We had a really lovely stay. Our host was super genuine and kind, and she even prepared loads of great little snacks for us, which we really appreciated. The room was cosy and had a really nice, welcoming feel. It was a great experience overall. She replied really quickly whenever we had questions and was always very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again – thanks so much!

We stayed here to celebrate my partners birthday and it was amazing. Beautiful peaceful location with lots to do in the surrounding area. The house was lovely and Karen and Eddie were fantastic hosts, very friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be visiting again if we have the chance.

We were attending a family wedding locally. Rowena and Ian could not have been more helpful. Breakfast was lovely and served exactly when we wanted it. We were made to feel very welcome. We were offered full use of the garden, if we had, had time to and the dogs, Dougal and Dusty were both very friendly. We were given a key so that we had independent access. We would be very happy to stay here again in the future. Excellent value for money.

We were walking the Clarendon Way, which passes right in front of Patsy’s place - so it was a perfect place for us to stop and rest before the second half of our walk. The room was spacious with a lovely little balcony. A variety of breakfast bits were available in the room and a couple of cold ones in the fridge which was much appreciated after 17 miles on foot! The bed was super soft, like a feathery cloud. Patsy and her family were really friendly and welcoming - would totally recommend!

Liz and Max were really helpful and the room was just what I was expecting. Clean room and bathroom. Great value, will definitely stay again.

Marian and Terry are really interesting hosts and we had a fascinating chat at Sunday breakfast about their own travels and their hosting experiences. Although it is a shared bathroom I barely saw the other guest and there were no awkward ques for the loo! Marian & Terry are happy for guests to get on with their own thing but also happy to help should you need them to. They were really friendly and communicated great throughout. I accidentally left my phone charger behind and Marian kindly posted it back to me - thank you Marian and Terry! 🙂

Great two night stay at Shell House! The photos don't do justice to how beautifully clean and tastefully decorated the interiors are. Great social spaces for large groups and everything was spotless.

This was a great stay for us as a last minute booking for one night. Great beds. Everyone slept well. Shower in every room was convenient. Cooked breakfast was great! Helen also went the extra mile providing an iron and printing something off for me. Highly recommended!!

This studio apartment was perfect for our mini break in Poole. Barrie communicated well throughout the whole process. The photos demonstrated clearly what to expect; a lovely self contained studio apartment with everything we would need for our stay. Little touches helped make it feel home from home. Lovely clean and comfortable apartment right by the sea and a pleasant 40 minute walk to the historic dockyard. The apartment was spotless and very comfortable for a short stay for two people, with plenty of pubs and places to eat to choose from in the nearby area, we would definitely stay there again!

We had a lovely stay at Diana’s and would definitely stay again. Nothing was too much trouble, Hythe village is walkable and the apartment was lovely - extremely well appointed and even better than the photos.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful countryside Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, we were taken by the serene surroundings and the charm of the property. The home was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully decorated, with lovely touches that made it feel so welcoming. Waking up to the sound of birds and views of rolling hills was pure bliss. Steve was warm and very accommodating, offering great local recommendations and making sure everything was perfect. If you’re looking to unplug, recharge, and soak up some peace and quiet, this is the place. We will definitely be coming back!

We traveled from the U.S. and visited Portsmouth for two days before beginning a group tour of the British Isles. Since we would be staying in hotels for the tour, we thought a local AirBnb would be nice. John and Wendy’s place was a perfect fit, just a stone’s throw from the waterfront and colorful South Parade Pier, and a short bus ride to the Portsmouth Historic Dockyards, our primary destination. John stayed in touch beforehand to make sure we didn’t get lost, and once we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised to find fresh bread, eggs, milk and lemon cake waiting for us. A warm welcome for weary travelers!

We had a lovely stay in Gilly's cottage for the night - came away just for a night to switch off and enjoy being in the countryside! There are so many lovely walks around the area - went on a lovely walk around South Moreton meeting some friendly horses, goats and sheep along the way! Nice cottage with everything we needed including some nice coffee, bread and jams for breakfast. Would definitely recommend the local pub (The Crown) - had a lovely dinner there! Thanks for a great stay!

Me senti extremamente confortavel en casa. Não nos faltou de nada. O quarto é otimo, grande e muito bem decorado, o que o torna muito agradavel! A casa está super bem localizada a 10 minutos andando até o centro minutos, perto da Praia e a 5 min da Charminster Road. Martín é muito agradável e simpático. Just wanted to say how amazing Sophie has been from start to finish. We booked this one year in advance and Sophie was always on hand with any questions. Probably one of the best service we had ever. The place Sophie has is beautiful. The photos do not do this place justice. We thank you for such an amazing safe space to visit.

We had a fabulous two night stay with David in his 400 year-old property. He showed us round and allowed us full use of the kitchen and large garden. We thoroughly enjoyed David's company over breakfast and dinner. Both bathrooms are downstairs shared with other guests and the host. Highly recommended

We had an amazing few days. We particularly liked the oak beams and the bespoke metal work detail on the doors and windows. Everything was very well equipped at Fox Pightle, everything was presented beautifully and you could see Shelagh takes pride in her presentation, Decor and homeliness. Shelagh uses high quality furnishings, linen, towels and flannels which are a rare bonus when you stay away from home. Every detail of an item for that ‘Just in case’ was there if you forgot your own, with an array of cleaning products, toiletries, books, guides, binoculars to watch the array of wildlife. Food and drink items were also top notch and we very much enjoyed the fresh eggs and the novelty of an egg cooker (So much so I have now purchased one!) The bed was the comfiest we have ever slept on and the sofas were also very nice and comfy. The heavy curtains were great for blocking out the morning light. We would love to visit again, I just need to send my son off with Scout trips more often!
