Clean apartment .everything was as described, Hosts were very responsive, offered early check-in, gave clear instructions on how to check-in and out and also how to arrive there from London. Would definitely stay again and/or recommend

Had a fantastic week long stay with our two kids (5 and 3). Location is great - a short walk from beach and (in other direction) a nice high street. Lovely setup of house for our arrival: books and treats for our little ones was a particularly nice touch. Would definitely recommend! Garden wasn’t terribly usable as you need to leave the front door and go through side gate (which is clear from description) but meant of limited use for our age children - although we were at the beach most of the time as we had lovely weather so not an issue for us, but may be worth noting for others.

Wow! Where to even start! This was my first time using air BnB and Ted has made it an amazing experience. Ted was super helpful from start to finish. I struggled with the booking system, no worries for Ted! He asked me to request the dates again and we booked straightaway. He was quick to reply and came across friendly and professional. When we arrived at the property, thanks to the guide we had received from Ted, getting into the property was a breeze and the location was easy to follow. Thanks for the annotations and pictures! Now onto the main event, the property. The flat was exactly as described and pictured and wow, that view off of the balcony overlooking the docks really is something else! The flat was very clean and tidy, had basic amnesties available as well as tea, coffee, milk portions in the fridge etc. The bedrooms were well stocked with towels and plenty of hangers as well as soap etc. The stay/flat was really wonderful and Ted even more so. Steven's apartment was truly great and as described. There was everything you needed for a home meal, and instructions were perfectly clear, which made our arrival and check out hassle free. Overall spotlessly clean. The location was a plus! Would definitely book again! :)

David and Liz were incredibly helpful from the initial booking through to when we had left their property. They even posted a charger that we left behind which was incredibly thoughtful! Nothing was too much bother and nice touches such as a couple of beers and bottle of Prosecco in the fridge make all the difference. The property itself is a fantastic location and within easy reach of the beach and shops. Would stay here again and would definitely recommend.

Lovely new build apartment, so new amenities and fittings. Well located, easy to find right off the motorways, with dedicated parking spot. Still close enough a short walk and your right in the center. Tom was very responsive to all my messages. Only slight downside, as it’s so new the electric charger infrastructure didn’t seem to work. Worth noting if your electric car only, unless the bay charging gets sorted out, you’l need to take this into account. Otherwise perfect and would happily recommend.

I booked Leigh's place at very short notice and Leigh was able to get the place ready for us quickly. Alma Court was very clean, warm and comfortable and close to shops. We did a lot of walking and it was a convenient place to get back to as there are regular buses a couple of minutes walk away. We had a nice meal in The Red Lion too. Thank you Leigh.

We loved our stay at Jackie’s place. It was spotlessly clean and very spacious and comfortable. The bed was comfortable with good quality bedding too. Within walking distance of Hamble Quay and lots of great restaurants and pubs. We will definitely return! Thanks again for a lovely stay!

Had a lovely stay here during a quick trip to Bournemouth. location for us was fantastic, a couple of minutes walk to the beach was an amazing bonus. The apartment was really nice and perfect for a family of 4 with a dog. we will definatley be looking to book here again next time we visit Bournemouth.: )

This is only the third time we have had a getaway through Airbnb and again not disappointed. A great apartment situated within easy walking distance of East Wittering Beach and around a 6min drive or so to West Wittering Beach. The apartment was super clean and very homely. We had a two night stay and must admit think we got lucky with the weather. Blue Skies and not a cloud do be seen. Allison is a great host, friendly and responsive and everything was as described.. Would definitely book again as this place is great and an idyllic get away, for a mini break from city life. Thanks Allison!!!

We had a great time. The accommodation was clean and comfortable & Antony & Steph were very friendly & helpful. It was a short drive from the ferry & well placed to see a lot of the island.

We stayed at Crin's over Xmas whilst visiting relatives nearby and it was exactly what we needed. Communication was great with Crin, she was warm and welcoming. The property was great for a walk around with our 4 year old to burn off some energy.

Very happy we stayed here. The hosts were extremely proactive and friendly and the accommodation was A1. Really cosy, high end furnishings and very welcoming. Hot tub was amazing too! Property was near to a number of local beaches and towns by car and very close to shops and restaurants. Will be back for sure!

Great place, ideal for the seafront, pier or visiting Southsea and Portsmouth. Only 5 mins from IoW ferry. Spacious, clean and well equipped with proactive hosts.

We really enjoyed our stay, comfortable beds, big kitchen and living room. Lovely space outside and so great to have access to the pool. Really nice area, we enjoyed visiting the local Roman Palace and West Wittering beach also.

Fabulous location, beautiful, bright & well maintained apartment. The pictures speak for the apartment and the amenities within the estate. I would like to speak more about the hosts, Jane has been very welcoming since the time we booked the property for our Easter weekend stay. Had been in touch regarding the bed room arrangements and informed us to book the amenities ahead of our stay so we get a slot. When I informed her that we did not manage to get the slot, she went in person to make the bookings on our behalf. What a lovely gesture! The day we check-in, Jane's clear instructions helped in locating the property without any issue. I had to contact Jane to inform that our 8 year old was looking for youtube in TV and reg the gaming console remote. In the next 5 mins, her husband was there to sort it all out for us which we really didn't expect. They are such lovely hosts doing everything possible to ensure their guests get what they expect. We'll definitely visit again!

The property is absolutely immaculate. It is more spacious than the photos suggest. The beach is literally at the end of the drive. Such a convenient spot. And the beds!! Well, if you don’t sleep well here then you won’t sleep well anywhere. Great place. Great host. Great time.

Das Apartment The Palms hat uns sehr gut gefallen und entsprach genau den Beschreibungen. Es lag sehr zentral, sowohl zur Innenstadt, als auch zu den Stränden. Der gesicherte Parkplatz war ein Plus. Wir hätten uns nur noch ein par mehr Küchenutensilien wie ein Schneidbrett oder eine Salatschleuder gewünscht. Dafür gab es eine Waschmaschine mit integriertem Trockner. Zu dritt war das Apartment ausreichend. Die Kommunikation mit Laura war schnell und sehr entgegenkommend. Vielen Dank für den angenehmen Aufenthalt

We spent 6 days in an excellent accommodation and the facilities in the hotel were great. Our host was very helpful and supportive if we had any questions. We would definitely highly recommend this apartment.
