needed and truly enjoyed our stay.

posizione incantevole e ineguagliabile fianco spiaggia. casa adeguata per 4 persone negli spazi interni... Cucina piccolina ma adatta alle esigenze, Wifi servizio in più adeguato.

Wir haben mit unseren beiden Kindern fünf Tage in Christians Unterkunft verbracht. Die Kommunikation verlief von Anfang an reibungslos, und er war stets erreichbar für alle unsere Fragen. Die am Hang gelegene Anlage war jetzt Ende Oktober extrem ruhig und wir hatten den traumhaft schönen Privatstrand beinahe für uns. Der Strand ist ein fantastischer Kilometer langer, weißer Sandstrand, den man in 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen kann. Eine Strandbar ist in der Nähe und verschiedene Restaurants und ein Supermarkt ebenfalls innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Vielen Dank für alles, die Unterkunft ist in jedem Fall sehr zu empfehlen.

abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento per 2 settimane circa. l'appartamento è veramente molto bello, spazioso , curato nei dettagli, pulitissimo e confortevole. E È stato veramente un piacere soggiornare in questa casa. Claudia è stata sempre molto disponibile attenta e gentile e ci ha aiutato in ogni nostra richiesta. Ritorneremo sicuramente.

Wir haben schon einige Unterkünfte kennengelernt, aber das Apartment von Gianluca war das sauberste, das uns je begegnet ist. Man könnte buchstäblich vom Boden essen! Dazu ein angenehmer Geruch, auch Bettwäsche und Handtücher dufteten. Die Ausstattung hat auch gepasst, es ist alles vorhanden, dass man braucht. Die Lage war für uns perfekt: in drei Gehminuten ist man am wunderschönen, feinsandigen Strand, auf der anderen Seite der Straße ist ein Supermarkt sowie weitere Geschäfte. Im Ort gibt es mehrere Restaurants, die durchweg gut bis sehr gut sind. Unser Apartment war im 1. Stock, dadurch hatten wir einen tollen Meerblick. Der Strand ist kilometerlang und lädt zum Baden, Sonnenbaden und Spazierengehen ein. Der Ort ist eher klein, für einen anständigen Einkaufsbummel muss man in einen anderen Ort fahren. Aber das hat uns überhaupt nicht gestört. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder hier buchen!

Wunderschön eingerichtete Wohnung mit allem was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht (inclusive Salz, Pfeffer, Essig, Öl, Tee, Handtuch, Schwamm, Spüli etc). Unglaublich schöner Ausblick auf die Bucht, herrliche Dachterrasse. In der Umgebung tolle Wanderungen in Traumbuchten (wahlweise auch mit dem Boot), diverse Restaurants in Fussnähe. Sehr netter Kontakt zu Eva, viele nützliche Tipps in der Wohnung. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Wir hatten eine super schöne Zeit in Micheles Apartment. Man sollte definitiv ein Auto oder Scooter haben um sich die umliegenden Buchen anzugucken. Wir waren von dem Apartment sehr begeistert allerdings waren für uns die Betten zu weich. Aber das ist Geschmacksache. Sonst war alles top! Michele ist super gastfreundlich und wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Kommen gerne wieder ☀️

This was our 2nd visit to apartment and it has been modernised, the bathroom which was really lovely. All new doors and windows and we noticed a new sofa too. We always enjoy our stay, the bed is super comfortable and have best sleep, I will miss this. The balcony is a generous size and has a lovely sea view. Nice enjoying morning coffee or aperitif of an evening gazing out to the ocean. The beach will take a 3/4 minutes to walk. All you need is catered for. I would not hesitate to recommend staying here.
